After a spectacular game last Saturday, the Colgate Raiders head to Troy, New York to play the RPI Engineers tonight at Houston Fieldhouse tonight. With 12:38 left in the first period, Alex DiPaolo scored his seventh goal of the season to make it 1-0 Colgate. With 3:01 left in the first period, Max Smolinski scored to tie the game 1-1. Carter Gylander and Jack Watson matched zeros for the remainder of the period so, 1-1 we stand after a period of play. With 7:53 left in the second period, Ethan Manderville scored his third goal of the season, on the power play to make it 2-1 Raiders. Gylander and Watson matched zeros for the remainder of the period so, 2-1 Hamiltonians it remains heading to the second intermission dressing rooms. With 17:43 left in the third period, Austin Hidemann scored to tie the game 2-2. With 15:38 left in the third period,  Austin Heidemann scored to make it 3-2 Rensselaer. With 13:01 left in the third period, Henry Scherifels scored to make it 4-2 Engineers. With 9:01 left in the third period, Anthony Stark scored his first goal of the season to make it 4-3 RPI. With 52 seconds left in the third period, Jakob Lee scored to make it 5-3 Engineers. Jack Watson finished off the Raiders and Rensselaer wins 5-3. Colgate dropped to 9-10-2 on the season and 6-3-0 in ECAC Hockey play.
