Chapter 1051 by Marina Vittori
An Understated Dominance
Upon receiving Trentâs orders, the Harmon family guards and the elite shadow guards took action. âQuick! Seal off all exits and ensure this kid doesnât get away!â
âActing so boldly on the Harmon familyâs grounds? He must have a death wish!â The guards quickly blocked all escape routes and surrounded Dustin.
As Dustin exited the reception hall, he could feel the hostile stares of the guards on him. He guessed there were around two hundred of them, including Dylanâs Dark Panther Cavalry soldiers.
âRhysâ Release my son now, or youâll pay with your life!â Jacob yelled angrily.
âYouâre trapped, thereâs no escape. Release Dylan, and maybe Iâll spare you,â Trent warned.
âI only want Dylan. The rest of you can step back!â Dustin stated firmly.
âYouâre standing at deathâs door and donât even realize it. Look around and see whoâs in charge!â
Trent threatened.
Trent knew Dustin could not win against so many armed guards, no matter how skilled he was.
âEven though this kid managed to take down Dylan, he wonât leave the Harmon family alive.â
âThis kid might be talented, but heâs outnumbered.â
âHe shouldâve known the consequences of picking a fight with the Harmon family!â
The guests whispered among themselves. They knew that taking on a powerful family alone was
suicidal
âHmph! Having courage wonât take you very far when youâre outnumbered,â Leah commented.
She viewed Dustin as an amateur and doubted his ability to fight armed opponents.
âYouâre right! This guy is too idealistic, thinking his martial arts alone can make him invincible
Itâs just wishful thinkingâ Quinton sneered.
Livie didnât say anything, but she also doubted Dustinâs skills. She realized nobody would survive
against the Harmon family guards.
âConsidering youâre the Harmons, I donât want to use force. Iâm holding back for now, so step aside! âDustinâs intense gaze swept over them. If it werenât for Natasha, he would have already taken down the entire Harmon family
âYou stubborn bastard! It seems like you wonât back downâ
Trent couldnât contain his anger and signaled his quards âGet nd of him!â
Gunshots rang out, and pustin used Dylan as a shield. Two bullets missed, but the remaining three hit Dylan.
âAh!â The pain jolted Dylan awake.
âStop shooting!â Jacob shouted. He realized that at this rate, his son would die before Dustin.
âYou incompetent fools! Whatâs wrong with your aim?â Trent was furious that they had missed their chance to kill Dustin.
âWho shot me? Who the heck did this?!â Dylan roared in agony, staring at the bloody wounds. He couldnât understand why he had been shot three times.
âDyl, those were an accident.â Trent tried to assure him.
âThe guard will shoot again, but we wonât miss this time. Hang in there.â
