"I understand. Don't let her leave your place, I'll be right there."
Alice said as she picked up her bag and prepared to leave.
"Master, aren't you going to take me with you?"
Alice turned her head to look at it, "Bringing you out would be too eye-catching. I'll bring you along when I leave this city in two days."
"Okay, master, I will wait here for you." It nodded.
"Don't you need to charge?"
Alice asked suspiciously.
"I will charge myself. I don't need Master to worry." it said.
"That's great, I'll go first."
Alice said, then endured the pain in her body and walked outside with large strides.
Alice ran out of the Port of Heaven and left on foot. Before she had taken a few steps, she felt someone staring at her.
Alice hid behind a tree to look over. Sure enough, she saw a few people wearing hats, holding cameras and taking photos.
Why would someone suddenly take a picture of her?
Alice bit her lips, then called back to the apartment. She remembered that one of the functions of MR Palace was to call and answer the phone.
Very quickly, the phone was received.
An electronic voice from the Mr palace rang in her ears, "Hello, this is the Clyne residence."
Clyne residence.
William made it "Clyne residence!"
Without much thought, Alice asked, "Mr Palace, I have three adults with me, I need you to capture them, can you do it?"
"I am willing to serve you, Master."
"Yes," it said.
"Okay, then get down. Those people are at the entrance of the Port of Heaven, next to a small van. Do you know the way there?" Alice asked.
"Path has already been stored. Master, can you describe how they look like?"
It asked.
"Sure."
Alice hid in the shadows and talked, nodding from time to time. The three people were so impatient waiting that they thought she didn't notice and was only making calls.
Fifteen hours later.
The three men lay paralyzed on the ground, wailing under the violence of MR Palace.
It stood there.
She walked over with a mobile phone in her hand and said, Tve finally caught stalkers. I'll call the police right now."
The three men were howling miserably, but upon hearing that, they immediately took out their reporter certificate, "Miss, Miss, we are just reporters, not stalkers."
"Reporters?" Alice looked at them coldly, "I don't think I have any news for you to take pictures of. I'm not a celebrity."
They were all entertainment journalists.
"You are Mary's big sister, and you are preventing the Miller Group from signing the contract, it has been a hit. And we received an anonymous report saying that Big Sister Mary was fooling around every night, which was why we keep up with you." The reporter said, "Not only us, there are also reporters over there."
Someone pointed into the distance. Alice raised her eyes and saw a van leaving in a cloud of dust.
"Follow me?" Alice rolled her eyes and asked, "When did you catch up with me?"
"Outside a Japanese restaurant. It was the whistle-blower who told the news to us. It's true."
Alice's expression immediately turned cold.
Not only had Mary drugged her, she had even brought the media to take pictures of her. Fortunately she had run to the Port of Heaven, and the drug had taken effect on the streets, or there would be unimaginable consequences.
Alice looked at the three reporters lying on the ground and said coldly, "I still want to call the police, but I won't sue you, I want you to testify."
Mary, don't blame me for retaliating if you go too far.
She actually dared to have her foster mother use this kind of drug on her. She couldn't bear it any longer and didn't need to endure it any longer.
She went to the Police station to report the case and had done a urine test before, proving that she could possibly have been drugged. Adding the statements from the reporters, she thought that searching the source of the anonymous phone calls would be enough for Mary to go back to the Police station to receive questioning.
In the end, when the police in the Police station heard that she was a famous celebrity, they claimed that the evidence was insufficient and kicked her out.
Alice was pushed out of the Police station.
She finally understood what it was like to be helpless.
Damn it.
Alice kicked the pole beside the road in anger, feeling extremely depressed.
Was she going to suffer a loss for nothing?
"Miss Alice, Miss Alice." An attentive voice suddenly sounded.
She turned around and saw a fat man in a police uniform leading a group of police officers towards her. The fat man bowed to her and said, "I'm sorry, but these bastards have been busy lately. Let's go, we'll go with you to look for the great star Mary."
"I'm sorry, Miss Alice!"
The policemen who had just pused her away bowed to her.
What the hell?
Alice looked at them in shock, then looked down at the bracelet on her wrist.
Could it bethat William was helping her again?
Other than him, she couldn't think of anyone else who was so capable. Patrick was still in the hospital and didn't even know what had happened last night.
But if it was really William's doing, what's wrong with him?
This was too inconsistent with William's personality.
Alice looked behind them. There was no one around, and even when she looked around, she did not see any suspicious cars.
On the tenth day after the separation from William.
Alice brought the policemen to the hospital to capture Mary.
When they entered the hospital ward, Zoey and Mary were sitting by Patrick's side.
Zoey was cutting fruits while Mary was playing with her phone, occasionally showing it to Patrick, "Patrick, what do you think of this movie? I'm going to play a matchup with the main character."
Patrick did not look at her, and continued to play with his own phone. Hearing the sound, he raised his pale face, "Alice?"
Patrick looked at the policeman behind her, a little confused.
The police directly went in front of Mary and asked, "Miss Mary, Miss Zoey, I suspect that you have something to do with the drug case. Please follow us back to Police station."
Zoey looked at them in a daze. She tightened her grip and the fruit knife cut her finger tip, dripping blood on the apple.
Alice watched coldly, but did not go over.
"What are you talking about?" Mary stood up with a calm face and looked at Alice, "Are you listening to my sister's nonsense? She's snatching my husband away, she can fake anything."
Alice looked at her indifferently.
"Let's go, Mary, Lady Zoey." A few police officers went forward to pull Mary away without saying anything.
Mary did not expect them to be so powerful, and started to become nervous: "What are you doing? I am Mary, don't you recognize me? I'm a star, do you think I'm going to harm her? I need a lawyer."
"Send the lawyer to the Police station to see you."
The police officers defended Alice to the end.
"We didn't harm anyone. Policeman, we didn't harm anyone..." Zoey saw that her daughter had been captured, and nervously threw herself to Alice's side, her bloodied hands grabbing her clothes. "Alice, good Alice, I'll tell you later, you let them go first."
Alice stood there coldly for a while, then she intentionally looked at Zoey with sadness: "Mom, do you know that the drug Mary gave you was a kind of aphrodisiac? Do you know that I was laid by a man last night?"
At this point, she paused.
She admired how she had been forced to act by her family.
"What? Mary said that was only a sleeping pill," Zoey blurted out. Hearing that, Mary immediately shouted excitedly, "Mom!"
Zoey realized that she made a mistake and immediately covered her mouth. Alice's face slowly turned cold, she looked at the police coldly: "Is this considered evidence?"
Absolutely!"
The policeman bowed to Alice and left with Mary.
Mary was a big star who was used to being served by others, how could she have received such treatment? She turned her body with all her strength and stared at Alice angrily, "Alice! Why are you doing this? My family has been treating you well for more than twenty years, and yet you let the police arrest Mom and me! You ingrate!"
Alice looked at her coldly, "Mary, this is the second time, you really want me to be raped?"
Three years ago, and now.
With the police present, of course Mary would not admit it.
She stared at Alice hatefully, and then turned to look at Patrick who was lying on the sickbed, "Patrick, look at her, she framed me! You help me, I can't go to Police station, the media will write that randomly!"
Patrick sat on the sickbed, he was still unable to get off the bed.
Hearing that, he looked at Mary, his face was filled with indifference, "Last night when I said I was going to look for Alice, I suddenly felt tired, did you drug me too?"
Otherwise, he wouldn't suddenly feel sleepy.
"I didn't." Mary said innocently.
"You really have a lot of drugs." Patrick sneered, and looked at her with eyes filled with hatred, "Mary, I have never hated you as much as I do now!"
He said to her, I've never hated you so much!
So heartless.
Mary stood there in a daze as tears flowed down her face, "You said you hate me? Patrick, all these years, I've always been bad to anyone, but I've always treated you wholeheartedly."
Mary spoke to Patrick.
On the other side, Zoey repeatedly begged Alice to let go of her sister.
Alice stood there coldly, not moving at all.
Zoey cried desperately as she pleaded for her, and shouted while patting her arm, "Are you really that heartless? She's your younger sister. How can you do this?
Do you really want us to go to jail? I raised you for nothing, I raised you for nothing!"
Alice stood there with the same indifferent expression, completely unmoved.
Zoey cried as she hit her with all her strength, repeatedly saying that she had raised her for nothing. Punches, one after another, landed on the place where she scratched herself last night, the pain was drilling into her bones.
