- To the Execution Forest Sue stood there and slowly raised her eyes to look at Alice. Seeing that her face did not reveal a single trace of astonishment, she could not help but ask, "You've already guessed that it was me who reported this to Chief Guard?"
She was the one who leaked the information. She was the one who told the Chief Guard to capture these enemies of Lancaster. She secretly ran away while they were sleeping on the boat.
No one noticed.
"From the moment you appeared, William and I had already felt that you came with a purpose in mind, but we didn't know if it was good or bad, so we didn't expose you." Alice said.
"You knew it from the beginning. How could it be possible?" Sue asked in disbelief.
"You said that you loved photography, but you didn't feel bad about dropping your camera to the ground the first time we met. Just this bit of acting is enough for us to suspect you a hundred times!"
William stood there and said coldly, looking at her with disdain.
Sue's face turned pale. After a long while, she finally looked at Alice and asked, "Then why did you come to the island with me?"
Since they suspected her from the start, weren't they taking their life seriously?
This was an isolated island, and it really wasn't suitable for them to come here. If something happened, the outside world wouldn't intervene.
"I've suspected you before, but I always thought you weren't a bad person." Alice said as she looked at her calmly, "How about Miss Sue tell me if I guessed wrongly. Your goal is only to lead us to the island so that we can be trapped here?"
She always felt that Sue was not a scheming person, her actions were too straightforward.
For example, if Sue wanted to harm them from the very beginning, there was no need for her to tell them to change clothes.
She just stood there with her eyes red. After a while, she said, "Miss Alice, I actually had a reason to be on the island as well, when I saw the robot, I originally wanted to use your Cullen Family's power to get into the Borg Family."
It was too hard to enter.
"But you guys suddenly regretted it." Sue said as she took a step back, "Since I have come to this island, I must solve my own problems before I leave. I betrayed you all and the Chief Guard agreed to let me walk around freely in the Borg Family."
Alice looked at her as Sue's eyes grew redder and redder.
"Mr. Gong, Miss Alice, I'm sorry, I betrayed you." Sue closed her eyes, crying. She bowed to them, expressing her apology.
"Why did you come to the island?"
Alice asked.
Hearing that, Sue subconsciously looked at Daniel, "I'm also here to look for someone, I want to take someone with me. I'm sorry, I'm really sorry."
With that, Sue turned around and left without any hesitation.
By betraying them, Sue gained the privilege of walking freely in the Borg Family. Then, she would be able to find the person she was looking for.
Alice looked back and glanced at William. William carried her and walked in, saying coldly, "Don't mind her, let's go in!"
"Yes."
Under the escort of a large amount of guards, William walked into the ancient castle while hugging Alice. Everything here was shabby compared to the Cullen Family, but the people here all had proud expressions, as if they were all glorious. William pulled Alice's hand and directly walked to the sofa and sat down. Daniel respectfully stood in his position as the butler.
Eclar glared at Daniel as the guards stood in two rows. After a while, the guards all lowered their heads and a man with gray hair walked in from outside. He was dressed in robes.
Seeing this person, Alice felt very uncomfortable all over, as if a zombie from hell had resurrected and walked in front of her. It was disgusting and terrifying.
It was as if the air was reeking of blood.
Then, Alice heard heavy breathing. She raised her head and saw Daniel standing there with his teeth clenched tightly. He was clenching his fist.
"Who is it?"
William asked coldly.
Daniel lowered his head and reported in detail, "He is the young master who tortured and killed my father back then-Borglor. Look at his clothes, he has now inherited the Borg Family and is the current Clan Master."
Facing the person who killed his father, even Daniel's voice was trembling.
As Alice sat there, she could clearly feel Daniel's hatred and pain. To her foster father, this Borg Family was more terrifying than hell.
Borglor looked at them with complete disdain and sneered, "So this is the Cullen Family's second young master? Heh, the current system is getting more and more absurd."
It was a joke.
The moment this person spoke, his voice was sharp and haughty, bringing about an inexplicable sense of bloodlust. Alice thought, he must have killed a lot of people.
"A living fossil like you should live under the island, not on it."
William also sneered, he did not even bother to stand up.
"You're already my prisoner, yet you're still acting so arrogantly. Your good days are coming to an end, when Lancaster's members arrive, we will discuss about how to deal with you two."
William looked as if he had heard a joke and laughed.
Borglor was agitated by his gaze. His voice was filled with anger, but he tried his best to suppress it, "Very good, this is really fun, it's been a long time since I last had the pleasure and excitement of executing a living person, because on this island, no one would say a word even if I dismembered a hundred people. It's too boring."
Hearing this, Alice couldn't help but shiver. William reached out and hugged her tightly.
"Heh."
William did not say a word, and only let out a laugh.
"What are you laughing at?"
Borglor asked.
"I know how you feel. I haven't seen a dying person in a long time." William said.
This time, Borglor was completely infuriated, and said to Chief Guard: "Bring them all to the Execution Forest! Immediately!"
Execution Forest?
The name sounded unpleasant.
William glanced at Alice. Alice was rubbing her neck and she said, "I'm not afraid, you don't have to worry about me."
She just felt that this Borglor was too disgusting from head to toe.
"Right. Let's go."
William said as he stood up.
William, Alice and Daniel were brought to the Execution Forest. It was a very large forest, surrounded by stones and trees, in the middle, there was a barren land with a wooden stake that looked like an altar on it. Under the wooden stake, there was a road, which led straight into the depths, and at the deepest part of the forest there was an extremely tall door, on the door were some carvings. The Chief Guard made a gesture and countless guards immediately spread out.
For some reason, when Alice, who was originally not afraid at all, arrived at this place, she suddenly became flustered. Her throat was filled with waves of nausea, and it was so uncomfortable that she wanted to vomit.
"What's wrong?"
William noticed Alice's nervousness and frowned.
"Aren't you feeling uncomfortable?" Alice looked at him confusedly, "Don't you feel that the smell of blood is very strong?"
"Your wife's nose works so well."
Hearing the voice, Borglor suddenly turned his head and stared at Alice. He opened his hands and said in a boastful voice, "This place used to be covered with green grass, I don't know why, but afterwards, when more and more people were executed here, there's no more grass here. Maybe, too much blood?"
As he spoke, he smiled.
What a complete freak.
"Why did you execute someone?" Alice asked.
Borglor stood there and spoke as if he was giving a speech, "No reason, I'm bored, I like to execute people and play. I like listening to people's painful howls, like scenes of flesh being torn apart, like intestines being taken out."
In the end, Alice was unable to suppress the nauseous feeling and threw up.
"Shut up!"
William growled as he glared at Borglor. He wrapped one hand around Alice and gave her a pat on the back.
"You dare to talk to our master like that?"
Eclar stood up. He was a loyal slave. He pointed the stick in his hand at William.
"Eclar! Try moving it!"
Daniel immediately used his body to protect his master.
"I even want to kill you!" The Eclar glared at him.
"Try it!"
Daniel put away his pocket watch and soon began to fight with Eclar.
"Back then, you incited my sister to help you escape the island. If it wasn't for Master showing mercy, more than twenty of our family members would have already been executed! You sinful slave!"
"Eclar! Your servility is too strong, you should go out and see what equality is! No one can wantonly slaughter another person. This is a crime!"
"Nonsense!"
Two people of about the same age were fighting.
"Ugh."
Alice was vomiting painfully. William looked at her with a worried look on his face, "it's fine, Alice. Believe me, I'll bring you out of this damned place in less than half an hour."
"I'm fine, Ugh."
Alice could not help but vomit.
Seeing that, William's eyes revealed a bloodthirsty anger.
Alice thought that she was too sensitive. She could always smell the blood stench in the air, as if she could see the scenes Borglor talked about.
