Sahara had seen it, Felix becoming stiff and what not.
âI donâtâ¦â
Interrupting the kid Prince, Sahara smiled at him, âRemember that itâs not the end of the world uh! Mistakes are often made, interruptions are often made, life can be hard and harshâ¦Yet! If you can learn from your mistakes and either prevent interruptions or accept them, life can be a little easier and less harshâ¦You know what!?â
Felix waited, but couldnât help but say, ââ¦What?â
Sahara let go of his hand and sat back, into Matthewâs embrace, âEqualize!â
Both Matthew and Felix were confused and had questions in their eyesâ¦
Letting out a strange noise, Sahara slapped the table, âFind something else as well, to help you deal with it! You know! Likeâ¦Well, I have him!â She bluntly pointed at Matthew, like he was a second guessâ¦
âMyâ¦â
Sahara interrupted Matthew, âMake life worth your troubles! It may be hard toâ¦Well, whatever you think is hard, but find something fun as well! Equalizeâ¦â
Sahara put her hand to her head and stopped talkingâ¦Even she was wondering if she was making any sense. She still wasnât good at talking to peopleâ¦
Ah! Now I remember why I rarely talked to people!
Putting her hand down, she sighed and shrugged. She didnât know what else to say or how else to put the words, so she thought she might as well just stop talkingâ¦
Felix let out a smirk, but looked down, hoping no one would see it. Again, and again, he sees this Princess act out her true thoughts and it was really refreshing!
Ah, he wishedâ¦
Looking at Sahara and at Matthew adoring her happily, Felix had a strange, different feelingâ¦That perhaps getting married might not be so bad after all.
He wasnât supposed to marry for at least another month, but the emperor wanted him to marry before he was to become the Crowned Prince.
There were still in the selection phrases and the Empress wasnât well enough to take part in it. Perhapsâ¦Perhaps he couldâ¦
Lowering his head back down, Felix kept his thoughts to himselfâ¦
âFeed me.â
âYou have hands.â
âTheyâre busy.â
âThen donât eat.â
âBut Iâm hungry.â
ââ¦You have handsâ¦â
âYou fed me before.â Matthew pouted, snuggling into his Princessâs side.
âMmm, I wasâ¦Distractedâ¦â
Matthew chuckled to Saharaâs answer, âIâll distract you again then.â
âUh! No, Iâm still eating!â
Matthew leaned against her and when he was about to continue being the âGolden heirâs kidâ that Sahara keeps calling him, he heard Sahara say, âOh! I want that Auction House! I wanna sell some pills and get some Sum!â
âIâll take you.â Matthew said happily.
âCan I come too?â
Both Sahara and Matthew looked at Felix and then each other.
âPlease?â
Sahara looked back at Felix and felt like he was more becoming the thirteen-year-old that he should be, instead of the indifferent, mature person she met him as.
âHe can come right?â Sahara asked Matthew.
Matthew looked opened to the suggestion, but said, âAs long as Emperor Father permits it. Butâ¦It was supposed to be our date!â
I pouted, âWe were on a week-long date until we came here!â
âReally?â Matthew asked, still not a hundred percent sure what a âdateâ was.
âItâs quality time alone together, we were alone most of the week! Let me talk to Father, Iâll make it happen!â
Felix gave an innocent smile to Saharaâs enthusiasm to letting him go to the Auction house. He hadnât felt so lucky and special inâ¦Well, he couldnât rememberâ¦
âBut where is the Emperor?â Sahara asked.
Matthew laughed and put something into her mouth, âHe said something about the earth element, so I wouldnât be surprised if heâs in his library.â
Sahara finished eating what Matthew put in her mouth and then tried to stand up, Matthewâs hands making it difficult for herâ¦
Relenting to his Princess, Matthew stood up with her and looked over to Felix, âLet us go find our father!â

After they had found His Majesty, the Emperor of Green Haven, reading in a corner of the libraryâ¦They finally got a distracted approval of Prince Felix able to venture out and go to the Auction House.
Sadly, the Auction House wasnât open for auctioning on this day, so they couldnât do much beyond asking questions or dropping off items for the impending next time that it was opened.
Sahara didnât seem to care about if it was opened or not, even though she knew it was supposed to have been a âdateâ at one stage. She would like to see it happen but had read about so many of them in books that she didnât care if she didnât attend either!
Since Felix wanted to go, she will have to teleport back when the Auction House was doing the auctioning, to make him happyâ¦
But she was still able to give the auction house a pill to sell and a pill to show the effects on the day they were to sell it. She asked the man at the counter when the Auction was opened for bidding next and found out that it was still another week awayâ¦
Felix didnât show it, but he was a bit upset, until Sahara stated that she will take him one dayâ¦
One dayâ¦
Even though Felix changed his mind and liked this Princess nowâ¦He was beginning to change his mind once againâ¦
One day!?
It had been a while since he had wanted to have a temper tantrumâ¦But, suddenly, he wanted to have oneâ¦
Sahara saw him upset, once they returned back to the palace, and took him into a big, uncomfortable hug. She wasnât a mind reader, or an expert in trying to make out what one is thinkingâ¦It was more so what he wasnât saying and what she could pick up through his face, finding his actions familiar to hers and Stevenâs. She wasnât too sure how to make him feel better, but nonetheless, felt like she had to express that she had meant what she said and thatâs why she took him in for a hugâ¦
Yeah, both didnât feel like it was great at all, her big belly got in the way, and it wasnât something either of them were used tooâ¦
Both of them stepped back and had no idea how to move on from itâ¦
Matthew looked from one and to the other in a different lightâ¦Both his Princess and Prince Felix seemed to have a problem showing intimacyâ¦A hug should be easy between siblingsâ¦Yetâ¦
It was a sad, yet funny and strange concept at the same time!
After they returned to the royal palace, Matthew and Sahara stated their farewells and the emperor pouted a second or two before they disappeared, making both Matthew and Sahara laugh upon their return to Purple Haven!
Sahara felt pretty weak though, considering all the fun things that she had done back at Green Haven and not replenishing her spiritual essence. Matthew noticed straight away and sat down, placing her into his embrace. âMy dear, meditate before you faint!â
Looking at her beloved man, Sahara smiled and pecked him on the lips and did as she was told.
And as Sahara meditated, Matthew did as well, but with her right in front of him, even using her slightly to sit up comfortably.
Taking his first pure, white pill, Matthew launched into it and felt the âscaryâ amount of spiritual essence that came surging towards him!
He couldnât believe it!
It was astronomical!
Both of them stayed like that for at least an hour and then gladly went to sleepâ¦Of course, they shared the same bed and had a deep, full slumber, that seemed only natural when you had your other half with youâ¦

At the beginning of another week travelling by, Sahara teleported a big fish from outside of Purple Haven and they had a big, happy meal! It wasnât like the fish could not be seen, as it had been quite huge!
Sahara had seen it in the water and didnât think too much off itâ¦Until it was right in front of herâ¦
It was the size of a football field and should be able to feed many of them, if not allâ¦
Having squirmed for a short time, knocking down a seated area next to the playing field that it was on, commotion went on from there and everyone found out, that this huge fishâ¦Was going to be for dinner!
Many people seemed ravenous in seeing the big fish being cut up for their dinner and couldnât wait to eat! For that day, people were very well behaved! Well, that wasnât the only reasonâ¦They have seen a few of Saharaâs tricks of making tables and chairs and figurines, but watching the big fish being easily carved, without anyone touching itâ¦
Many were too dumbfounded to make too much thought on it, but a few were a bit uneasyâ¦
Having learnt how to do this when she had been thirteen or fourteen, and had been poisoned, Sahara hadnât thought much of it, but it wasnât something people saw every day!
The fishbones were easily taken away, and before two hours were done, big pots were filled with fish pieces cut relatively equal and ready to be cooked!
Sahara had bluntly stated to all of them, that they wonât get fed fish if they misbehaved, and like good, little children, they all scuttled off to do as they were told, so that they will feast well that night!
â¦Afterwardsâ¦The people misbehaved a littleâ¦They wanted a great feast every night but couldnât! Some were getting bullied because of their previous status and that they should have given their fish to the people who previously had higher status. Sadly, this âmisbehavingâ started to pave way to showing the previous âhigher statusâ people that they are being treated the same as everyone else and started to think that they deserved better.
â¦Whispers and teams started to secretly form from this dayâ¦Who knew that a whale could hold so much power over the species known of as humansâ¦
Matthew, upon letting Sahara take her daily âunneededâ nap the next day, had then threatened them, but they didnât really pay much attention to Matthew since he had arrived, he seemed more like a spectator, and this was the first time that he had actually done something.
Everyone knew, that the one in charge was Sahara! Andâ¦She was a womanâ¦A strange woman that seemed to have kept things uniquely under controlâ¦So farâ¦This had started to make them ask the question of why they were really following herâ¦As she wasnât even from Purple Havenâ¦
But Matthew disapproved of their behaviour and didnât like the idea of Sahara waking up to find a fifth of the populace wanting to play up, so he stated that whoever can win a fight against him may get what they wantedâ¦
Thatâs when the people shut upâ¦
Because the first person that said that theyâll fight Matthew only lasted five seconds, and thatâs when people found that this Matthew was already a ninth rank cultivator!
Yes! He had âdingedâ up with his first white pill to rank nine and nowâ¦Everyone knows!
There were quite a few who respected Matthew even more then Sahara now. Not only were they the same rank in cultivation, but he was a man and one that seemed to be able to quickly work things outâ¦
After that, he made them all sit down like little children and pointed at them like they were all naughty. Well, that would be Saharaâs interpretation of it!
On Matthewâs side of things, he rallied them up, with Stevenâs help, and told them that Prince Seth was returning and that they should think of how they will welcome back their future Emperor!
Their response was that of being completely shocked!
Matthew was a bit annoyed that Sahara had said nothing of Prince Seth being on his way and that his people didnât even know about it.
Itâs not like Sahara hadnât wanted to say anything, she had just forgottenâ¦And then she would just ask Matthew why he hadnât had said anything eitherâ¦
Now that the people all knew and had gotten over their shock, many questions had come like a swift wind and Matthew had to keep from becoming impatient as he tried to answer them all.
What future Emperor? What Prince is he? I canât remember him! I thought he had died! How can we believe you? How can we follow someone we havenât even met? This isnât a trick to get us under the Green Havenâs control? How do we know heâs really on his way? How can we believe that he has the Green Haven Emperor behind him?
â¦For quite a whileâ¦Matthew had to calmly state that this is not a hoax and that everything was real, that the next Emperor was on his way, and they best accept this futureâ¦
Many whispers were put amongst the people, and many of those silent words involved that of being worried that Green Haven was going to have a lot of power here in Purple Havenâ¦
