Chapter 601 - Rejected Request
Hidden Marriage 99 Days: Please Restrain Yourself
Li Xueqing was on the verge of tears. She looked at the fierce Yang Dawu with an indignant expression.
She turned a bright scarlet as she confronted everyoneâs gaze.
Her eyes became bloodshot and she quickly said, âIâm a girl. Itâs normal to put on makeup. Youâre deliberately targeting me!â
Yang Dawu sneered. âDeliberately targeting you?â
Seeing this, Ma Lin stepped forward. âReport!â
Yang Dawu turned around and shouted, âSpeak!â
âSheâs my soldier. May I request that I handle her!â
Yang Dawuâs face darkened further. âRequest denied!â
He looked at Li Xueqing. âDidnât you say that I was targeting you? Now, do ten push-ups immediately. As for the makeup, itâs none of my business whether you remove it or not.â
Li Xueqing heaved a sigh of relief.
Ultimately, he relented a little.
She was disdainful, but quickly got down and did ten push-ups.
Yang Dawu looked at Zhao Youâer. âAre you removing it?â
Zhao Youâer stood up. âYes!â
âYou have five minutes.â
Zhao Youâer immediately turned and ran.
By the time she returned, Li Xueqing had completed her push-ups and Zhao Youâer was panting heavily.
Yang Dawu glanced at her and said, âReturn to the team!â
âThank you, Instructor Yang!â Zhao Youâer was delighted.
Li Xueqing was indignant. Why wasnât she punished?
However, when she saw Yang Dawuâs sullen face, she did not dare to say anything.
She glanced at Zhao Youâerâs thick pores and thought to herself, âIndeed, sheâs not lying.
The entire morningâs training session was spent performing all sorts of exercises and dropping onto the ground exhausted.
The team gathered at 6 am and started training at 6.30 am.
Everyone ran for half an hour. Breakfast started at 7 am in the cafeteria. They finished breakfast at 7.30 am. This was followed by a break and training continued at 8 am.
It was a hot day, and no one knew if Yang Dawu had done it on purpose or otherwise â he gathered everyone in the center of the field where it was most exposed to the sun.
After the group finished their physical training, they were assigned to different groups.
Ma Lin looked at Li Xueqing and said, âYouâre my soldier. I have the duty to warn you. Deputy Leader Yang has a bad temper and doesnât care if youâre a girl.â
Seeing that Ma Lin had a milder temper, Li Xueqing asked, âIs he single?â
âYes.â
âAnd thatâs how heâll be in the future.â
Ma Lin glanced at her. âYouâll find out later. Heâs doing this for your own good.ân/ô/vel/b//in dot c//om
Li Xueqing couldnât be bothered.
However, she soon realized the truth in Ma Linâs words.
In the morning, they practiced individual combat tactics and performed physical fitness training. They practiced ways of falling down in the sand.
Holding the gun in various ways and lying on the ground, Li Beinian was very serious and learned very quickly.
Ma Zheng was next.
When it came to Li Xueqing, every time she laid down, sand would splash onto her face.
It didnât hurt, but it tickled.
Li Xueqing would grab a handful each time. By the end of the morning, she was drenched in sweat.
Li Beinian had better stamina than most of them, but she was also sweaty and her skin was covered in sand. She looked especially pathetic.
When she looked up, she noticed that Li Xueqingâs face was already in a terrible state.
Her eyelashes and eyeliner were slightly smudged. Although it wasnât terrible, it was bad enough.
There was sand stuck to her foundation, and some of it had been wiped off. It was obvious where there was still makeup on her face and where it had been wiped off.
Li Beinian couldnât help but take a few more glances.
Ma Zheng, on the other hand, was much more direct and remarked, âItâs so ugly, the makeup is ruined.â
Li Xueqing subconsciously touched her face when she heard this. She immediately glared at Ma Zheng and shouted, âShouldnât a man be less talkative!â
Ma Zheng glanced at her disdainfully and quickly turned around to speak to Li Beinian. âYouâre really fast at learning how to lie on your side. Will you demonstrate once for me, so that I may learn it?â
