13-12-2: Rensselaer Engineers (10-5-0 ECAC Hockey)

After a disappointing loss last night, the Colgate Raiders return to Class Of 1965 Arena to play the RPI Engineers on Saturday night in a frigid Central New York. Carter Gylander and Jack Watson matched zeros in the first period so, we'll skate to a scoreless, first intermission tie. With 17:51 left in the second period, Austin Heidemann scored to make it 1-0 Rensselaer. Gylander and Watson matched zeros for the remainder of the period so, 1-0 Engineers we stand after two periods of play in Central New York. With 19:48 left in the third period, Alex Young scored his seventeenth goal of the season to tie the game 1-1. With 1:37 left in the third period, Lauri Sertti scored to make it 2-1 RPI. Jack Watson finished off the Raiders and Rensselaer wins 2-1. Colgate dropped to 13-13-2  on the season and 10-6-0 in ECAC Hockey play.
