I've never been afraid of getting burnt
For I have always known
Seeking the flames
Would only burn it
Yet my poor heart shall own it
For it only has one fear
Being burnt, Hurt ain't it
It is but regret
that we shall all fear
The regret of not living dear
Not holding what we find dear
Listen to what we fear
Like a moth I fly free
And like a moth I too shall seek
The burning flames
For it burns bright you see
My raging heart shall seek
What reflects on its seas
Of blood and tears
Well hidden
Under its armor of skin and bone
And my heart Shall own
The scars it carries alone
Even if it wonders without a home
The truth it will own
Since my heart has a mind of its own
