my irrational, childish wishes

have come true.

it may not be ongoing, everlasting

or with me right now, but,

they've become a reality

in small, pure doses;

that are bound to keep shimmers

of undying happiness in my heart.

bright undertones that will

undoubtedly never falter.

the goodness and joy

unfolding before my

drying eyes and steadying heartbeat,

is the most breathtaking sight -

and i will never,
