0—wen asked in displeasure and he started to feel agitated, with a sense of restlessness in his eyes.

His emotions were always particularly strong.

"No, I told your mother very seriously that I would work hard to be worthy of you." Alice bit her lips.

"Then why can't you sleep? are you still thinking about Patrick?"

William asked.

"I guess so. I have not been able to rest at ease even if the first day of Patrick had not appear." She said, her voice was soft as she looked at his face which was growing more and more dissatisfied, "Also, your mother. Facing her, I felt as if I faced the College Entrance Test?"

William was startled.

"You grew up abroad so naturally you don't understand the college entrance exams." Alice said with a serious face, "Back then, I was very nervous during the college entrance examination, afraid that I would fail, afraid that I would make a mistake in my questions."

"Why are you so nervous? The reading will be nervous, so will the college entrance examination! "William looked at her in disdain.

She was silent. Someone like him, who was born with a strong innate talent, naturally wouldn't understand her suffering.

She was nervous, not because she was afraid of effort, but because it was useless even if she tried.

She was indeed intimidated by the words of the lady. The lady said that the result was destined to be good, and these words made her somewhat afraid.

"Hey!" Alice, have you seen any stars in the forest? " William suddenly asked, bringing the topic directly to the Pacific Ocean.

"Nope."

Alice shook her head.

"Come, I'll take you!" William immediately sat up from the bed and forcefully grabbed her.

"Look at the stars?" She was shocked, "Now?"

He must be joking.

"Right now!"

William pulled her up, then quickly put on her shoes and ran out.

The castle was very peaceful at night, the servants were already asleep, and only a few bodyguards were on patrol outside the castle. When they saw them coming out, the bodyguards were a little surprised and lowered their heads to them.

Alice was dragged along by William as she ran. Outside, the sky was dark and there was barely any moonlight.

William held her hand and walked into the forest. Once they went in, it was so dark that she couldn't even see her fingers. Alice was already afraid of the darkness, so she immediately grabbed onto his arm.

William lowered his eyes to look at her, and the corner of his mouth hooked up, "Hugging? Want to do it? Here?"

"Fuck you." Alice had no way to retort at his evil thoughts, her hands still tightly hugged onto his arms, "It's too dark here, let's go back."

"Come with me."

William pressed down on the watch on his wrist, the regulating light was the strongest, like a small flashlight, the light shone in front of him, and the entire place was no longer pitch-black.

Alice was pulled inside.

This forest was cleaned frequently by the servant so it could be considered clean and there were no broken branches or buckets everywhere.

The leaves of the night carried droplets of water. The droplets dripped onto her shoulders, bringing with it a cool, grassy fragrance.

William pulled Alice further in, and Alice could not help but say, "Let's go back, how can we see the stars in the forest?"

It was impossible to see the stars in a tight net above their heads, the trees flourishing at this time of year.

"Follow me and you will know."

William grabbed her hands and walked inside, when his shoes were all stained with mud.

Alice was unable to persuade the him, and could only follow him.

After a long while, William finally stopped and said to her, "We're here."

"Arrived?"

Alice, who had always been only paying attention to her feet, looked forward. She saw an empty area in front of her, and under the faint light, a broken tree fell onto the ground.

The scene in front of her looked familiar.

Alice was startled, and she finally remembered, "Isn't this the place where I almost die?"

When she was first tied up to the Imperial Castle, she enraged William with her words and was thrown into the forest.

Thinking of this, Alice's face darkened as she looked at William with resentment. "What are you looking at? Didn't I not let you die?"

William pinched her cheek.

"Looks like that you still remember what you did." Alice said in a mocking tone, "At that time, I truly hated you."

Now that she thought about it, she was angry. Although she treated him very well, if she had truly been tortured to death back then, she wouldn't be where she was now.

William raised his eyebrows, "Don't you love me to death now?"

"I don't have any."

Alice denied.

"Besides, I have already killed all of those murderers! I have avenged you!" William's voice was forever filled with the feeling of arrogance.

"Murderer?" Alice sized him up and down, feigning ignorance, "You committed suicide? Are you a ghost now?"

"Pa ~

William slapped her head, his black eyes glaring at her, "I'm saying, I'll kill your killer!"

As he said that, William pulled her with one hand and pointed upwards.

Alice suspiciously looked towards the direction where his finger was pointing. She was immediately stunned, only to see that the surrounding trees had been chopped and there were no longer any branches and leaves intertwined on the tree, leaving an empty circle.

It was like an enormous natural sky well.

From this angle, she could see the sky full of stars locked in the ring, sometimes far away, sometimes near. The sky was especially clean, as if it was spotless.

"So beautiful."

Alice sighed in her heart, she walked forward into the beam of light and raised her hand. Her fingers gently touched the edge of the beam of light, making her feel like she was about to jump through space and time.

"Beautiful, right?" William raised his eyebrows proudly, and turned off the light on his watch, "I made this!

Alice looked at the beams of light as her lips curved into a smile.

Instantly, all the bad memories she had in this place were washed away.

Alice walked past the light beam and sat down on a broken tree. Her dress almost reached the ground as she looked up at the starry sky above her head.

The worry in her heart didn't seem to be that bad.

"This place is really beautiful." She couldn't help but sigh.

Occasionally, a few fireflies would fly out from between the trees. They would dance around the edge of the light beam, giving off a romantic feeling as if they were in a fairytale forest.

William sat down beside her, a smile on his face as he stared at her with his black eyes. The more he looked, the happier he got, and he asked directly.

Alice looked at him.

"Alice, why are you so beautiful?" He stared at her, her voice low and magnetic, "I realized that the more you look, the better you look, you look even better looking at your hair!"

If it was someone else praising her, Alice would probably be praised to the point of being floating in the air.

But as for William, ever since he had praised her culinary arts, she no longer believed in any of his tastes.

"You just like me, why do I like you?"Alice said with a faint smile.

He is the paranoia.

He felt that what was right was right no matter what. What he felt to be wrong was wrong no matter what.

"Yes, I like you!"He said, he extended his hand and pinched her chin, and turned her face around, and confirmed, "En, it really is pleasing to the eye!"

She was helpless against his stubborn side, she pushed his hand away and leaned on his shoulder with her head tilted, looking up at the small patch of starry sky, "William, why would you think of creating such a romantic place?"

He didn't have much romantic cells in him.

On the other hand, he just was capable of scolding people.

"Wasn't there someone who was unhappy these past few days?" William scoffed.

If it wasn't to make her happy, would he have done so many meaningless things?

So it was for her.

She was moved. She raised her hand and a small firefly flew past her fingertips without stopping.

"Thank you, William."

She said gratefully.

"I thought I said no words of thanks!" William said unhappily.

Alice sat up straight on the broken tree as she reached out to grab his face. Her body slowly stood up and her lips were imprinted with his thin lip.

As they intertwined, William made her sit on his lap so that he could kiss his more deeply.

Alice's hands wrapped around his neck, and her clear and bright eyes stared at his handsome face, "William, I will also work hard, hard for you."

"Really?"

He raised his eyebrows.

"Yes." She nodded strongly, "Even if there are two mountains in front of us, with my fingers broken, but I still have legs."

She won't give up until she's dead.

"Who asked you to dig a mountain, now I have an urgent matter that requires your hard work!" William stared straight at her, his eyes unfathomable, his throat rolling up and down, his breathing becoming heavier.

"What?"

William was stunned.

"Let's make a forest, you take the initiative!"

As he said that, his eyes suddenly lit up with strong feelings and desire.

Ever since she said she was in love with him, he'd been waiting for her to take the initiative.

She was greatly embarrassed, she reached out her hand and hit him, "Can you not say such nonsense in such a romantic place?"

Did this man really have his brain controlled by something?

Give her back the initiative.

"Is it a bad scene?" William said righteously, "I think it's just right for the scenery."

Alice was speechless, she sat on his leg and said, "I don't want it anyway, and I'll just watch my scenery."

"You dare to reject me?"

William had a face full of dissatisfaction.

"Mm, I'll reject you." Alice sat on his body, leaned on his chest, and raised her head to look at the starry sky, her voice clear and gentle, "Because I feel that this is the most romantic, and it's good enough for me to just sit there quietly."

"We can do it quietly."

She really wanted to poison him to death. This was for the best.

He was very dissatisfied that he was rejected, but he didn't get a good deal, so he just carried her and sat on the broken tree.

The night's weather became very cold, but his chest was very warm.

She looked up at the starry sky, for this was enough for her to work hard.

The next morning.

William was still sleeping on the bed when she had woken up early to wash up.
