3-7-1: St. Lawrence Saints (1-2-0 ECAC Hockey)

After an embarrassing loss last night, the Colgate Raiders head to Canton, New York to play the St.Lawrence Saints tonight at Appleton Arena. With 11:35 left in the first period, Ethan Manderville scored his first goal of the season to make it 1-0 Colgate. Carter Gylander and Emil Zetterquist matched zeros for the remainder of the period so, 1-0 Raiders it remains heading to the second period. With 12:03 left in the second period, Ryan McGuire scored his second goal of the season to make it 2-0 Hamiltonians. With 6:07 left in the second period, Matt Verboon scored his fourth goal of the season to make it 3-0 Colgate. Gylander and Zetterquist matched zeros for the remainder of the period so, 3-0 Raiders it remains heading to period number three. With 5:58 left in the third period, Jordan Steinmetz scored to make it 3-1 Hamiltonians. With 3:14 left in the third period, Alex Young scored his fourth goal of the season into an empty net to make it 4-1 Colgate! Carter Gylander finished off the Saints and Colgate wins 4-1! Colgate improved to 4-7-1 on the season and 2-2-0 in ECAC Hockey play!
