6-9-1: Dartmouth Big Green (4-2-0 ECAC Hockey)

After a heartbreaking loss last Saturday, the Colgate Raiders return to Class Of 1965 Arena to play the Dartmouth College Big Green tonight in Hamilton. With 18:26 left in the first period, Alex DiPaolo scored his fifth goal of the season to make it 1-0 Colgate. With 10:12 left in the first period, Alex Young scored his sixth goal of the season, on the power play to make it 2-0 Raiders. With 5:12 left in the first period, Simon Labelle scored his third goal of the season, on the power play to make it 3-0 Hamiltonians. Carter Gylander and Cooper Black matched zeros for the remainder of the period so, 3-0 Colgate it remains heading to the second period. With 14:58 left in the second period, John Fusco scored to make it 3-1 Colgate. With 1:13 left in the second period, Matt Verboon scored his eighth goal of the season to make it 4-1 Raiders. Carter Gylander and Cooper Black matched zeros for the remainder of the period so, 4-1 Hamiltonians it remains heading to the third period. With 4:21 left in the third period, Daniel Panetta scored his first goal of his career to make it 5-1 Colgate! Carter Gylander finished off the Big Green and Colgate wins 5-1! Colgate improved to 7-9-1 on the season and 5-2-0 in ECAC Hockey play!
