“Hegara Kinstan? Don’t be fooled. He is beyond powerful. He alone is enough to kill every single person in this room, and have enough strength to run a Universe Grade Marathon after that.” Jul’Taras told Monkey King without needing to look at who Monkey King was talking about.

“Hooo. Even with you in the room?” Monkey King asked Jul’Taras seriously.

“Well, if I don’t use my secret weapons and talismans, and if my body guards don’t intervene, and if he manages to avoid my ultimate skill… then yes, even with me in the room.” Jul’Taras replied him seriously.

“That’s a lot of ifs.” Monkey King laughed. “And being a Princess of the Void Clan, I’m sure Jessica has her own secret weapons, talismans, and bodyguards as well.”

“Oh yes, I forgot about her. I meant a room WITHOUT her in it. Well, with Jessica in the room, then I guess he probably can’t kill everyone in the room then.” Jul’Taras chuckled. “Jessica is an outlier. A phenomena of nature. I don’t actually know how powerful she truly is. As you have heard earlier… She is full of secrets and mysteries.”

“Indeed she is.” Monkey King replied. “I don’t mean to be arrogant, but even without Jessica and you in this room, I doubt that he could clear the room that easily. I am no pushover myself.”

“You definitely are no pushover, Wu Kong. I am very clear on that point. I know that you’re extremely powerful. But even you are still a distance away from Hegara Kinstan. And that distance will only continue to grow as you both progress down the path.” Jul’Taras turned to look at Monkey King in the eye and said seriously.

“Why do you think so?” Monkey King asked.

“Have you heard of the Celestial Ranking?” Jul’Taras asked.

“Celestial Ranking? The secret ranking system which the top powers of the known Universe had compiled?”

“Yes, that ranking.” Jul’Taras nodded.

“I know of it. My Clan’s Patriarch had promised me an Ancestral Grade reward if I could get noticed and ranked in it.” Monkey King replied. “The Celestial Ranking ranks the top thousand most powerful beings at each power level starting from the King Level, right?”

“Yes. I am ranked one hundred fifteenth. And by my estimation, you’ll rank between one hundred and one hundred fifty as well. No higher than one hundred, but no lower than two hundred.” Jul’Taras said with a smile. “I’ll help you pull some strings to get your strength evaluated so you can get ranked. Congratulations on the Ancestor Ranked reward!”

“Ah! You’re ranked that high up? Wonderful! Thank you very much for that.” Monkey King exclaimed with pleasant surprise.

“Just so you know, that Hegara Kinstan is ranked seventy third. He is one of the most powerful King Level beings in the entire known Universe. His two companions, Revanos and Revania, aren’t ranked yet. But I heard that they would be evaluated soon, and that preliminary estimations place them at the low two hundreds.” Jul’Taras continued. “They make for an extremely potent force.”

“I see.” Monkey King nodded in understanding.

“And even at number seventy three, Hegara Kinstan is probably still hiding his real strength. His examiner was a member of the Elven Mages Guild, and she told me that his battle strength is the type that would only grow stronger the longer he cultivates. She even told me that she wouldn’t be surprised if he breaks into the top ten within a decade!” Jul’Taras said softly.

Monkey King was doubly surprised.

First he was surprised that Hegara Kinstan was THAT powerful. But he was also surprised that Jul’Taras could get her hands on such secret and critical information! He was sure that she didn’t reveal all of the information that she has on Hegara Kinstan. And if so, just how much information did she have?

“Don’t worry though. My father always tells me that each person has their own pace and their own target in life. Don’t focus too much on other people’s achievements. Just focus on your growth and make very sure that you give everything you have every single day.” Jul’Taras patted Monkey King’s shoulder jovially.

“Ah yes. Thank you for the reminder. And may I say, his words seem to be extremely applicable to you.” Monkey King teased Jul’Taras in a friendly way.

“Hahaha. Definitely. I’ve stagnated in the King level long enough. I will breakthrough to the Emperor level this year.” Jul’Taras laughed.

“What? You are finally thinking of breaking through to the Emperor Level? Okay! Count me in! I’ll breakthrough with you! With so much money, I can now afford all the resources that would help me break through into the Emperor level safely and quickly!” Jessica Sands finally stopped her dancing and sat down next to Jul’Taras.

“It’s not like you’ve ever lacked the resources to break through to the Emperor level.” Jul’Taras rolled her eyes at Jessica Sands.

“But now that I’m buying all those resources using my own hard earned money-“

“Gambling profits” Monkey King coughed.

“HARD EARNED MONEY.” Jessica Sands repeated herself and glared at Monkey King. “I will treasure those resources more and gain more motivation to break through! It’ll be a horrendous waste if I fail to break through and waste all those resources!”

“How much money are we talking about here? How come I don’t know that you’ll need so much resources to break through to the Emperor Level?” Monkey King asked curiously.

“Well, if you want a standard breakthrough, you don’t need much. A resource planet’s worth of treasure and medicinal pills should be more than enough. But if you want a perfect breakthrough, then you’ll need at least a million planet’s worth. Maybe even two million!” Jessica Sands said.
