Chapter 1094
The Day I Kissed An Older Man
Seeing that Corinne was really unwilling to kiss him, Jeremy simply sighed and said, âOkay. I wonât
force you if you donât want to do it.â
True to his words, he let her go.
Corinne did not let her guard down. âWhy are you still standing here, then?â she asked with a single
eyebrow raised. âGo on. Get out.â
Jeremy tapped her on the nose. âI should be the one saying that to you. Youâve finished washing up,
right? So itâs now my turn. Of course, I wonât mind if you choose to stay in here with me.â
After that, he started unbuttoning his shirt, revealing his ***y collarbone.
Seeing this, Corinne quickly slipped out of the bathroom as she knew Jeremy would get frisky if she did
not do so.
âOh my god. The way she still blushes whenever she sees my body even though sheâs already
pregnant with my kid is so cute!â thought Jeremy with a smile as he looked at her running out of the
bathroom.
Corinne made sure to shut the door after her to make it clear to Jeremy that under no circumstances
was he to follow her out to take advantage of her.
After she calmed down, she looked down sadly on the floor. What should have been a happy reunion
was marred by the fact that Jeremy did not explain to her who the woman on the phone was. It was as
if he thought he could get away with it by pretending the whole thing did not happen when he knew she
had heard the womanâs voice.
Knock! Knock!
Corinne had just finished changing when a knock sounded at the door. Thinking it was Tommy, she
went to open the door. Instead, it was Jason, standing at the door with his usual smile instead.Books

âGood morning, Corinne.â
âYeah, good morning,â said Corinne with a perfunctory smile.
âAre you okay? You donât look like you slept well at all,â asked Jason.
Corinne was in no mood to chit-chat with him, so she asked bluntly, âCan I help you?â
Jason shrugged. âOh, itâs nothing in particular. I just came to see if youâd like to join me for breakfast.â
âThanks, but no thanks. Iâm not hungry yet, so you should go ahead without me,â said Corinne with a
bored expression.
After that, she moved to close her door.
Having expected to receive this kind of response from her, Jason quickly slipped in through the crack
like an eel.
âMister Jason, what do you think youâre doing?â asked Corinne unhappily.
Jason sat on an armchair as though he was in his room. âWhat do you mean? Iâm waiting for you to go
have breakfast with me.â
âIâve already told you that Iâm not hungry and to go ahead without me!â
âBut itâs so boring eating alone!â whined Jason. âAt least with you there, Iâll have somebody to talk to!
Iâve decided to wait here until youâre hungry. Then we can go have breakfast together.â
Corinne frowned. âMister Jason, hasnât anyone ever told you itâs rude to barge into a womanâs room
this early in the morning?â
Jason smiled innocently. âBut I didnât barge in here⦠You were the one who opened the door for me,
remember?â
Corinne was speechless. âWhy, heâs the most shameless man Iâve ever met!â
Jason chuckled softly when he saw her unhappy face.
âIf you donât like me being here, come have breakfast with me.â
Corinne might have agreed readily if it was not for her husband in the bathroom.
