The next morning, Joseph let Magnus take this whole thing to the police.

What’s more, Magnus caught the fake Poppy in a bar in N-City.

“She was planning to escape, but all exits were guarded by our men. So she was directly caught by the police as a fraudster. The police discovered her true identity. This woman’s name was Lola Holmes, a cousin of Violet’s.”

Magnus told Joseph everything from the other end of the phone. “But Violet has fled, her villa is empty now. They’ve taken all the valuables.”

“Go and tell the police to ask that woman where Violet has gone.”

Joseph’s voice was cold, which made Magnus shiver on the other end of the phone.

“Then let Hayden choose it.” Said Harrison with a serious countenance, “What matters is that Hayden gets a divorce.”

“Is this society so open about young people’s love?”.

Hayden explained the truth of his marriage, and Rebekah took a breath of relief, “I was so scared, I thought the world had changed so much.”

In this family there was old Harrison Beckham, kind inside, but with a cold face; Joseph’s mother, tender and kind; plus a little brother, with whom he got along well from the beginning. Half a month before the chosen date, Hayden returned to the United States.

“Mr. Godfery was planning to come pick you up in person, but he had an important meeting. I’ve prevented him from coming, so please don’t bother.”

Hayden was fine with that. “That’s fine.”

He went back to the States to talk to Edison about the divorce .
