Remington had secretly found out Cecelia was looking for her brother Kevin and investigating a human trafficker named Fernando in the black market. So, he had asked his men to look for Fernando and finally had a clue. If he could help her find Kevin, she would be touched.
Cecelia talked with Jersey in Bluebell Mansion.
He did not care she had married Remington but asked, âSince you are divorced, can you give me a chance?â
âIâm sorry. Iâve explained it many times. Iâm sorry.â
Cecelia could not force herself to love him, so she said, âYou let Jessica and Kara save me and helped me and my children a lot. I am grateful. I can work hard to requite your kindness, but I canât force myself to fall in love with you.â
She had no feelings for him, so she could not accept him out of gratitude. She always regarded him as an elder brother. They had a friendship and family affection, but there was no love.
âI see!â
Jersey was heartbroken because he could not win her heart no matter how much effort he made. And he wondered why she could accept Remington. He was unwilling to admit defeat and asked, âDo you reject me because of Remington?â
âIt has nothing to do with him.â
âDonât lie! You have long known him and given birth to his children. I know it is partially because of him that you returned here.â
Cecelia did not want him to continue chasing after her. Since he thought so, she admitted it, saying, âWell, I admit it. Itâs because of him! After all, he is my childrenâs father! You saved my life, but I can only marry one man.
After saying everything she should say, she persuaded him, saying, âJersey, donât waste time on me.
Many good girls like you. You should considerâ¦â
âStop! I know what you mean.â
Jersey let out a long sigh, looked at the stern and calm woman, and firmly said, âCecelia, I have the right to protect you as long as youâre Chapter 202 The Whereabouts of Ceceliaâs Brother
unmarried, no matter what your decision is!â

Seeing him so stubborn, Cecelia wanted to say something more. But her phone suddenly rang.
âExcuse me, and I have a call.â
When she got up to answer the phone, Jersey stared after her and swore not to let go. He had cared for her for years, so he would not give her to Remington! The fight between him and Remington had just begun!
The call was from Remington. After hearing his words, Cecelia seriously said, âWhat? Good! Iâll be there right away!â
After hanging up the phone, she walked outward and said, âJersey, please stay here and help me look after the children. I need to go out.â
Then, she got in her car and left in a hurry. When she arrived, Remingtonâs men had captured Fernando.
âRemington, whereâs Fernando?â
When Remington told her he had captured Fernando, she was excited. VerdÄ and the others had been searching for him for days but still had no clue. So, she had not expected Remington to find him.
âHe is inside!â
Remington led her into a villa which was Fernandoâs loverâs
residence. He did not live in the Center City but came here to date the woman every month.
Cecelia soon saw a tied man lying on the ground of the living room with a thick gold necklace around his neck like a dog chain. And he was indeed the man in the photo from Robert.
âIs he Fernando?â Cecelia asked.
Winger replied, âYes, Ms. Linsey! Weâve followed him for days and confirmed his identity!â
âFernando!â
Cecelia walked over, grabbed his hair, and pulled it hard.
âAh!â
Fernando screamed and asked in horror, âWhy did you do this to me? I didnât offend you!â

âYou didnât offend me? Fernando, you b astard! You took my brother away when he was five! Where is he?â
When Cecelia pulled his hair hard, Fernando felt a sharp pain. So, he replied, âI donât know. Who is your brother?â
He was telling the truth. He trafficked many people every year. So, he did not know who her brother was.
âHis name is Kevin Linsey! He is the son of the president of the Linsey Group! Robert found you eighteen years ago and asked you to send the child away. Where did you send him? Think about it! If you donât tell me where he is, I will cut your head in half!â
Cecelia took out the photo of Keven and showed it to him.
Fernando could not recall the boy, saying, âI donât remember. â
Cecelia pushed him away, looked at Remingtonâs men, and ordered, âBeat him until he remembers my brother!â
She then sat on the sofa and watched Winger and the others punch and kick him.
When Fernando writhed on the floor and howled in pain, a woman suddenly ran out and begged, âStop beating him! Please!â
Then, a little boy ran out and cried loudly in fright.
Cecelia asked the men to stop beating him and said, âFernando, is she your woman? Is the childâ your son? If you donât tell the truth, you canât blame me for hurting them!â
Fernando had no choice but to confess, saying, âDonât harm them! I will tell you! I remember him! Give me some time! I will check the trading records!â
Cecelia motioned for Remingtonâs men to lock the woman and child in a room and let Fernando check the records.
With a gun pointed at his temple, Fernando called his wife and asked her to check it.
His human trafficking organization had long developed into a large- scale company. On the surface, it was engaged in import and export trade. But they were still doing the business of human trafficking.â
All the people they had trafficked were recorded. These materials were hidden in his home and kept by his wife. Kevin was sold eighteen years ago, so it took her more than one year to find the record.
Receiving the message, Fernando hurriedly shouted, âHere it is!â

Fernandoâs handwriting was ugly. The transaction date was eighteen years ago, and the childâs name was Kevin Linsey.
Seeing this, Cecelia felt so bitter that her eyes turned red. She finally found the whereabouts of her brother! He had been sold to a man named Eaton Brown in Bemanko.
Cecelia looked at Remington and excitedly said, âEaton Brown! If we find him, we will find my brother!â
âIâll send people to look for him. Iâm sure there will be good news.
soon.â
Remington handed the phone to Winger and ordered, âHurry up to look for him! Report as soon as you get any information!â
âYes!â
Winger took a photo of the record and asked, âHow should we deal with Fernando?â
