CH 25

“You’re both grown-ups! Stop messing around!” Guo Zhi’s mom yelled with a spatula raised.

“We’re not messing around! Mom!” Guo Zhi locked her little brother’s hands on his back and said laughingly, “Little Guo Heng was watching cartoons. It’s him who hasn’t grown up! As his big sis, I was educating him!”

“You talk as if you’re grown up already! Go! You, wash your hands! You! Come here and help!”

Following Her Majesty Mom’s commands, the siblings from the Guo family stood up… the little brother obediently went to help in the kitchen; the big sister washed her hands and then laid in the sofa to continue watching… Fifty Shades of Gray in her little brother’s iPad…

She tsked as she watched and even laughed loudly when the CEO showed off his fortune.

When the exciting activity segment came, she unconsciously compared Alex and the CEO and felt… that Alex’s body was better! No doubt!

Alex’s body is really beautiful!

The feeling when touching it with my hands is extremely good!

When she thought about how she would be able to enjoy that beautiful body for the following week, Guo Ye’s mood became very good.

When Guo Heng came out with a plate, what he saw was the scene of his sister swaying her legs while watching his movie. His heart felt cold!

Once Guo Ye returned to her home, she would not be Guo Ye anymore. She was boss Guo Ye.

“How was the guy? When will you bring him back to let me see?” Guo Zhi’s mom asked. Her father and little brother also turned their caring gazes towards them.

Guo Zhi almost choked, hurriedly drank water, and perfunctorily said: “It’s still early, we should at least date for four to eight months before doing that…”

“But you should still let me have a look! Fast, bring him back fast to let me see.”

Guo Zhi’s mom liked to hear that. “That is good. If everybody were like you, spending money everywhere, how would they be able to live! I feel like he is good. You complement each other, and he would help you save money.”

Towards her mom’s belief of ‘saving money is the way to live’, Guo Zhi snorted: “Money is not earned by saving, it is earned by working hard.”

“No matter how good you are at earning money, you still shouldn’t spend it as if there is no limit…” Her mom started to mumble about her old-fashioned financial concepts. In the end, she concluded with: “Thank goodness that man is good and knows how to save money to live. Bring him back so I can see him, fast!”

Father Guo also nodded: “We will help you see if he’s a good man.”

“Okay, okay, stop nagging you two, I’m going to get some stomach sickness again…” Guo Zhi drank everything in her bowl and extended it to the opposite side: “Hey!”

Seeing the empty bowl that was right in front of his face, the little brother that was at the bottom of the food chain: “…” He felt cold but also filled the bowl with soup out of reflex.

He was used to his sister ordering him to do things since he was small.

Guo Zhi though, was thinking in her mind that the useless man could only be used for at most two more weekends, no longer. The first reason was because her mom was already starting to ask her to bring him back. If she saw the living person, there was a chance that the useless man could trick her mom into believing that he was a capable young man and cause her mom to force her to get married. That was not something that she would allow!

The second reason was that the man was too self-confident and thought that he was attractive. Guo Zhi could feel that he believed that it was her pleasure to be able to date him… since he was able to mention sending her home yesterday, then maybe he could even come up with something like going to her house next time.

Tsk!

If he had a body and face like Alex’s, I would open the door for him. Unfortunately, he does not!

Opening the door to her apartment, she smelled a delicious aroma. The door to the kitchen was closed, but the sound of stir frying could be heard.

She went into her room. Having one person at home, and that person was cooking for her… that was the first time Guo Zhi experienced something like this, and it was a bit novel.

“Alex!” She threw the key into the key storing bowl and yelled, “I’m back!”

“Sister Guo!” Alex was wearing an apron. He opened the kitchen door and leaned his body out, “The food will be ready soon, wash your hands first.”

After saying that, he turned and revealed his bare back. His shoulders were wide, and his waist was slim with tight muscles. The jeans were loosely hanging on his hips, and his butt was firm and round.

There was also a cold dish. It was meat jelly cut into strips. Alex personally made the dip sauce.

The soup was bitter gourd ribs soup. The ribs were taken out to be braised, and the only remaining thing in the soup was the bitter gourd. They floated around inside and released an enticing smell.

For two people, it was three dishes and one soup!

Guo Zhi was so moved that she wanted to cry. This was what was called ‘being able to live’!

Just as she wanted to praise Alex and raised her head, the handsome boy took off the apron with his head lowered, revealing a tempting body, and sat down on the chair.

Alex finished the third bowl very fast and stood up to start cleaning.
