The receptionistâs face lit up with excitement, grinning at Faye, âFaye, this ainât no ordinary kid. Heâs Mr.
Sinclairâs nephew, sharp as a tack. I just had a chat with him, and his brains blew me away. He asked me, âHow many letters are left in the alphabet if you take away UFO?â I said 23, but I was wrong. The answer was a real shocker, Faye, wanna know what it is?â
âHoly moly, whose kid is this? Heâs just too cute.â
âRight? Heâs just so adorable. And that little boy over there, doesnât he look just like Mr. Sinclair?â
The staff downstairs were all stunned by the kidsâ good looks, showering them with compliments.
Some even noticed how much Atticus and Lysander looked alike.
Faye was getting more and more anxious. She couldnât let these two kids hang around here any longer.
They needed to leave immediately.
Faye suppressed her impatience, trying to keep her cool as she asked, âWhatâs the answer?â
The receptionist was all excited and said, âUFO took ET as well! Dorian is really amazing, his performance skills are top-notch, so is his way with words.â
At this, Fayeâs face turned even grimmer, thinking these people were so childish.
She had been outwitted twice by a four-year-old!
Fayeâs face turned different shades of red from anger.
She snapped and said, âThe Sinclair group is not a playground, and I donât have the time to play games with you all. Are you looking for Thalassa? The police station is the place to find her.â
