They arrived at Hope Hospital. Anastasia had booked an appointment on her phone, and it was just her turn when they got to the hospital.

The doctor gave Anastasia a checkup form, asked her to have a blood test, and examined her liver, gallbladder, spleen, and kidneys.

Monica stayed with Anastasia throughout. Anastasia joked, “Look at you, all worried. People might think we’re a couple,”

Anastasia teased back. “Then be a man in your next life, I would marry you. I’ll go show the test result to the doctor.”
