Chapter 21

It was a cold night for the two girls who is camping at the rooftop of a high building. Dahyun was the one who insisted for them to make a camp there for safety purposes. The said target place is just a highway away. She chose the place to directly see who will go out of the building and so she can track them.

"I need to scan the place." Dahyun took out her drone. Sana just watch her lover doing her thing. The drone fly and she maneuver it at the top of the building.

"Babe hold this for a moment." Dahyun handed her the remote and turned to her computer to start typing her codes. She's so good with this. Sana smiled, admiring her girlfriend who look so serious.

The computer under Dahyun's hands shows the scanning for the blueprint.

"I need to hack the cameras too. If she's witty enough they must had already tampered on the cctv's. All we need is to insert an undetectable virus." Dahyun smirked. Her eyes glowing in blue. Sana noticed that and took out her special candy. A gradient color of apricot and neon magenta. She gave it to Dahyun and the girl mutter her a thank you. Sana sat at the back of the girl.

"Is there such undetectable virus?" Sana asked, quite curious. Ever since she became her lover, Sana got some small knowledge from the girl's skills.

"There is. My new made virus" Dahyun grins. "Let's give it a test." her hands starts to type fast with numbers and codes flashes on the screen. After a minute of typing, she pressed the enter and the computer shows 'downloading virus'

"Will that really work?"

"For sure. I have a hunch who's this hacker of them. Someone I beat before." Dahyun leaned on Sana's front and stretches her arms.

"Is she skilled?" Sana wrapped her arms around the girl's waist to keep her lover warm.

"Yeah she almost beat me." Dahyun chuckled. "Just almost, maybe in games she can but not in my forte." She smuggly crossed her arms and Sana giggled to her boasting girlfriend.

"Too confident. I like it." Sana planted a kiss on her cheek. Dahyun smiled widely and they waited for the virus to finish downloading.

"Virus downloaded. Infiltrating the system.... success." The monotone voice spoke up from the computer.

"Bullseye~" The computer monitors shows the cctv cameras footage. They can see what the enemies can see and the blueprint is finished printing too. Dahyun knock her knuckles and smirked. She is starting to trace where is the main control of the cameras with the virus she planted.

"Room 19?" Sana asked when she saw the blinking red on a certain room in the blue print.

"Yeah I tried going through her webcam but it's covered. The phones doesn't have cameras. She really prepared her lair." Dahyun sigh.

"So what should we do?"

"We won't do anything than to plant a bug on their system and then send someone there to hunt the mouse." Dahyun answered.

"So I'm going in?" Sana smiled.

"No, not when I made sure that everything is clear. " Dahyun turned to her with a very strict look. How cute, she's worried for me.

"hai" Sana chuckled.

The sound of the seagulls, smooth breeze of the wind and the waves who keeps her mind lulled. Mina has her eyes closed. It's as if she's on her own world. Letting her mind free from her growing darkness but in the middle of loving her privacy, she heard sobs behind. She turned around only to found a little girl crying. Mina hates seeing someone crying. She hates the sobs.

"Hey why are you crying?" She asked softly to the little girl. The little girl noticed her and look up.

"I hate them" she cried looking at the kids who are playing at the seashore.

"Why?" Mina asked.

"They won't let me play with them. I just want to be their friend." The little kid sniffs. Mina chuckled hearing her reason.

"How old are you?" She asked.

"I'm turning eleven this year."

"So I am older you can call me unnie" Mina offered a hand for the kid to take.

"Hi unnie you can call me _________" The kid wipe her tainted tears face. Mina didn't heard her name.

"What?" she asked.

"My name is _________" Still she can't hear it.

Suddenly a deafening sound came to her ears. She clutched on it and tried to silence the sound but doesn't work. She looked down in her hands and saw blood. Her ears is bleeding. She noticed the size of her hands too. It is small, like a hand of a kid. She shut her eyes from the pain. Different voices starts to whisper inaudibly, screams and cries.

"We will kill her." "No Mina!" "unnie why are you crying? Are you in pain?" " Fuck! She killed them all!" "GO!"

She grunts from the unbearable pain.

"Unnie!" someone called.

"Unnie!!!" again.

"Minari!"

Mina snapped her eyes open. She was met with a worried gaze from her prey. A dream. Something that she rarely have and those dreams are all about her times being in the cage. It is weird for her to dream about a little kid. Mina can't remember her life before and even her last moments in the cage. It's as if her memories were being buried deep down with her emotions.

"I did not know you can sleep like that" Chaeyoung sighs in amazement.

"I can sleep how I want Chae" Mina sat up from the bed.

"You go change we still have a date." Chaeyoung winked.

"A date?"

"Yeah just the two of us. It's still considered a date right?"

"Work and a date are two different things Chae" Mina deadpan. Chaeyoung rolled her eyes.

"Oh come on Ms. Assassin just go." Chaeyoung hissed and pulled the girl out of the bed. Mina sighs and let the girl. She even have the guts to call me as assassin.

"Fine" she gave up.

Mina goes out after changing into her outfit. She saw Chaeyoung waiting at the lobby while checking her dslr camera. Observing the girl from afar, Mina wanted to ask herself what made her agree to the woman. No emotions is an excuse for it. It just happened like she didn't want to kill her too. I must've gone crazy.

"Let's go." She called. Chaeyoung looked at her and paused. Chaeyoung was stunned seeing the beauty in front of her. Mina has her hair down for the day which she rarely do. It's a shoulder length and Chaeyoung has to struggle to focus on what they're going to do.

"What?" Mina asked coldly.

"You look beautiful." Chaeyoung complimented. Mina didn't answer and just stare at her weirdly.

"Are we going to go or are we going to go?" she asked. Chaeyoung chuckled and raised the camera to take a picture of the serious girl. After taking the picture she looked at it. She smiled seeing her first picture for the day. A beautiful start indeed.

"Yes we are going now" Chaeyoung took her wrist excitedly and pulled her to the rented van. They have a driver hired too.

"Where should we go first?" Mina asked after closing the door.

"I would like to go to the Harry Potter one!" Chaeyoung suggested. Mina looked at her.

"You like Harry Potter?"

"Not really a fan but they say it's good there. We do have a fantasy so let's try some magic." She took out the folder from her sling bag. She needs to go search for a proper concept. Maybe get some inspiration from the studio.

"I like it." Mina said weakly.

Chaeyoung was busy flipping through the page that's why she didn't heard it clearly.

"I'm sorry what?"

"I like harry potter." She said. Chaeyoung was taken aback by her confession. So an assassin likes to watch movie and magics too. That's cute.

"I see that's great! You can be a tour guide for me." She grins. Mina nods and turned to the view outside. Why did I say that? she to herself.

"Yeah" she answered.

Mina doesn't know what got into her but entering the Wizarding World of Harry Potter makes her feel the sudden rush of excitement. They're walking on the village of Hogsmeade where Chaeyoung is taking pictures.

"Hey Mina smile." Chaeyoung turned to her and took a picture. Mina didn't smile though.

"What for?" She asked.

"Memory. Come on pose there and smile." Chaeyoung ushered her to stand in front of Ollivanders. Mina look at her as if saying 'do I really have to?'

"Come on Minari" She called. Mina sigh and just smile forcefully. Chaeyoung chuckled seeing the smile. She clicked the caption and took a picture.

"You look like a kid who was force by her parents for a group picture." She laughed. Mina came to her but didn't react.

"Tsk" She ignore the girl and just stare at the building in front of them. Chaeyoung noticed the small lit of interest in Mina's face. Okay let's have an operation make her smile starting now.

"Want to enter?" Chae chirped and Mina just look at her and shake her head. Chaeyoung snickered and took her wrist again dragging her inside.

"Woah why ask if you want to enter though." Mina mumbled. Chaeyoung laughed and guided her in front of the desk where the scene of Harry picking out a wand happened. Good thing that there's no other costumer besides them.

"I want to have my magic wand so that I can do magic to you." Chaeyoung winked and Mina raised a brow.

"Magic don't work on me." She retort.

"My magic will." She insist. Mina just smirked, finding the girl entertaining for thinking such thing.

"But first you have yours." Chae grins and pushed her in front. Mina wanted to refuse but the said old man who's playing as the shop owner is already in front of her.

"You there are you looking for your wand" The old man spoke in his character. Mina blinked and look at Chaeyoung. Chae nodded to her to say play along.

"Yes." She answered. Chaeyoung has to stifle her laugh from the girl's forced answer. The man smiled.

"Every other wand is called powerful magical substance. They use unicorn hairs, fairy feathers and even the strongest magical beasts." The man started looking through the wands. Mina watched with growing curiosity while Chaeyoung is observing her. "Many come here to look for their wands. Here." He said and pulled on from the stack of box. He blows some dust.

"I think I have just one for you" He opened the box and a wand came out from it. "A wand with a thirteen and a half inches long." He examined the wand and handed it to Mina.

"Now you see that red boxes up there? I want you to levitate at least just one of them. Swish and flick and say wingardium leviosa" The man guided. Mina who saw the movie knows what to do.

"wingardium leviosa." she chanted. Chaeyoung wanted to cooed how the girl looked so innocent and interested. A very far image from the deadly assassin of hers. The boxes above moved in disordered manner.

"Opps I think that's not yours" The old man took the wand back and started for another.

"Hmm people thought that they will be the one to choose." He said while still looking. "But no it is the wand who chooses its owner." He paused and took out another box. "A wand from a magical beast here try it." Mina curiously took the wand then suddenly a light came to her spot. Accompanied with a small breeze to her hair. Mina smiled knowing that she found her own wand.

Chaeyoung saw it and immediately took a picture. The photo is priceless. I'll definitely use it as my wallpaper from now on. Mina goes back to her side after having her wand. She's still looking at it as if it's some kind of a weird object.

"You like it?" Chaeyoung asked with a hint of tease in her tone.

"What?" Mina asked as if she didn't know what just happened.

"Aigoo you should have told me you like that. I can give you all the wands in the world." She smiled. Mina chuckled hearing her.

"Then I don't need a wand anymore if I have you." Mina smirked and left the shop, leaving Chaeyoung stunned. What did she just said?

"Yah Minari wait!!"
