Maysun was speechless. It took her a few seconds before she gasped in disbelief. "You! Alex
Poole! Donât you forget that all the glory and status for your entire Poole family was granted by
my Kemp family!
Without us, the Kemp family, your Poole family is nothing!"
Alex smiled calmly. "Sure!"
"Sure? What do you mean?" Maysun asked.
"If your Kemp family no longer wanted your honor, status, and the title for being the topmost
noble family in the country, I can make you lose all of it in a jiffy! Miss Kemp, you have gotten
used to being pampered, so there are a few things that you may not know! If I, Alex Poole, had
not helped your Kemp family maintain peace from the country to the frontier and then from the
frontier to abroad, your Kemp family may have already ended up as beggars a long time ago!â
Alez snapped. "Therefore, your Kemp family can put on airs for being a noble family, but donât do
that in front of me. Besides, when I was abroad to help your family, it was Sebastian who saved
my life! Maysun Kemp, donât you dare come between Sabrina's marriage!"
At that moment, Alex really did not have the mind to continue talking nonsense with Maysun
there. Alex knew Sebastian's temper very well. Sebastian was not a person who would get angry

would tug on the corner of his shirt. "Uncle Poole, you're so fierce."
Alex looked at Aino in disbelief. "Aino..."
'I'm helping your mother! You say that I'm fierce? Are you serious?'
Aino nodded her head seriously. "Uncle Poole, you're really very fierce today."
Alex was completely befuddled.
"Uncle Poole, you've misunderstood Miss Maysun. She is my dad's friend, she is also my friend.
My dad has been very lonely recently. I am the one who asked Miss Maysun to take care of my
