Gylander Up For An Award

On January 12,2023, Colgate junior goaltender Carter Gylander was one of 41 to be named to the Mike Richter Award Watch List. Gylander leads ECAC Hockey in saves with 579 along with his 27.57 saves per game average is second in ECAC Hockey at the moment. Gylander recorded seven thirty plus save performances including a 41 save performance against Quinnipiac in early November. Additionally, Gylander was named ECAC Hockey goalie of the week at the beginning of the month. Carter has a 2.33 goals against average and a .922 save percentage this season which is the best season of his Colgate journey. Colgate's season continues on Friday January 20 when the Raiders play the Princeton Tigers at Steve Riggs Rink! Go 'gate!!
