I pray to the sky,

As I pray to the moon

Wishing to have one day,

Filled with nothing but silent.

One day I wish to have my tears taken away,

One day for my pain to wash away,

One day is all ask, oh mighty Sky.

A day that I don't feel anything,

A day of silent in my room,

For the world to stop spinning,

And for my mind to stop racing.

Just one day for the word madness to stop,

One day where mirrors don't appear,

A day for me to have a break,

So please take away the weight upon my back.

Leave me feeling empty and soulless

To not feel a thing, since I am already tried,

A day to not have to worry about anything,

So, please consider my wish.

Make the pain, despair, and sadness,

Walk away from my tried body,

As I ask for only one day.
