19: Place Unknown.

A M E L L I A

Unfamiliar, unfamiliar surrounding is what I saw when I woke up. I'm in a room, a dark one, it's so dark that I wish I could hug Alec right now, I haven't stopped crying since I woke up, it's too dark. I don't want to stay here. Please, Alec, save me. I want to hug you so bad, I don't want to stay here anymore.

I'm curled up in the corner, I'm not even feeling the cold, I could only feel the tiredness from crying and my fear of the dark increasing each moment.

The door opened giving up some light.

"Well, well, well. You're awake, and looks like you cried too much, why? You missed them? Don't you miss me?" The guy asked.

"Who are you? I don't know you." I wiped my tears trying to be brave, Alec will come, I'm so sure about that.

"Oh, you forgot about me already? That's sad. Don't worry, you won't be staying here for long. I'll give you back to them, I just need you to do something." He smirked.

"What makes you think I'm going to do what you want."

"Hmm, because if not," He came closer to me "Your family's life is in danger." He continued.

"Impossible. You're nothing compared to them."

"But, You are someone to them. The precious Mafia and Yakuza princess of Hara and Ruscov family. Who would've thought, your uncles' wifes' family is also part of the mafia, surprising right?"

Not at all. My Uncles and Aunts met while being on a meeting with the Mafias.

He kept talking shit while I just looked at him with cold eyes not even listening to him.

"Oh dear, don't look at me like that. Fine, I'll tell you already what You're going to do." He came closer to me, his head on the side of my face and whispered to me.

"Stay away from them, make them hate you. Or just tell them You're not the real Amellia."

"That's impossible! Father did a DNA test." This dumbshit really think of my father as a stupid one?

"Then, there's no other options, You'll do the first one." What? No! They're the only one I have left to me, I can't make them hate me. Not again please, I-I just don't want to leave them. "That or your poor brother Xandrix die first." I looked at him confused

"Oh well, your brother have this fight against the gang my brother own, he joined then now is planning to leave, he'll have to defeat him first. It's easy to defeat him, plant some bombs then explode the place!" I looked at him horrified. He's crazy.

"My brother is not dumb." I said.

"He will if You're there." He smiled like a maniac. "It's better to give you back to them now. They'll go crazy and might even find you here." He left the room making it dark again.

The doors opened again, "You'll need to wait for at least 6 hours? Or more." He happily said and closed the door again.

A couple minutes later when I realised that it's becoming too dark again. My tears started to pour out, I hugged my own body keeping me warm a little. I kept on wiping my tears wanting to be brave.

I've been crying for hours and I think crying exhausted me. I felt my eyes closed as my heart kept beating slowly, hyperventilating, the cold is too much for me. I need something to warm me up, I feel like fainting. I feel lightheaded.

"North, Xan, Enzo, Aldren. East, Me, Lorenz, Xen. West, Gio, Dad, Toshiro. The rest go South. That's where the Main door is located." I instructed them.

"Copy."

We all went on our ways to save Amellia hoping that we're not late.

"North, Clear."

"West, Clear."

"South, now Clear."

"East, Clear."

As we go inside the building the security tightens. Sound of guns could be heard downstairs, while me and others try to find the room where Amellia is.

"Alec! Here." Xen shouted.

I run to their place and saw my sister laying on the cold floor looking unconscious and pale.

"Clear the path, Immediately." I commanded as I carried Amellia.

Gunshots could be heard as I walked confidently knowing that they can handle those jerks. I need to bring her to the hospital, she looks too pale.

"Killem! Where the hell are you, you punk?!" I shouted once we reached the hospital owned by us.

"Why the hell are yo- shit, put her in the stretcher, check her temperature, ready everything we will need." Killem said as soon as he saw me carrying Amellia.

The nurses did what Killem said, Killem proceeded to close the curtains and do what he should do, save her. Her temperature's too low.

Killem is a childhood friend of mine, he was with me when Amellia was born, we saw her first before my other brothers. He adored her so much, he never had the chance of having a sister, he's always at our house looking after Amellia, playing with her, it's like my house is his house. We became so close because our Mothers are friends, and he was born a day after me.

"Alec." Dad's voice.

"Father. She's inside the emergency room, I was asked to leave to give them some space. Killem is taking care of her." I said.

He smiled a little sadness still visible in his eyes.

"That boy, he grew up with us. Jack and Mary would be so proud of him, he's now a doctor with a lot of opportunities outside this dangerous world, but he decided to stay with us. I know Amellia will be safe with him." Dad said.

"Yeah." I looked at where Amellia is supposed to be. "Do you... Think she'll be fine?" I asked.

"Yes. She will. You said it, she's strong, she'll get through everything." Dad said putting his hand on top of my shaking hand.

I didn't even noticed, I'm shaking, for the first time, my hands are shaking out of fear. My Bambina... Please be safe.

"Killem... You two are the same age now. And both of you still don't have a girlfriend. May be the two of you would end up together don't you think, Son?" Dad chuckled.

"Oh shut up Dad, that won't happen." I said.

"He's right, we're like brothers." Killem said. "She's fine already." He looked at me.

For some reason, his eyes shows a hint of sadness. He's still too easy to read.

"I'll be at my office, call me once she's awake." He looked away.

"Yeah, we will." Dad shook his hand and gave him a pat on the back. "You grew up so well."

"Thanks to you, Sir." Killem smiled.

Dad chuckled and Killem left. We entered Amellia's room as soon as she was placed in her private room.

I woke up with lights on, I could see the white ceiling, I'm thankful. I looked around and saw Alec by my side napping, Dad and my other brothers are on the couch and chairs taking a nap. This, I wish this could last forever. But if that means they'll be safe, I'd rather let them hate me forever.

I already have a plan.

My plans:

Plan A

- Ignore them, act like a brat, break all the rules.

Plan B

- Leave the house without saying a word.

Plan C

- Pretend that I'm trying to kill them.

Plan D

- Make up a story and tell them I hate them.

This plans, just thinking about it already hurts.

"You're awake, finally." I heard Alec's voice.

I'll enjoy hearing their voices for now.

I just looked at him with cold eyes. I look at the eyes that are Identical to mine coldly, fuck. I'm sorry, Alec.

"I'll call Killem." He kissed my forehead but I didn't react a bit.

She's different, I could feel the coldness in her eyes, the same eyes as mine, is this how others feel when I look at them?

"Killem." I knocked.

The door opened.

"Oh, Drei. Is she awake?" He asked.

"Yeah."

"Why did you even bothered coming to my office, you could've just used the intercom in her room." I don't know. Something just feels off about Me, Amellia, and You.

I don't know why, I could've just used the Intercom, but something is just telling me to go here.

"She's fine, may be shock, what happened is traumatising." Killem said.

Dad listened while I just looked at Amellia worried, she's acting strange. She's not responding even a bit, it's not just shock.

A couple of weeks later we're finally able to bring Amellia home. But really something happened for sure. She's been breaking all the rules, she's been cursing the hell out, she kept on glaring at us, she even tried stabbing Xandrix. This has been going on for almost a month.

I get it she's traumatized, but fuck this is something more than just a trauma, she almost killed her own brother. That's very not like her. She still cries when at Dark but would hit me, even tried to cut me with a dagger every time that I would try to calm her down by hugging her. It's either she's ignoring us or trying to kill us or just cursing us. She's even acting all bratty. Stealing our black cards and using half of the money we earn in a week. Which we really don't mind. But heck, I'm worried.

"Amellia." I called her.

She looked at me eyebrow raised.

"Keep your attitude down young miss." Aunt Mei warned her.

"Tsk, as if I care." She whispered which I heard because I'm beside her.

I don't know what gotten into me but fuck that's it, that's the last straw.

"Amellia, You will not be disrespecting our Aunt." I said in a serious voice.

"U-huh." She said not even caring about what I said.

"Okay, that's it. What the fuck is your problem?" I asked.

"Nothing." She shrugged.

"Then why are you acting like this?" I asked.

"Nothing, really. Just getting annoyed with your faces. Just tired seeing those dumb faces." She said it like it's nothing.

"Amellia Mio Krane Ruscov." Dad's cold voice echoed.

I saw Amellia shiver, now that says something.

"What?!" She looked annoyed.

"Yow, okay, Amellia that's our father." Xandrix said.

"And?" She said looking at Xan.

Xan looked surprised and annoyed at the same time. Getting into Xan's nerves won't help.

What the hell is happening.

"Hahaha, okay okay, I'm just going to tell you so I could leave already." She said.

"What? Leave? What do you mean by that?" I asked confused.

"I hate you. I hate all of you." She said.

"Where the hell is that coming from?" I asked.

"My heart. That's how I fucking feel about this family, I hate it. Hatred, not just for letting me get kidnapped when I was young, but also letting me get kidnapped again. What's that promise then? That's all for nothing? We won't let you get hurt again. We love you, we will protect you. Fuck those words! Those were false." She said her jaws and lips tense.

"Say those words again." I said.

I could see confusion in their eyes, mostly in Amellia's eyes.

"What? What words?" She asked.

"How you feel about us. Say it again." I dared her.

"I hate all of you." She said.

"Again." I said.

"I.HATE.ALL.OF.YOU!" She's getting annoyed.

"Again." I said.

"What the hell?! I said I hate all of you!" She shouted.

"Again." I said.
