In the evening, Hayden plugged the flash drive into the computer. He opened the video file and looked closely at every detail on the screen.

The fire broke out around eleven-thirty in the morning. At that time, all the senior managers were gathered in the second floor conference room. Since it was lunchtime, there were a lot of people in the kitchen. Many people were coming and going, so it was difficult to see if there was anything strange going on.

From the screen, you could see that Baron’s teacher, Arnold, was baking.

Hayden listed the three suspicions of this incident on a nearby piece of paper.

First, that the head waiter took Noah to the bathroom was a lie.

Second, it was doubtful that Baron would say Stella was in the fire without mentioning Noah.

Third, why was Noah later rescued by someone from the freezer?

As I was thinking intensely about these three things, the sound of the door opening sounded outside the room. Soon, the door to the study opened. A hand appeared, carrying a box of takeout food.

“Detective, you have to eat too, even if you want to solve the case, don’t you?”. Alayna pretended to speak in a cold tone and her voice carried through the door.
