"GOOD MORNING, LOVE."

"Five more minutes," She grumbled softly, throwing an arm over her face to block the sunlight.

He chuckled.

Lilura shrugged back into her comfy duvet of white pillows, silk blankets and... dew dropped grass?

"Where are we?" She shot up, blue green eyes taking a second to focus on Klaus who was basking in the sunlight.

"Forest," He replied, flashing her a smirk.

Lilura's eyes flew down to his chest.

Holy mother -

"WHY ARE YOU NAKED?"

"There it is," He roared, eyes crinkling at the corners in unabashed delight. "I was wondering when you would notice."

"We didn't ... did we?" Lilura coughed, cheeks blossoming cherry red.

"Did what?" Klaus retorted coyly.

Lilura quickly examined her clothes and sighed in relief. "Thank you, lord!" She whispered and pointed to the sky. "You're my homie."

Klaus' expression was mildly hurt. However the next words that came out of his mouth were enough to make Lilura slap his shoulder.

"You know, we could still do it. I'm not naked for nothing."

"Spare me the nightmares please," Elijah snubbed, smiling genuinely.

"You've been busy," He continued. "The both of you." Elijah then handed Klaus some pants.

"That was amazing. How long has it been?" Klaus rejoiced, zipping up his jeans.

"Almost 2 days. Full moon came and went. You remained a wolf."

Suddenly, Elijah turned to Lilura, "You, not so much. You were in complete and isolated pain as you transitioned into your true form. Strange, I didn't know Sirens had scales."

Klaus tugged on a shirt, suddenly somber. "You scared me, Li. You bled and lashed so still.."

"Aw, look at you turning soft," She cooed, but her heart sank at Klaus words. It must have been bad since he looked so worried. "But I'm fine, Nik."

He nodded and turned back to Elijah. "I remember every single kill."

Lilura looked down at her body and examined her arms. No scales. No golden blood. But the ticking pain and dull headache was still present.

"Yes, I've been cleaning up your little mess along the way."

"Just like old times, brother."

Elijah frowned, a great cloud looming over his form, "You've had your fun. I believe we have a bargain."

Klaus was not listening in the slightest. To keep her from frowning too much, the Original Hybrid hissed. "Li, fix my hair."

The siren complied and flashed him a small smile of appreciation.

"Klaus?" Elijah asks.

"Oh, right. Now, what was it again? Oh, yeah. I remember. That's it. You wish to be reunited with our family."

To Lilura he pouted, "Make me look handsome."

Lilura giggled and mussed his hair up until it was sticking in all different directions like he had just been electrocuted.

"You gave me your word, Niklaus."

Klaus gently took Lilura's wrists and pulled them away from his face. Now the brothers could see each other clearly.

"What kind of brother would break his bond? Even though you did try to kill me."

"I could have. But I didn't," Elijah said.

"And now no one can, not even you," Klaus chuckled smugly. "Relax, Elijah. All is forgiven."

The other vampire's shoulders were still tense. "Where are they?"

Klaus shook his head, "You need to lighten up. I'll bring you to them soon enough."

---- Δ ----

"I'm uncomfortable," Lilura stated.

Elijah flashed her a bemused look while Klaus scoffed. "You're just afraid the hunter won't forgive you for... the incident."

Lilura scrunched her nose in distaste when the original hybrid squeezed closer to her in an attempt to unsettle the woman further.

"Yeah. Some people actually care, dinglehopper."

She would have to buy Alaric a new one.

He stepped closer, jaw working in irritation. The two immortals were at Alaric's doorway, chest to chest. Sea eyes to sky.

Faintly, Lilura could hear Elijah groan.

"Klaus, you're back! Look who decided to come for a visit," Katherine Pierce drawled, pulling Stefan by the collar of his shirt to the trio's attention.

Klaus smirked and placed his gaze on Stefan, "You just keep popping up, don't you?"

"I need your help...for my brother."

"Well, whatever it is, it's gonna have to wait a tick. You see, I have an obligation to my brother that requires my immediate attention."

"Don't forget me!" Lilura chimed in, pointing to the wine bottles stacked on Alaric's shelf.

"I'd never forget you," Klaus replied. "But could I perhaps gift you 1500 barrels instead of 2000?"

Her answer was a skeptical eyebrow.

"You understand how important family is, or you wouldn't be here. My brother gave me his word that he would reunite me with my own," Elijah spoke, looking Stefan dead in his green eyes.

Klaus opened his arms wide, as if welcoming them all. "And so I shall."

Elijah suddenly fell to the floor, grey views spreading like a flood on his skin.

Lilura jumped back, startled by the abrupt plot twist.

Klaus wiped his hands clean of Elijah's blood. To Stefan he cocked his head to the side, squinting thoughtfully. "Now, what am I gonna do with you?"

"Fück!" Lilura yelled.

Klaus and Stefan slowly turned around to stare at the furious siren.

"Klaus! We've talked about this. NO MORE KILLING PEOPLE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!" She threw her arms in the air. "We were getting along just fine."

"I honored his promise, love."

She bit her lip, though tried to still be angry. "You brilliant manipulative bast-"

Klaus plunged a stake into Stefan's glorified abs. "Do you feel that scraping against your heart? The slightest little movement and you're dead."

"He's just trying to help his brother," Katherine cried.

"The witches said you had a cure. Make me a deal. Just give me the cure, and I'll do whatever you want," He groaned, beads of sweat rolling down.

Klaus thought about it for a second and then dropped Stefan. While the younger vampire recovered, Klaus poured himself a hearty glass of negative A blood.

"Trouble is I don't know if you'd be any good to me the way you are now. You are just shy of useless."

Lilura watched in slight realization as Klaus bent down to Stefan's level, who was on the floor.

Malignantly Klaus whisped, "I heard about this one vampire, crazy bloke, always on and off the wagon for decades. When he was off, he was magnificent. 1917, he went into Monterrey and wiped out an entire migrant village...A true ripper. Sound familiar?"

"I haven't been that way in a very long time."

"Well, that's the vampire I can make a deal with. That is the kind of talent that I can use when I leave this town."

Klaus offered Stefan's his hand.

The blond accepted it.

"Katerina, come here," Klaus barked.

"Ihopeyoudie!" Lilura coughed spastically.

When Katherine met her gaze, the siren smirked innocently.

It was just words, but in Lilura's world words were powerful.

Klaus' werewolf fangs sprung out of his gums and then Katherine was shrieking in panic and pain.

"No! No!"

"Well there goes the elusive Katherine Pierce. May you rest easy and never haunt me," Lilura snorted, shaking her head at Katherine's frantic yelps.

Klaus bit his wrist and then force fed it to a still struggling Katherine. However, her wounds dissipated immediately and Stefan's round green eyes widened by a tenfold.

"You want your cure? There it is."

"Your blood is the cure," Stefan exhaled.

"Gotta love Mother Nature," Lilura commented.

"Now...Let's talk, you, my lady, and I."

Lilura sensed the long talk they were all going to have. She was a tad tired of having to deal with desperate Katherine and moody Stefan already, but she surpressed it for the sake of Klaus' plan.

Besides, what Klaus was doing was a trick he learned from her exclusively.

"You've been meddling with the wrong family, Mr.Mikaelson," 17 year old Lilura drawled once she sensed his arrival.

"I beg your pardon?"

She turned around, night hair sending a wave of fresian fruits to Klaus.

Intoxicating, delicious, absolutely enamouring.

However, he quickly forgot about all that the moment his eyes registered the red notebook nestled in her tiny hands.

"That's very kind of you," He grinned, eyes following its every move. He strode across the room, ready to regain it. "I was looking for it everywhere!"

"When were you going to inform me of your true identity, vampire?" She inquired slyly with an air of smugness Klaus wore often.

Now he knew how infuriating it was.

His smile faltered, "You can't say anything. No one will believe you."

"I have a way with words, Klaus Mikaelson, or have you forgotten?"

A dangerous pause.

"Oh?"

"I could tell my father this very instant. I could scream for help, and this country you want will be gone." She snapped her fingers, "Just like that."

"Just like that," He repeated, sitting on his bed as if resigning to the fact that this human was in charge. "What must I do then?"

"How about a trip to Asia?" She mused. "I've always wanted to go."

The vampire spluttered, "A trip? You hold me in the palm of your hand and you chose to go on a measly excursion?"

He shook his head. "No, it's a waste of my time."

"Well that's too bad," Lilura giggled. "You would have made one hell of a companion."

She inhaled a generous gulp of air before attempting to scream her head off.

"You wouldn't," He growled.

Hard blue green eyes, "I would."

And then she shrieked so loud glass shattered.

Later that night, Klaus had been put in a cell temporarily due to an " indecent and monstrous attempt at harming the daughter of Mayera's King."

Rebekah had never let it go.

The next week Lilura was whisked off to China with a reluctant Niklaus, just like she requested.

"There it is. You want to save your brother? How 'bout a decade-long bender? And I have big plans for you when we leave this town."

Stefan shook his head, eyebrows pulling together in pain, "I'm not like that anymore."

Klaus sent a smirk to Lilura and used those words she had spoken long ago. It was a cheesy attempt at an inside joke, but it worked.

"Well, that's too bad. You would have made a hell of a wingman."

The siren smirked.

Klaus tipped the vial of blood slowly, humming a low tune.

"Wait!"

"Now that's the spirit," Lilura grinned.

"Lovely! Now that that's over, I want you to join me for a drink."

Klaus threw Stefan a blood bag, eyes twinkling in mischief.

Stefan sipped gingerly and raised an eyebrow at Klaus.

The original laughed, "Finish it. All of it. You do everything I say, and I save your brother. That's the deal."

Another blood bag, "Again."

Lilura observed with emotionless eyes.

---- Δ ----

"What did you say we needed?" Lilura shouted into her phone, earning numerous glares from others inside the local supermarket.

"Toothbrushes," He chuckled, and then proceeded to speak to the third party. "You're very cooperative, Stefan. It's almost as if you're enjoying it."

"Is he staining the floors?" Lilura asked, grabbing a generous amount of soaps.

"A little, but I'm sure Alaric Saltzman wouldn't mind."

Faintly, the enchantress could hear Klaus attempting to motivate Stefan into drinking more. Personally, she though it was a lost cause.

Stefan had a tight lid on his cravings. There was no way he would actually break.

Would he?

Squelch, the blood bag went. "That's the spirit," Klaus murmured.

Stefan continued to suck at the bag, and Lilura was getting increasingly more disturbed by every noise.

"I don't know if you're farting on making love," The siren admitted.

A pimply teenagers flashed her a suggestive smirk, which prompted the Siren to smile weakly.

An old lady, most likely his grandmother, gasped preposterously. She started to flare vehemently St Lilura who had one hand on some milk and the other balancing her groceries.

"Freaky boyfriend," She coughed awkwardly.

Klaus was silent for a moment, "No, you're the freaky one, love and don't I know it."

The siren chortled and raked in 10 different shampoo bottles. "Apple or Sakura?" She quiered.

"Sakura," Klaus replied. "I want to have pink cheeks."

"It seems like Mr. Salvatore pulled through," Klaus giggled.  "Time to fulfill my promise. Make sure to buy some oreos, will you? Ok. Love you. Bye!"

Then the line went dead.

Lilura slowly put the phone in her purse, evidently shocked.

"He said I love you," She whispered. "He said I love you!" She told the pimply adolescent.

Then softly: "Oh my god."

---- Δ ----

"I suppose, brother, you've been reunited with our family."

Lilura looked on in a mix of melancholy joy.

"Put him with the others. We're leaving town tonight," The original Hybrid barked, gesturing for the two men to leave.

"So...Did Katerina make it in time?"

"You won't be seeing her again, you know," Stefan said, glancing between Lilura and Klaus.

They were quiet uninterested. "Because she's on vervain? We've been around a long time, Stefan," Klaus chuckled.

"And we rarely get played for fools. Besides, she won't get far. You'll help us see to that," Lilura crossed her arms, a sliver of harsh excitement lighting her green eyes light blue.

Stefan was slowly becoming more and more worried. "What is it you really want from me?"

"All will be explained in time. Once we leave this tragic little town," Klaus replied.

"Then are we done here? Can we go?"

"Not quite. You see, I have a gift for you."

Lilura shook her head in disbelief as a young woman was brought to be slaughtered. Without a word, she whipped past the hybrid and into the passenger side of the car.

"Women," Klaus grinned, eyes trailing Lilura's form. "Anyways, come here, sweetheart. Don't be afraid."

The young woman hesitantly obeyed.

"See, I wanted to make sure you honor our deal...that you'll be of use to me."

Lilura closed her eyes, willing herself to sleep before she could witness another death.

"I could have compelled her to behave, but a real ripper enjoys the hunt."

Ravaneous viens at the base of stark red eyes, and the siren fell asleep to lullabies of shrieks.
