Chapter 121

Remarriage His Billionaire Ex-Wife

Chapter 121

Lucas had not returned home from his work, and Rebecca knew nothing about what Olivia had

done. For a moment, Olivia did not know who to ask for help

There was a mocking smile on Jessica's face as she looked at Olivia's pale face.

The dining room suddenly fell into a strange silence. A servant came into the dining room with the

appetizer, fried foie gras with garlic and basil, at that time. She then put it on the table.

The fried foie gras emitted the fragrance of grease. Although Olivia had not had much that day

because of her panic, she still acted as if she couldn't smell the fragrance of food in front of her at

all.

Justin had been running the Thomas Group for so many years, so he had understood that it was

Olivia who made Jessica slandered by the netizens now.

He was actually angry that Olivia always made things worse, but since Jessica was here, he didn’t

want to admit Olivia's fault and make the Thomas family embarrassed.

said to Jessica

“Mr. Thomas, you don't seem sincere at all, then there's no need to continue the meal.” Jessica

pushed the plate in front of her forward and threw the napkin on the table.

She stood up and looked at Justin, whose face had turned blue. She sneered and said, “Jerry is just

the boss of a shell company. I believe that anyone with a brain can understand that he does not

dare to provoke the Hall Group”

Jessica meant that she didn't plan to let go of Olivia, who was behind Jerry.

Wait, Miss Hall: Justin could ignore Olivia's reputation, but he couldnt risk harming the reputation

of Thomas family, so he tried to persuade Jessica to stay. Then he turned to Olivia and said, “Olivia,

what are you waiting for? Apologize to Miss Hall!"

“Miss Hall, this is all my fault. Please forgive me.’ Olivia came back to her senses and said to Jessica

Jessica raised her eyebrows and asked, “Is that all you want to apologize for?”

“I know that I have offended you many times in the past. Just tell me what you want me to do. I will

do my best.’ Olivia knew that unless Jessica let her go, she would not be able to quell Justin's anger.

've heard so many apologies from you, Miss Thomas. I hope to see your actual action today. The

first thing I want is, you, the Thomas family, help me clarify this.” Jessica looked at Justin and said,

“Mr. Thomas, I'm not asking for too much, right?”

“It's not too much. Very reasonable.” As soon as Jessica finished speaking, Lucas’ voice came from

the restaurant entrance.

He had just finished today's work and rushed back home from the company, but he did not expect

to hear Jessica questioning Olivia about herself being slandered on the Internet as soon as he

arrived home.

*Lucas, please invite Miss Hall to sit down first. We can talk about it slowly.” Justin relaxed slightly

when he saw Lucas retum.

In Justin's opinion, Jessica was definitely still hung up on Lucas, so if Lucas pleaded for Olivia, Jessica

might be willing to settle this in private

“No need. I've lost my appetite.” Jessica swept her cold gaze over Olivia. Olivia clenched her fists but

did not dare to retort.

Jessica looked at Lucas and said, “Mr. Thomas, I will give you two days.”

I will definitely give you an explanation,” Lucas simply replied and nodded.

Jessica shrugged indifferently. Then she turned and left the Thomas villa with Wendy.

Jessica planned to release the evidence two days later. She wanted to see if Lucas would still choose

to protect Olivia or nol.

After Jessica teft, Olivia collapsed on the chair. Justin's face darkened.

“Lucas, you shouldn't let Jessica go away like that.” Justin looked at Lucas in disapproval and said,

“How can you agree with her request and let Olivia clarify things for Jessica? How can our family still

keep our dignity and reputation in LA?

"Yes, we might lose our dignity and reputation in LA. But is that Jessica's fault? It's because Olivia is

too reckless and willful!” Lucas said coldly

Justin looked at Olivia, who was trying to escape the dining room, and shouted, “Stop!”
