He had promised her to go to Harbor City to see Gu Yi.

He kept his word. Early the next morning, he took her daughter to the airport.

Miaomiao always woke up early after her elder brother went to Harbor City.

But Shao Xue was still asleep at that time, so she didn’t make it to Harbor City.

So she could just call Gu Yi after getting up.

It was rare for Shao Tianze to agree to take Miaomiao to see Yi.

Song Yunxuan felt that she’d better tell Yi about it to let him be prepared.

Actually, Shao Xue had already called Gu Yi.

“I’ve already called him, but I didn’t get through.”

He had better cheer her daughter up.

Shao Tianze held Miaomiao’s hand, disembarking with her.

When they reached the exit of the airport, they recognized Gu Yi and the two bodyguards the instant they saw them.

They both called out to Gu Yi.

Hearing that, Gu Yi turned to look in their direction.

When seeing her elder brother, Miaomiao let go of Shao Tianze’s hand, rushing to Gu Yi.

Gu Yi asked Shao Tianze, “When will you take Miaomiao back, dad?”

“Tomorrow morning.”

Gu Yi felt somewhat dejected, replying, “This soon?”

“I’ll bring Miaomiao to see you when I’m available in the future.”

“Good.”

After that, Shao Tianze put the napkin onto the desk.

Then he left the table.

Therefore, her eyes lit up when seeing what was inside the box, asking, “What’s this?”

Inside the small round box laid some black velvet.

On the velvet, there was a small tiara inlaid with pearls and white diamonds.
