"What is happening in this house?!" Papa roared in his loud deep voice.

"Dad, I thought she- she- just" Abhi was stuttering unable to digest the view in front of him.

Aakriti, his dead girlfriend was standing in his house.

After she saw the couple in the garden, Meera calmly took the three of them inside the house to clear all the questions.

Abhi was extremely overwhelmed and his eyes were continuously watering. Imagine finding out the person you loved the most who you thought passed away is actually alive. He was feeling extremely bitter-sweet about the situation.

Aakriti who was standing in the corner of the huge hall just stood there with her head down.

Leher was experiencing all mixed emotions. Her husband's ex-lover returned. She was afraid that everything would go back to square one. That was her worst nightmare.

"Bh-Bhabhi-" Leher couldn't continue her words as Meera wrapped her arms around her.

Jharna took them both inside the room and made her sit on the bed.

"Bhabhi, please breathe," Jharna was getting concerned because it looked like her bhabhi was having a panic attack.

"Leher, look at me," Meera said and signalled her to breathe in and out.

She followed their instructions and tried to stop her cries.

"What if-" Leher was cut off by her bhabhi.

"No what ifs. Everything happens for a reason, baba. Don't over think it." She tried to help her but Leher couldn't help but think of the situation.

The situation was getting tense in the hall as Aakriti was not ready to open her mouth.

"Why did you lie?" Abhi's eyes were red due to frustration and emotion.

Aakriti looked up but again lowered her eyes.

"Please leave my house if you are not going to answer." Veer with a stern tone spoke to her.

"Let me explain, please" she finally spoke, fearing the family's anger.

Abhi looked up immediately after hearing his once lover's voice after over 4 years. His eyes started watering, not because of love but because of the hurt she caused him.

"I was, I was actually-

"You either speak properly or just leave" Abhi had enough of her actions.

"No, no. Abhi, please, let me explain." She said while going closer to him.

"Don't come near me. I'm a married man who is loyal to his wife." Abhi took two steps back and put her in her place.

"But you loved me," Aakriti said with hurt evident in her voice.

"I loved you. You left. You hurt me. You left me all alone and for what? Why did you leave by faking your own death?!" Abhi raised his voice which was heard by the three sisters too.

"Let me go out, please." Leher pleaded them but they knew what would happen if they let her go out.

"You can't, Leher. We're sorry," Meera cupped her cheeks and held her close making her cry in her arms again.

"Can we at least sit in the garden? I don't want to hear her voice." She asked them and they nodded.

"Come, we'll go from the back door." They held her and took her to the garden from the backside of the room.

In the hall, Aakriti finally decided to reveal her reason.

"I had slept with someone else while we were in a relationship," she bent her head in shame while Abhi scoffed.

"You what? You cheated on me? And that's a reason to fake your own death and abandon your brother?"

"No, he had promised me a better future. Somewhere outside India, without any worry. I did not have the guts to tell you and leave. So, the only solution was to fake my death." She sobbed and explained.

"How could you, Aakriti? How did you have the heart to put me in the dark. You could've just told me the truth and wouldn't have suffered so much and my loved ones wouldn't have suffered too." He gritted his teeth in anger as tears flowed down his eyes.

"I shouldn't have, I know. I know, Abhi-"

"It's Abhinav for you." He cut her off.

"Abhinav, we love each other." She tried to trap him but Abhi knew better.

"I loved you, Aakriti. I don't love you anymore. And you did not ever love me. Don't lie to my face once again." He had enough of her lies.

"I loved you, I really did-"

"I want you out of my house in five minutes. Maa, give her food if she wants or ask her to get lost from our house." Aakriti broke down because of his words.

With that he left the house to go to the garden as tears couldn't stop falling from his face.

As soon as he entered the garden he saw his wife sitting with his sister-in-laws.

He walked towards them to talk to his wife making Jharna and Meera understand.

They stood up from the swing and went to go inside.

Leher looked up from her lap, to check why they left only to meet her teary eyes with her husband's red eyes.

She was about to get up and leave but Abhi walked towards her and made her sit down again.

"Leher..."
