Chapter 41: XXXXI - "All Good"

Silent But Deadly// COMPLETED✔️Words: 10548

I'm going to kill them.

I'm going to break all of their limbs and make him choke on his own blood.

And then I'm going to kill them.

Someone had kidnapped my mother and thinks they can get away with it? They think that I let them go just because I decided to help my mother first? They thought wrong.

Once I had gotten that call in the cafeteria I felt my chest start to hollow up again. I didn't let my sadness and worry take over me, I let the anger take control. I couldn't believe that this fucker had the nerve to even pull some shit like that, it's so fucking stupid. I had to send my mom and Jared to the fucking Bahamas just so they could relax a little bit, so they could feel safe. But what more of the Bahamas when they weren't even safe in their own goddamn house? I had some men sent to the Bahamas to keep an eye on our parents, and when I mean some I mean like forty.

"Boss, they won't talk..." Joe said as he entered my new office.

The new base has been built and it's in the perfect hiding spot. Nobody would even guess that there's a gang base in this area, and it has a lot of space around it so we could do a lot with that.

I walk over to my leather couch and pull my mask on over my face and zip up my grey jacket. I then grab my crowbar with Soldier in tow.

He's been a big help with Kai at school, the other day when he growled at him and Kai sat at the other end of the classroom almost made me laugh. I just can't believe he would think I'd want to talk to him, I didn't have enough room for distractions.

I've been focussed on my gang since after Christmas. We even topped Kai's gang which was a big accomplishment, so now we are number one on the rankings and nobody has dared to mess with us, until my parents.

I walked down the stairs and out the back door. In the back of the base is where we keep the people who crossed us now, since some of the prostitutes have complained about the screams of pain interrupting their business hours, if you know what I mean. So we built an extra shed like structure as a decoy, but really when you enter it, there's a staircase that leads down to the basement and to our victims.

The area is big, almost as big as the old base on the South outskirts, but this one is more sketchy. The walls are concrete and the bright light casts a shadow across the floor, it would make anybody shit their pants but I'm not just anybody.

I enter the room the screams were coming from and see Richard beating a tied up man to a pulp. He looks up when I clear my throat and acknowledges my presence with a nod. He grabs a wet cloth on the other side of the brightly lit room and cleans up his fists.

"S-Silver," the man whispered.

I smirked behind my mask, "And you are?"

He whimpered as his lip trembled, "J-Joshua C-Callis," he responded.

"Well Josh would you like to tell me what you couldn't tell my third in command?" I asked as I tilted his head up to look at me with the crowbar.

He looked between Joe, Richard, and I before he started shaking with fear.

"Tell me Josh, who was the man that took Jared and Karen Kollster?" I asked as I bent down on my knees to be eye level with him.

"He'd kill me if I tell you," he cried.

"Joshy, you're going to die either way. So go ahead and tell me," I said as I stood up straight.

When I had told Joe to send some men back to that warehouse, there were still men there trying to clean up the mess. They're so stupid.

"Please, I can't tell you," He whimpered.

"And why is that?" I asked as I grabbed a pocket knife from the silver tray.

There were a couple minutes of silence before he spoke up, "Toï iska da te ubie." (Translation: He'll kill you)

I froze in my spot and a wave of suspicion washed over my body. The gears in my mind started turning slowly as my thoughts start to process.

"Visichki iskat da me ubiyat, Dzhoshua, tryabva da ste konkretni," I replied nonchalantly. (Translation: Everybody wants to kill me, Joshua, you'll have to be specific)

I turned back around to see him still shaking with fear, Richard and Joe just watched the scene unfold attentively with Soldier sitting by them. Who is he even talking about?

He chuckled humorlessly before speaking again, "Nyama da mi povyarvash, ako ti kazha," he smiled sinisterly. (Translation: You wouldn't believe me if I told you)

I scoffed in his ear and placed the blade over his throat, "Opitaï me," I whispered. (Translation: Try me)

After a few seconds of waiting I watched a bead of sweat drip from his forehead and soak into his eyebrow. He licked his lips and took a second to breathe before he said his next words.

"Tvoyat bashta."

I flinched back at his words and he just laughed humorlessly. His mood changed drastically and it was almost scary, but I knew better than to be scared. He was trying to intimidate me, trying to get to my head, well I wouldn't let him in easily.

"Lüzhesh!" I boomed. (Translation: You're lying!)

He scoffed, "Kazakh, che nyama de vi kharesa." (Translation: I said you wouldn't like it)

"Ne me poznavash!" I exclaimed in frustration. (Translation: You don't know me!)

"No toï te poznava," he pointed out. (Translation: But he knows you)

Before I knew what I was doing, I slit his throat with the knife and blood gushed out from his neck. Richard and Joe flinched back at the sudden motion but relaxed when they had realized what I did.

Anger flourished through my body at the audacity Joshua had. He was already a dead man once he said that name, and let me tell you it was already hard enough to not kill him once he told me.

My memories raced through my mind as quick as I slit his throat. My hands absentmindedly balled into fists at my rage, and my jaw clenched as every memory, every touch played like a movie.

"Boss?" I snap my head up to see Joe and Richard eyeing me with worry.

I drop my knife and and wipe my hands with the wet cloth, "Finish the paperwork and make sure our men are still out looking for him. I'll be in my office if anybody needs me," I informed as I walked out of the room.

Some men rushed past me and started cleaning up the mess I had left behind. Soldier whimpered next to me and I stopped to crouch down and run my hands through his fur.

"I'm okay buddy, let's just get inside," I cooed. He licked my hand and we walked back up the stairs, towards the base, and up to my office.

Along the way many members nodded their heads in acknowledgement or greeted me with 'Hi boss' or 'Hello Silver'. My men respect me so much more than they did before since I brought us to the top. I've even had offers of alliances from other gangs but I've been needing to focus on this situation at hand first. I can't let someone hurt my mom and then think they can get away with it.

I sank down into the black leather sofa that's pushed up against the wall. I untie my mask and unzip my jacket and walk over to my mini fridge for a water.

I look out into the forest through the floor to ceiling window I have behind my desk, and I watch as deep inside there are birds and squirrels hiding amongst the trees and flapping their wings or shaking their tails. It looked beautiful and I could've stayed there and admired it all day if I hadn't gotten a phone call.

I took out my everyday phone and was surprised to see him calling me. I haven't talked to him since I told him I had quit before I left to Oklahoma for a meeting. These past two weeks I've been going from meeting to meeting in different states and hopefully during breaks, I can get my meetings done in countries.

"Hello?" I answered surprised.

"Silver, I'm going to need you to come to my office," he said on the other line.

"Williams what is this about? Are you okay?" I asked worriedly.

"Yes, I'm fine. But it seems as if someone has been doing a lot of damage lately," he said in a low voice. I knew who he was talking about, and with that my posture quickly straightened itself out.

"You have information on him?" I asked in disbelief.

"No, but if you come over to my office then I think we could sort something out. Bring your inner gang and be here in an hour," and with that he hung up the phone.

I quickly texted the group chat to meet me in my office and to be ready to head out. I then decided to change my clothes so I would look clean after meeting an old friend after awhile, and then tied my hair into a low slick pony tail.

I slid on my white slip on vans and wiped off any dried blood on me before I heard the knock on my door.

"Come in."

Joe and Richard walked in, both with their black leather jackets, white t-shirts, black ripped jeans, and black biker boots. I swear they love twinning.

"Where we headed to boss?" Richard asked as he sank down into the couch and rubbed Soldier's belly.

"We're gonna go visit Williams. Apparently he wants to take this guy down as well and he needs my help," I explained as I put on my chapstick and buckled my watch on. I placed both of my phones in a small bag as well as my iPad and my keys before we headed to our secret elevator.

The secret elevator is an elevator only the inner gang and the leader will use to go down to the parking garage so no one will see my identity. I use it a lot when I need to go home and there are still members working around the base. It comes in handy too every once in awhile but that's a story for another time.

Joe and Richard get in one car together while Soldier and I get into Robin. We speed out of the underground parking garage and out of the forest. After a few minutes we finally make it out to the main road and start driving to Williams' office. William isn't really a gang leader but more of a business man, so his office isn't at a base like ours.

"You ready to see Williams Soldier?" I cooed. He barked in response and I giggled at him.

I hear my gang phone ringing from my bag and I fish through it without taking my eyes off of the road. Once I feel the vibrating device I answer it without looking at the Caller ID.

"Yo," I greeted.

"Boss, we have company," Richard said on the other line.

I look on both sides of my car to see that surely enough, there was an Escalade car on each side of Robin.

"Take em' out," I ordered.

I heard gunshots behind me and I softly pushed Soldier down on the passengers floor. I then grabbed my own gun and rolled down my window and started shooting the tires of the Escalade, causing it to swerve and fall off of the bridge we were driving on. I did the same to the other side and they rolled over a couple of times before coming to a full stop upside down.

"All good?" I asked as I continued speeding on the bridge.

"All good."
