Lily was sitting on the bed a few hours after she announced the news to her parents. They weren't the slightest bit happy or supportive , at least they didn't show it.
Jason left a few minutes after they dropped the bomb, per Lily's request. She knew her parents would need some time to understand the situation and she was going to give them some space.
Lily was zoned out thinking about everything that has happened today, especially the fact that she was a married woman now. A knock on the door brought her back to reality as she turned towards the door where her mother stood.
"Can I come in?"
"Of course, mom"
Lily's mom sat on the bed facing her. She was looking downwards trying to collect her words and think of what to say.
"I'm sorry"
"What? Why are you sorry, mom? I'm the one who should apologize"
"I'm sorry you didn't trust me enough to tell me that you were going to get married"
"No, mom! I trust you with my life."
"Then why did you do that? Why did you get married"
"I'm sorry I didn't tell you, mom, but I knew you wouldn't approve. And as for getting married... I wanna live my life fully mom. I don't want to have regrets, I won't achieve all my dreams. I'm not going to live forever mom and I have accepted that. It doesn't matter if I'm going to live till seventeen or till seventies, what matters is that I'm living all what I have dreamt of. I have always wanted to get married and start a family and I know I'm still too young for this, but I don't have that much time left"
"I love you, mom. I love you and dad so much and I'm not trying to make you or dad disappointed or sad.... I just want to enjoy whatever time that is left for me in this world"
Lily's mother's face had silent tears running down on it. Her mother hugged her closely to her chest as she caressed her hair and smelled her fragrance that she absolutely adored since Lily was born.
"I love you more than anything in this world, Lily.
The moment I knew I was pregnant with you I felt like I owned the world. I'm so proud to be your mother, I was always proud of you. I've been there with you through all your struggles when you secretly cried , when you faced your fears and when you bathed us with your beautiful laughter . You will alway be my baby and I will love you for eternity."
Lily and her mom stayed wrapped together in a warm embrace as they expressed their love and emotions through it.
"Where's dad?"
"He's in the backyard, I think you should talk to him. He hasn't said a word since .. then"
"Okay, I will talk to him don't worry"
Lily's footsteps soft patter was the only thing heard as she walked downstairs and towards the backyard. Her dad was sitting on the stairs while gazing up at the sky, the sight brought so many memories to her mind and she suddenly felt her heart ache.
Lily sat down on the stairs next to her dad and hugged him sideways as her eyes teared up for the second time today. Actually, the third time, she might have cried a little when she realized she's getting married to the love of her life.
"I'm sorry, dad. You know I love you and I'm so sorry that if I disappointed you and made you sad"
Lily's dad sighed and hugged her back running his hand up and down her back.
"You grew up so fast. I remember the day I found out that I was going to be a dad for a wonderful daughter like it was yesterday. The first time I saw you I fell in love with you. You were the cutest little angel, I have loved you every day since and I will continue to love you till my very last breath. Sometimes I wish I have a Time Machine to get back to your childhood and enjoy all the memories with you and your mom all over again. You're my precious gift from god and you will always be my little baby girl"
"I love you to the stars, that we named when I was a kid, and back, dad. I'll always be your little girl and you'll always be my hero"
Lily's mother was standing at the backyard's door listening to them. She couldn't help it and joined them on the stairs as her and her husband hugged Lily from both sides and cried together.
It hurts so much seeing how much their little girl is strong and pure and yet it was too early, way too early for her to leave this world.

"Fiore, wake up, my wife"
"Lily, come on you lazy ass, wake the fuck up"
"Five more minutes, mom"
"No, and I'm not your mom. I'm your husband"
"Jason?" Lily opened her eyes to be met with the most beautiful sight to ever wake up to.
Jason was looking absolutely hot as he stared down at her with so much adoration. Lily placed her hands on her face blocking her face from Jason.
"Don't look at me, I probably look like a mess"
Jason chuckled and removed Lily's hands off of her face as her tired eyes met his.
"You look absolutely sexy when you wake up, love. I can't wait to wake up to this beauty everyday"
Lily's heart melted upon hearing those words and her cheeks flamed red with shyness. Lily was never this shy, but Jason got her acting weird around him.
"What happened to your face?" Lily asked as she rubbed the faint bruise on his cheek." And how did my dad allow you to get in? Did you sneak through the window again?"
Lily looked back at the window only to find it closed just like she left it yesterday. Putting two plus two together Lily gasped in realization.
"Did my dad punch you?"
"Yeah, but we're all good now. I saw it coming, well I would've done the same if this happened to my daughter"
"Does it hurt?"
"Nah I'm fine, now stop wasting our time we're late"
"Late for what?"
"Late for our plane"
"I- what? What plane"
"Go pack your bag, wife. We're going on our honeymoon" Jason said, adding a wink at the end.
"You're kidding right? My dad will kill you"
"Nope, your dad can't do shit, you're my wife now. Plus I already cleared shit with him" Jason motioned to his bruised cheek.
"Oh my god!" Lily screamed in excitement.
"Jeez woman, you blew my ears"
"I will finally get to fly on a plane? Where are we going?" Lily asked, excitement running through her veins.
"That's a surprise and yes baby you'll be going on private plane"
Lily flung herself on Jason , hugging him then kissed his cheeks. As she pulled back to get up and get ready, Jason grabbed her arm and pulled her back towards him. Their faces were inches away, Jason licked his lips and looked between Lily's eyes before looking down at her lips.
Lily bit her lips in nervousness and that made Jason's heart go crazy. His hand grabbed Lily's chin and tilted her head sideways before he kissed her with urgency.
"You're my wife now, no more cheek kisses, I want your lips on mine instead. You understand, baby?"
Lily nodded in a daze and Jason smirked at her flabbergasted face.
"Use your words, bambina"
"Yes, Jasey"
"Good girl. Now get up and get ready"
Lily stood up from the bed and turned her back towards Jason heading towards the bathroom. Before she could even take a step forward she felt a stinging sensation in her ass.
Jason spanked her ass.
"Jason!" Lily exclaimed.
"What? You look hot in those shorts and you're my wife so I can do whatever I want.
"Yeah, but still"
"Still what? Huh? Come give me another kiss"
"No"
"Lily"
"No" Lily teased as she ran to the bathroom.
"Bad girl. I will show you what happens when you say no to me" Lily heard Jason saying from behind the door and she gulped.
She was honestly kinda excited.
The rest of the day passed like a blink of an eye. Between packing and saying goodbyes and rushing to the airport, it was chaos, but a kind of good chaos.
Lily has never been on a plane so she was obviously kinda nervous. The moment the plane took off her heart dropped and she unconsciously squeezed Jason's hand in a deathly grip.
Jason on the other hand was enjoying the emotional switch Lily was going through. The stressed Lily as the plane flew , the excited Lily as she stared out of the window and the amazed Lily as she explored the private plane.
He loved her more than anyone could imagine.
Tomorrow was going to be a busy day and Jason couldn't wait to spend every second with Lily on their honeymoon.
