Chapter 14 of 33

Flaws and imperfections

Poems Of Elegance97 words~1 min read

Looking in the mirror,

What I see,

Staring back at me,

Is a face full of flaws,

Of mark’s and blemishes,

Of imperfection.

I look in the mirror,

I only see me,

Boring old me,

Nothing special,

So what do they see?

When they look at me,

What do they see?

Why can’t I see what they see?

The perfection,

That flawless face,

Why can't I see it?

The blemish free skin,

The perfect features.

Why??

Is it my eyesight?

Is it flawed?

Do I need some special vision?

Or is it all just in my head?
