My Lord, My Billionaire Master1,778 words~9 min read

S—he was full of complaints about him.

"Do I dare to say that in normal days? Each time I was tortured to death by you after saying that! " Alice laughed bitterly and continued, "You are arrogant, easily angered, manic, paranoid, and have never trusted others. William, you really need a psychiatrist. You should be taking your condition seriously now."

Paranoia.

She mentioned his illness again.

In her eyes, he was nothing at all. No matter what he did, it was wrong. She only remembered his mistakes.

"Heh."

William looked at her and smiled. His handsome face did not have the slightest bit of anger.

It was so quiet that it made people feel uneasy.

"Miss Alice!"

Daniel looked at Alice helplessly. What was she doing? Guiding or provoking young master?

Alice stood there, looking at his face.

Was her tone too strong?

Daniel had told her before that she should guide William, not enrage him, but she was just an ordinary person. She also had her emotions...

Patrick had gotten injured for her yet again, and her heart was in great pain.

She wanted to leave, when William suddenly said this, he had a cold smile on his face, "Anyway, I'm a paranoid person with personality disorder. Even if I were to kill someone, I won't be punished, right?"

Alice froze. What did he mean?

William said as he took out his phone and dialed a number. Looking at Alice, he said to his phone, "Stop Patrick, I want him to die on the way to the hospital."

He coldly laughed as he gave the order, then threw away his phone. His eyes were filled with madness as he said, "How about it? My methods are not inferior in this round, right? I'll give him a quick death."

"You..."

Alice stared at him, unable to say a word.

"You're still not leaving? There may be time to see him for the last time." William smirked and said slowly, "Or do you know who was wrong? Kneel down and apologize. Perhaps, I am willing to make another call..."

Before he finished speaking, Alice turned and ran.

No pleas for mercy.

No apologies.

She ran. She ran recklessly to a car and then drove away.

William sat there, his smile frozen on his face. His eyes suddenly lost all focus, as he stared fixedly in the direction that she disappeared in.

After a long while, he reached out his hand to his chest.

Pain.

The pain, which he had never experienced before, was as if someone had used a knife to desperately stir his gut.

Alice got in the car, the bodyguards and the driver were all in the car, she anxiously shouted, "Hurry to the hospital."

After she finished speaking, once the car was started, she immediately called Patrick.

Only after a long while did the call connect. She shouted anxiously, "Patrick, be careful, William has sent people to deal with you again."

"It's too late, Miss Alice." What answered her was Tony's lifeless voice, "They blocked us off at the overpass."

Saying that, she heard an extremely loud sound as the call ended.

The overpass.

Not far ahead.

"Hurry to overpass!" Alice shouted anxiously.

Every time she tried to talk to William, she would always lose and he would always have a way to torture her.

This time, it was to directly take Patrick's life.

It was still better than being played around by William.

As the car drove to overpass, the entire overpass was sealed off from afar. A bunch of cars were stuck in the middle of the road, including cars and the Harley motorcycle.

Alice looked into the distance and saw dense numbers of people standing on the overpass.

From this, one could see just how powerful the formation was.

The bodyguards were all scared senseless. They all took out their phones and prepared to call the police. In the end, they screamed out, "What the hell? How can there is no signal at this place?!"

"Patrick!"

Alice clenched her teeth, pushed open the car door and ran forward recklessly.

The group of people who were blocking the road looked at her but did not stop her. They allowed her to run.

Alice ran all the way up to the overpass, seeing the scene in front of her, her legs went weak.

A mass of people holding steel tubes stood on the bridge. Patrick, Tony and a few bodyguards were surrounded and attacked in the middle, the ground was covered in blood.

The crowd used steel pipes to swing at them. Each strike was not heavy. It was a deliberate act of torture, to the point where they wouldn't be able to have a quick death.

"Puff..."

Tony and the bodyguard were beaten until they were lying on the ground. Patrick stood up with difficulty and spat out a mouthful of blood, his hand pressing on his chest, he said weakly: "Let my men go!"

"You're about to die and you still want to save people!"

The group of people began to laugh, laughing at his overestimation of his strength. Following that, they attacked him again.

Patrick fell down heavily, with a mouthful of blood.

Everyone swung their pipes at him once again.

Alice looked at this scene in a daze. Without caring about anything, she rushed over, rushed to Patrick's side and knelt down, then quickly bent down.

The steel pipe came crashing down on her.

A sharp pain spread from her back all over her body.

"Ahhhhhhhhh!"

Alice screamed out in pain and she fell to the ground. Her gaze fell on Patrick's back which was covered in blood, she quickly extended her arm to the ground, not daring to place her weight on his body.

"Alice..." Patrick laid on the ground, trying to push her away, but he did not have the strength, "Go away."

"I have involved you in this. Even if I die, I will die before you."

Alice said with a trembling voice.

Towards Patrick, she felt guilty, it was all because of her.

The steel tube stopped for a moment and then came down again.

Alice screamed out in pain, her arms could no longer hold on, and she fell on Patrick.

The steel pipe struck down, as if to shatter every bone in her body.

"Alice..." Patrick lied on the ground below her, listening to her screams, his heart aching, but he did not have the strength to stop them.

The steel tube came down in waves.

The pain was unbearable.

Alice felt like she was gonna collapse, and fell down on Patrick's back weakly. Her hair was in disarray and her face was pale.

It hurts.

So tired.

At the end of the fight, Alice did not scream, because it was no longer useful in reducing her pain. She looked in front and saw a bodyguard lying on the ground, covered in blood.

Sensing that she could not hold on anymore, Patrick gritted his teeth and said, "Hold on, Alice."

Alice was in so much pain that she couldn't speak. She collapsed on Patrick's back, and when she heard his voice, "flowerfield, we have yet to go to the flowerfield at our hometown. Hold on!"

"The flowerfield at my hometown is so beautiful."

Alice's eyes were wide open, sweat blurred her vision as she murmured.

"I haven't seen it yet, come with me... to see... the flowerfield," Patrick said with difficulty. He suddenly turned around and waved his arm.

The steel pipe did not land on Alice's body, and heavily struck his arm.

The attack suddenly stopped.

Alice slowly raised her face as she saw William's tall body standing there.

She couldn't see his expression.

He had been standing there watching her get beaten.

So it turned out that he had been watching this entire time...

"Alice, for the last time, if you want to live, crawl in front of me!" William's voice was arrogant and gloomy, like the reaper who controlled death.

Alice laid on Patrick's body, struggling to keep her head up, she looked at his face, and spoke with difficulty in her hoarse voice, "Everyone is...."

"Don't be delusional!" William's cold voice broke her wishes.

Patrick was already lying on his back, his chest already bearing Alice's weight, and he could feel that her breath was not stable.

He looked at the woman on his chest and weakly said, "Enough, Alice, go!"

He wished her to be alive.

He couldn't win against William.

Alice wanted to say something but the pain was so intense that she could not speak. Her slender hands moved, as if she was trying to get up.

Seeing that, Patrick's bloody lips revealed a relieved smile, and he tilted his head back.

He lost all his strength.

He would never be able to raise his head again.

William stood there, watching Alice's movements, his body was stiff and straightly stared at her with hope.

Get up.

Get up, or give him a pitiful look, and he will carry her away.

Alice lay on Patrick's body. Her face was in pain and her fingers were trembling uncontrollably.

William's breathing stopped, he could not take it anymore. He raised his leg and moved towards her, only to see Alice trembling as she reached for her ring finger. William's body stiffened once again.

She didn't want to crawl towards him. She didn't want to live alone.

Alice clenched her teeth and took off the ring on her ring finger. Her whole body hurt the moment she moved, and she slowly took off the ring.

"Alice, you dare..."

William screamed hysterically.

Alice acted like she did not hear anything and continued to remove the ring. Until it was separated from her ring finger, she threw it away with all her strength.

The ring fell into a pool of blood, and the diamond cut into the shape of a heart was stained red with blood.

She struggled to raise her head, but could not see William's face. She could only see William's chest.

Perhaps it had been fated from the beginning that she would not be able to look up at him.

They had spent so much time together, and now it was all over.

Alice slowly spat out, "Demon."

William stood there, his black eyes staring unwaveringly at the ring.

It was the ring he had given her.

She took it off, dismissive.

She would rather die than be together with him. No matter how much he did for her, it was useless.

She only remembered the flowerfield but she had forgotten that she still owed him a trip to the ocean.
