Chapter 55 A Vengeful Woman
Cecelia endured the pain and asked, âDo you want to separate me from Andres?â
âYes! From tonight on, Andres will move into my grandmaâs residence. Donât meet him if there is nothing imperative!â

Remington did so to prevent Andres from being too dependent on Cecelia. After all, Lilian was his biological mother. When Lilian came back, he would have to bond with her.
Cecelia kept silent for a moment and nodded, âOK, I see.â
After finishing speaking, she turned around and walked out. And her back looked Tonely.
Walking alone in the night, she silently burst into tears. But she thought she was right to hide her real identity. If the Nelson family had known she was Andresâs biological mother, they would have long separated them and prevented her from seeing him for fear that she would fight for his custody.
It was a ruthless wealthy family!
Thinking of Remingtonâs words, she felt heartbroken as if a knife were cutting her heart, having difficulty breathing.
After a while, she wiped away her tears and regained her calmness and determination, thinking no one could separate her from her son! Fortunately, she had swapped Maxâs and Andresâs identities in advance. Now, she could continue getting along with Andres. She did not worry that Max would get hurt because he could protect himself.
After Cecelia left the living room, everyone changed to target Remington.
Cynthia stomped in anger and scolded, âAre you still my brother? How can you be so ungrateful? Canât you see how well Cecelia is treating Andres? He is Tucky to have such a good stepmother!â
Gabriella echoed, âDropping out of school is not a big deal. Cecelia can teach the kid well by herself. If you had seen Andresâs performance today, you would not have said those words!â
âRemington, you are not only blind but also out of your mind. Itâs hard to find a girl willing to marry a dying man! She looks after you and takes care of your son every day! But you donât appreciate it at all!â
Hearing Gabriella and Cynthia constantly nagging, Remington was asound and goid âFrough! Anway Iâve made in my mind. And Chapter 55 A Vengeful Woman

wonât change my decision! Cynthia, donât secretly âhelp her behind my back! Carlos, send me back!â
Hearing his order, Carlos quickly wheeled him out.
Cynthia shouted behind them, âRemington, if you continue acting like this, you will regret it!â
Gabriella let out a long sigh because she could foresee Remington would drive her good granddaughter-in-law away sooner or later. Renee and Maria exchanged glances, secretly feeling smug.
The Nelson family would not be peaceful until Cecelia was kicked out, so they looked forward to that day.
When Carlos sent Remington back to Aroma Villa, Cecelia had already told Maximus to cooperate with her and live apart from her in the Nelson family for the time being.
After entering the door, Remington said, âAndres, Carlos will take you to your great-grandmotherâs residence. You will live with her from today on, OK?â

Maximus guessed the sc umbag must have bullied his mommy again. When his mommy returned, her eyes had been red. She must have cried.
Maximus was angry, wondering why his father did not know how good his mommy was.
Carlos said, âAndres, letâs go. Come with me, OK?â
Cecelia also urged, âAndres, go!â
Maximus silently put his bag on his back and walked outward. When passing by Remington, he kicked his leg hard.
âOuch!â
Remington was caught off guard. His leg bones had finally.
recovered. But now, they might have been broken again. He gasped in pain and said with a frown, âHey, you brat!â
When he reached out to catch Maximus, the latter had slipped out. Seeing this, Carlos helplessly shook his head. In the Nelson family, the only person who dared to confront Mr. Nelson was his son!
When Remington and Cecelia were left alone in the room, no one broke the ice after a long time.
It was not until Remington heard footsteps passing by that he said, âI want to take a bath!â

now, she would let him use the bathroom first. She wheeled him into the bathroom, put water in the bathtub, and asked, âDo you need me to carry you in?â
âWhat? No!â
Remington continued with a cold face, âGet out! Donât come in unless 1 call you!â
Cecelia walked out and closed the door without replying. After a few minutes, she heard a loud bang and his scream.
Remington must have fallen into the bathtub.
He deserved it!
She intended to ignore him because he was too ungrateful. Remington had indeed fallen out of his wheelchair and into the bathtub. After all, he couldnât even smoothly take his pants off without her help.
When falling, he had also gotten a nasty c rack on the head. After finishing the bath, he shouted, âCecelia, come in!â
She did not respond, so he shouted again. But there was still no reply. Remington wondered what she was doing. Didnât she hear him. calling her?
After he waited for a while, the water turned cold, but Cecelia still didnât come. Remington forced back his anger, grabbed the porcelain bottle of shower gel, and threw it at the door, hoping to attract her attention.
The porcelain bottle shattered into pieces, making a crisp sound. But she did not come. So, he kept throwing things at the door. However, after he threw out all the things at hand, she still did not come over.
He finally flew into a rage and tried to get out by himself instead of counting on her.
But the bathtub was too slippery. His legs hadnât fully recovered, so he couldnât put forth much strength.
When he finally climbed out of the bathtub, he heavily fell to the ground with a bang.
He failed to find the wheelchair, so he could only crawl forward with his arms. But he was unlucky, After climbing for a while, he pressed his arms on the broken porcelain bottle. When the shards pierced into the flesh, he grimaced in pain and shouted at the top of his voice, âCecelia!â
The bathroom door finally opened, and Cecelia walked in.
Looking down at the man lying on the ground in discomfiture, she deliberately asked, âMr. Nelson, whatâs wrong? Why are you lying on

She had been standing outside all the time and had heard him calling for help. But she had not opened the door because she wanted him to change his bad temper.

Moreover, she was vengeful. Since he had made her sad, she would make him suffer too.
Remington gasped in pain and angrily yelled, âDid you do it on purpose? Didnât you hear me call you?
Are you deaf?â
Cecelia squatted down and asked with a sneer, âSorry, I was on the phone! Why did you call me?
Feeling annoyed, he ordered, âHelp me up!â
A fierce light flashed across Ceceliaâs beautiful eyes when she said, âDo you want me to help you up?
No problem! Beg me!â
