Alice realized that this clubhouse was not like what she thought it was, it was a modern, technological, and ancient style. The walls, including the decorations and chairs, were all made out of the same old style, decorated with fine carvings.
If not for the crystal lamp, people would have thought that he had teleported himself.
"Are you admiring it again?"
William saw that Alice was not even staring at him.
Alice looked at him speechlessly, "William, you're really only so petty."
She pulled down a strand of hair from her ear and showed it to William.
William glared at her fiercely, "Am I petty? I really should let you jealous to the women then to see who's the narrow-minded one."
Alice was silent. She no longer argued with him, she was really afraid that he would bring Amanda and the others over to provoke her again. She put down her hair and extended her hand to hold his hand, "William, I feel that our current situation is pretty good."
"Hmm?"
"Go through the two worlds in an ordinary manner, don't involve anyone else. Wait for your illness to improve, and when the child is born, we will be the happiest family of all." Alice smiled and said, "There's no need to prove anything with jealousy. It's enough for us to know that each of us has a unique position in the other's heart, no?"
"Unique?"
William stared at her intently, his black eyes deep.
He liked these words.
It was a unique position, one that even a child would not be able to snatch.
"Yes."
Alice nodded strongly.
The expression on William's face relaxed slightly, and he embraced her as they walked in.
Alice suddenly felt a wave of nausea and said, "You can go in first, I'll go to the bathroom."
"I'll accompany you."
William said.
"Fine."
He had to be by her side anyway.
Alice walked towards the ladies' restroom under Daniel's guidance.
When she entered the bathroom, she suddenly didn't feel nauseous anymore. She patted her chest and went to the sink to wash her hands.
The sound of high heels hitting the ground rang out.
Alice did not even raise her head.
In the next second, she heard an "Ah" sound. Alice subconsciously reached out a hand to support her body, raising her eyes to look, she saw a face that she had not seen for a long time.
Mona.
She had a tall and slender figure with a curvy figure. She was dressed beautifully but was not gaudy. She had long, straight golden hair that was very pretty.
"Thank you. Eh, why is it you again?" Mona stood there, a pair of beautiful ocean blue eyes staring at her, a face of curiosity, and said while smiling, "Looks like we are destined to meet each other."
Mona's Chinese words were clear.
"Alice stood in front of her, forcing out a smile, and said lightly," Be careful yourself, these high heels are too high.
After she finished speaking, Alice turned around and walked out of the washroom.
William stood outside and waited, the moment he saw her, he immediately went over and greeted her. His black eyes stared at her, and with one hand he raised her chin, "Are you alright?"
I really don't know why women work so hard to get pregnant and throw up all the time.
"I'm fine." Alice shook her head, she looked back at the direction of the washroom and said, "Alright, let's go and see the doctor."
With that, Alice took William's hand and left.
Although William had a small heart, in truth, how big of a mind did she have?
Alice secretly despised herself.
But, why would Mona appear here?
Didn't the Steward Daniel say that in order to keep this a secret, even the attendants would be on vacation?
Under Daniel's lead, the two of them walked into an elegant lounge. The things inside were all filled with the feeling of time, and the accessories placed on the mahogany shelves were all Ming and Qing Dynasty antiques.
"Hello Mr. Cullen, Miss. Clyne." An elderly professor in a white coat came in and bowed his head respectfully to them.
"You're a doctor?"
William glanced at him in disdain and sat down on the retro chair beside him. He crossed his long legs and sat down gracefully and lazily.
He didn't look nervous at all, but the small movement of his ten fingers betrayed him.
Alice knew that William was actually very resistant to seeing a doctor. If it wasn't for her, he definitely wouldn't have come.
"I am the leader of the PPD Research Institute. We will study and give out therapeutic regimen together, but the doctor who arranged the talk for Mr. Cullen today is a lady in our group." The professor was a Foreigners and said while pushing up his glasses.
"Lady?"
Alice asked in shock, but suddenly remembered to ask, "Is it that Miss Mona?" She looked at the material and it seemed there was a young Miss Mona who was very strong.
"Yes." "Mona is the best in our institute, but her present name is Tina" the professor said professionally. "She's focused on paranoid personality disorders, and her cure rate is one hundred percent, which no psychiatrist in the world can achieve except her."
"Is that so? "What about her?"
Alice asked.
"I'm here." A young woman's voice was heard. It was very melodious.
The moment she heard that voice, Alice's heart thumped. She turned around to look at the door and saw Mona walking in from the outside.
"Hey, it's you again!"
When Mona saw her, he was startled. Suddenly, she twisted her legs and pounced towards Alice.
Alice's eyes widened in shock, and subconsciously tried to support her, but she unconsciously fell backwards.
Baby!
The moment he leaned back for a moment, Alice looked at Mona's beautiful face, and her eyes revealed a look of fear.
She did not fall, but was supported from behind.
"Are you alright?"
William stood behind her, using his chest to support her, and rested a hand on her shoulder.
She leaned her back against William's body, while Mona threw herself in front of her and he grabbed onto her with both of his hands.
"Sorry, sorry, sorry!"
Mona apologized and stood up straight. Her eyes fell on William who was beside Alice and stared at her in shock. "Mr. Cullen?"
"Tina, then you take care of Mr. Cullen. We'll be going out first."
The old professor glanced at Daniel, who nodded and left with, closing the door.
The three of them were the only ones left in the lounge.
Three people with extremely awkward identities.
William turned Alice's body, and looked at her up and down, "Is there anything wrong, do you want to see a doctor?"
"No need, I'm fine."
Alice laughed with some difficulty and turned to look at Mona.
Mona was still standing there in a daze; only then did she regain her senses and took off her high heels after seeing Alice looking at her. She stepped onto the ground barefooted and said apologetically, 'Tm sorry, I actually let you support me three times a day. I swear, I won't wear this kind of high heels again. I'm so sorry."
Mona bowed her head to her politely and apologized.
"I'm fine." Alice looked at her with a complicated gaze.
"I understand, you must be Miss. Clyne, right? I heard your name from a friend. Nice to meet you. "Mona looked at William, then looked at Alice and said with a generous smile. She extended her hand towards her.
"Nice to meet you."
As Alice said this, she couldn't help but look at William.
William stood there with one arm wrapped around Alice, looking at Mona indifferently. After a moment, he seemed to have just remembered something, and said with a low voice, "So it's you."
"Mr. Cullen, long time no see." Mona said while smiling. Seeing his hand on Alice's shoulder, the smile on her face did not look uncomfortable at all.
Actually, with the three of them standing there, no matter how one looked at it, it was an awkward scene.
"Why are you here?" William looked at her coldly, his black eyes cold: "Aren't you called Mona?"
And what was Tina?
"Mr. Cullen, please help me keep this a secret." Mona placed her hands together and made a playful gesture, "My family would let me play every day than let me do something. I like psychological research, so the only thing I can do is change my identity and do the things I like."
So that's how it was.
Alice's eyes were startled. The former Marriage Object had actually become William's main doctor.
What a dramatic scene.
William shot a cold glance at Mona, but did not say anything else.
Seeing that they did not say a word, Mona carried her high heels and walked to a desk that looked like it had returned to the olden days, she put down her high heels and said naturally and casually, "Then we shall get to the main topic, Mr.
Cullen, I did not expect you to have paranoid personality disorder, please take a seat."
Mona didn't have the slightest discomfort as she entered the topic of treatment. Alice had accompanied William to see the doctor, but at that moment, she came to a realization. Today was simply too dramatic, and she still had not come to her senses.
"No need, I don't believe in the standards of a young miss."
William said in disdain as he carried Alice and walked out.
If it was any other doctor, Alice would definitely stop William from leaving, but that doctor was his former Marriage Object.
Alice did not say a word, and was carried away by William just like that.
"Mr. Cullen doesn't believe in my ability, but I can say that if you really do have paranoid personality disorder, I can definitely cure you and let you live a normal life." Mona's confident voice sounded out from behind them, "There is no one in this world who dares to say such words."
William's footsteps suddenly stopped, and the hand that was on Alice's shoulder tensed up.
Normal life.
William's pupils became deeper as he lowered his eyes to look at Alice. She had said before, "Go through the two worlds in an indifferent manner, don't involve others in it. When your illness gets better, when the child is born, we will be the happiest family."
Only when he recovered would they be the happiest family.
Otherwise, his emotions would be forever influenced by the existence of this child.
Alice quietly stood at the side and looked at William, she did not know what he was thinking.
Suddenly, William turned around and walked towards Mona's writing desk with large strides. His black eyes were biting cold and his voice was cold, "If you can't cure it, then I don't care what kind of family is behind you, I'll definitely teach you a lesson!"
