Bonus Chapter 2

4 months pregnancy

Meera entered Aashrit's office with an almost invisible baby bump. She didn't look around as she knew everyone must be looking at her, some with envy and some with curiosity. She directly entered the elevator and pressed the 65th floor. Once the elevator door opened on the 65th floor, she walked towards her husband's cabin with Adwait following her behind closely.

She opened the door without any knock only to see her husband, her brother-in-laws, and her youngest sister-in-law busy in a meeting. All of them turned back in an instant on hearing the door opening. Meera was standing there with her bag in her hand, looking a little angry.

"Am I seeing anger on Bhabhi's face?" Abhishek whispered.

"I am out of this room. I don't want to see her wrath." Nitya Yaduvanshi said while the others looked at her helplessly.

"How can she leave her husband in such a dire situation?" Shivansh said as he saw Nitya walking away.

Nitya walked towards Meera with a smile "You are glowing bhabhi."

"Mrs. Nitya Shivansh Singh Yaduvanshi, you better sit back there," Meera said with a serious voice making Nitya take some steps back which made Shivansh snicker.

Aashrit who was silent all the time stood up and before he could say something Meera spoke "I will talk to you later Mr. Yaduvanshi. Let me first handle these three." And she turned towards the younger ones.

"Bhabhi, what......." Abhishek tried to say but bit back his words on seeing Meera's angry eyes.

Adwait entered the room with three bags in his hand, put them on the table, and stood there on the side.

"What's the time?" Meera asked no one in particular.

And as it was some kind of race, everyone ran towards their phone or to look at their watch.

"It's 3 p.m, Rani sa." Adwait said before anyone could say something making everyone look at him but he ignored them sassily.

"Adwait, Did I say something in the morning today?"

"Yes Rani Sa, You asked everyone to be present for lunch because you were going to announce something important," Adwait said giving others the cold shoulder just like his Rani Sa.

"Bhabhi ka chamcha," Abhishek said in a low voice but was heard by Adwait who gave him stinky eyes.

Aashrit went near Meera and tried to hold her hand but she took her hand back "We decided to give the news together to the family but your work is more important, right?"

Sudden realization went upon Aashrit and he cursed himself.

"Don't you dare to curse my baby's father in front of my babies," Meera said with anger.

"Bulbul." Aashrit tried to stay but got quiet on seeing her angry eyes and sat quietly on the side.

Meera looked at the other three who were waiting for their turn to see the wrath of their sweet bhabhi who got angry and emotional easily since she was pregnant.

"And you three. What is your excuse?" Meera said folding her head over her chest.

"Sorry bhabhi." All three said together.

Shivansh stood up "I will bring ice creams for you bhabhi. Please don't be angry." He said trying to come close but got pushed by Nitya.

"Bhabhi should we go shopping and have lunch from my side," Nitya said standing in front of Meera making a cute face.

Shivansh tried to pull her and tried to stand in front of his Bhabhi.

"She is my bhabhi first. Don't try to snatch her attention." Shivansh said getting possessive of Meera.

"What do you mean? We are married and what's yours is mine too. Learn something from your brothers on how to treat your wife." Nitya retorted back.

While these two were bantering, Abhishek swiftly took Meera to the side and apologized. He told her how come suddenly there was some traitor in their company who tried to sell some precious information about the company and that's why they forgot about the lunch.

On knowing the reason Meera understood them and her anger subsided.

Suddenly, silence engulfed the room and everyone looked at the youngest couple. Nitya and Shivansh were looking at each other as Nitya's shoulders were held by Shivansh and they both were looking at each other intently, their faces were so close that if they moved an inch they might kiss each other.

Aashrit cleared his throat and both of them pushed each other back with red faces.

"I have some work."

"I have some work."

Both of them said together, then looked at each other and left the room stealing eyes from each other as everyone laughed after them.

"Stop," Meera said and they both looked back with red faces while Meera continued "Take your lunch bag." She said and Shivansh quickly snatched the bag and left with Nitya on his tail.

Abhishek and Adwait also left after them with the lunch bags in their hand.

Aashrit back hugged Meera as everyone left. Meera turned in his hug and kissed him on his nose.

"What do you think Aashrit ji, Would their arranged marriage be filled with love just like ours?" Meera asked thinking about Shiv and Nitya's banter.

Aashrit kissed her forehead "Look at their eyes and you'll realize they already fell for each other and are just in denial for now." He said taking her to the couch.

Meera opened the lunch box and Aashrit helped her.

7 Month Pregnancy

Meera was going out for a walk when Aashrit came running with a bottle of water in his hand.

"Are you sure you should not rest ?" Aashrit asked for 3rd time in a row making Meera giggle at him.

"Aashrit ji even too much rest is not healthy for our twins," Meera said

Aashrit nodded and held her hand as they moved towards the garden. Aashrit looked at Meera who had a different glow on her face. She has got a little chubby which made her look even more cute. His eyes went to her baby bump which was increasing day by day and it scared him. He gets scared that if his fragile wife could handle this. It's scary for him to see his wife carry two human beings inside her.

When they got to know that they were having twins, Aashrit got more worried while everyone else around him were happy. He was worried for Meera. He had no idea how she was going to handle all this. He knew he would always support her mentally and emotionally but physically he could not do anything. And it just made him more responsible towards her. He always made sure to massage her feet every night, caress her belly, tell her every second how proud he was of her, telling her she was the most beautiful woman of his life. And he realized that HE IS WHIPPED FOR HER.

"Aashrit ji." He heard Meera's whisper and followed her line of sight but the scene in front of him made him smirk.

Abhishek and Shreya were standing near a tree in the garden away from the main sight. They both were standing close with Abhi's hand on her waist and her hand on his chest. Abhi said something that made Shreya blush hard and she looked down. Abhi's fingers hooked under her chin and made her look up, their face were so close to each other and in a moment their lips met making both Meera and Aashrit look at each other and they both laughed quietly.

"I think we should leave," Aashrit whispered and Meera nodded.

Aashrit held Meera's hand and they decided to go to their room. But somewhere they both were happy seeing them like this. After everything they went through, they both only deserve happiness and nothing else. And Aashrit took it upon himself to make sure that no misfortune ever struck his brothers or his family.

Meera looked at Aashrit , "I am also craving a kiss." She said with a pout.

Aashrit laughed hearing her " Let's go to our room and let me fulfill your craving." He said and winked at her.

Meera's eyes twinkled " Can I get little more than a kiss?"
