Chapter 3-friends.

Sometimes I wonder what my purpose is in life. Ehh I don't know moving on I'm attempting to beg my mother to send me buddy.

she's refusing but I'm telling you I can't sleep without him 5 days, no wake up kisses, no cuddles.

Utterly ridiculous.

"Look mom please I need him I can't make it another week without him"I tell her just a little dramatically. I see no issue in her sending buddy early, I've unpacked and I'm even ahead in some classes.

"Rosaline I told you he's going next Wednesday" she grumbles without a hint of remorse.

"Fine how have you and dad been?"I question since this is the first time in 4 days I've spoken to her.

For all I know they could've gone to China and back.

"Great how's your jo- actually, rosaline I'll call you back tomorrow I have to go" she rushes out.

wonder what that's about.

"Okay goodbye tell buddy I lo-" she hangs up before I get the chance to finish.

And I didn't even get to see buddy.

how infuriating.

Sighing I continue my way to work, not to work but to wait for Abbie we're going on a girl's day!

4 months ago Abbie came to visit and convinced me to get a ummm certain area waxed on our last girls day.I didn't speak to her for 1 whole day.

Obviously I couldn't stay mad. she was my only friend. Anyways I look like a loner waiting in a booth alone.

I am a loner but still im bored. Oh my goodness I'll buy a laptop and become jug head Jones.

Being in the restaurant I'm hit with the good smell of food and after much contemplating in my mind I decide to order something, since the last time I ate was yesterday around 9 am.

I dranked a whole milkshake and ate some medium frys along a big ol burger. I had a big belly and looked pregnant after that.

Filled me right up! I munched on a few things the rest of the day but I was focused on trying to rearrange my room. I forget to eat a lot so my bodies used to it.

I order fries and a sweet tea those are my favorite. who doesn't like them?

They'll be utterly crazy.

After about 15 minutes of me having fun on my own Abbie comes.

"Finally now let's bust this joint" i cackle and stand so fast I nearly get whiplash.

Gen stares blankly at me so I clear my throat and grab my fry's.

"joking, are you done?" I question while shoving some fries in my mouth.

She stares at me chewing then gives me a tight smile."I'm sorry they extended my shift why don't you go home and tonight you can come over to watch movies?"

I bite the inside of my cheek trying to hide the disappointment. "It's okay don't feel bad, I don't mind I can get a few things done" I mumble out.

And by get things done I mean nap or maybe text josh and Damian even though he likes to ignore my text but it's okay I just send him more until he replies.

She nods slowly "yea just text me if you do anything love you Rose I'm sorry" she mumbles out.

"It's okay don't apologize silly,I love you too I'm sorry you have to work later" I give her a tight smile.

"I'll see you later bye!" I wave goodbye grabbing my keys and finishing up the last bit of my fries.

"Bye Rose "abbie waves back as I walk to the counter to pay for my things.

I have a deep conversation with myself and after much thought I decide to host a movie day since it's daytime out.

'Rosaline-hey josh would you like to come over and have a movie day with me?'

'Josh-I would love to I'll be there in 5 minutes'

'Josh-wait 15 I'm stopping to get snacks any particular one you want?'

'Rosaline-get me Oreo ice cream! I'll pay you back thank you!'

'Josh-there's no need love, now prepare the movies.'

'Rosaline -okay I will!'

After our little talk I get home and clean then talk on the phone with my uncle, they left and don't come back for another 2 days. I need to tell Abbie.

I text her about me hanging out with a friend and how I actually made a friend and she just replies with 'okay.' But I assume she's just a bit busy.

I should have a concert in front of my stuffed animal mrs pig. Normally I would sing in front of buddy but he's currently not in the premises.

I hear the doorbell and grin at how fun it's going to be with my company then I go to open the door trying to contain my excitement. My face morphs into confusion when I see not just josh but jake and Damian.

good thing the TVs big.

"Hi I didn't know y'all were coming but it's okay we can all watch movies together!" I open the door and let them in.

I look at their outfits then at mine.

What the heck I'm wearing uncomfortable jeans, a t-shirt and socks while they're all comfy.

"I'll be back I'm going to change umm there's drinks in the kitchen and whatever else yall want." I let them know before running up the stairs.

I change into my purple sweatshirt and gray sweatpants with of course my fluffy white socks. I look like a little chubby boy.

at least I'm comfy

As I'm walking out my bedroom I hear arguing "I picked the snickers you wanted the Reese's"

"no, you fatshit I'm doing you a favor you don't need any more candy" jake mumbles.

"ex fucking scuse me there is just more of me to love." Josh stands crossing his arms against his chest.

Goodness they curse a lot. I'll have to take them to Sunday service with me and aunt Victoria. I haven't gone yet but one of these days I'll go, I'm sure of it.

"what are y'all arguing about" I quietly question right as josh is throwing snickers at jake.

My poor friend.

I want in on this food fight.

I can take them.

"Rose help me I'm being attacked kick them out your home" josh mumbles clinging to my leg. My eyebrows furrow as I stare down at josh when a book is thrown at him.

"That's not nice dude." I scold Damian.

"Josh I'm not kicking them out. why don't we all sit on the couch and watch a fun movie!" If they refuse I'll call buddy on them.

"Fine" "okay" jake and Damian agree.

I look over to Josh and he grins back at me,

"great come on bestie let's cuddle" josh cheers happily patting his lap. I chuckle shaking my head and walk towards him when a certain angry person yanks my arm sitting me next to him.

I was between Damian and the side of the couch.

"If you wanted my company you could've said so" I tease with a smile. he does want to be my friend. I'm tearing up man.

"Sure" I guess he's not talkative.

I stand and make my way to the kitchen to prepare myself a sandwich. Once I get back I take a seat in my spot and take off the crust. Damians eyebrows furrow as he watches me intensely.

"It taste better without it" I explain. He nods slowly and turns his focus back to the movie.

After a few minutes into the movie I decide I want some water and attempt to stand up.

Attempt

Every time I stand Damian pushes me back into the couch. I give him the stink eye and use my gym rat muscles to try and free myself.

Oh I'm going to kick him.

"I'm trying to enjoy twilight" needless to say I picked the movie after threatening these b words.

"And I would like some water along with Josh's company because he cracks me up" I slap my knee to demonstrate how funny josh is.

Damian ignores my comment and makes no effort to let me go.

Oh I'm upset.

"If you don't let me go I'm going to fall on you and squish you" I warn him nodding repeatedly to show him I'm not fooling, while he just raises his brows.

I try one more time to stand while josh cheers me on in a hushed tone only this time I'm not yanked back to the couch.

He fricken yanked me on his lap.

I go through a bit of stages ranging from bright tomato faced to butterflies in my tummy.

I bite my lip then turn my neck to look at Damian.

"Aww you like my company huh weirdo well I guess I'll stay" i tell him while wiggling my eyebrows and smiling a big creeper smile.

Josh and jake share a look between the two of them and I refrain from punching them in the nose to find out what that's all about.

"Stop starring and watch the fucking movie" Damian grumbles annoyedly throwing a pillow at jake.

"Yea what he said" i glare at them.

"now please pass me my Oreo ice cream" my glare turns to a smile so they give me my delish ice cream.

I could live off this if I had to. Maybe adding some fries here and there. Perfection.

The whole movie goes by fast with me and Damian sharing my ice cream that we finished quickly, I also got cold and he pulled a blanket on us.

So sweet. Like candy.

I'm currently playing with his fingers while he uses his other hand to play with my hair.

We're just bestie goals. Our friendship is superior.

"I'm bored let's go out" naturally josh being josh doesn't like to sit and watch movies. So he's been trying to convince us to go to the fair.

"Yea I agree we can ride a few rides and even get food" jake agrees so then I think about. I decide that it could be fun so I shrug.

It'll be great

"Okay it sounds fun" i nod then turn my head to look at Damian who's starring at me.

He doesn't say anything just gives me a slight nod.I stand quickly from my spot and look at Damian.

"Are your legs sore? I'm a bit big so I'm positive they're about to falls off I recommend walking around" josh and jake laugh. I don't know why, I'm being serious.

I probably cut off his blood circulation. Oh my goodness I probably cut off his air supplying. I place my fingers to his nose and feel air coming out.

"Okay your breathing fine that's good" I let out a breath of relief.

"I'm going to go change again" i tell them then walk away happily with Damian glaring at the floor mostly because I got him in trouble for glaring at me.

It's just rude. Ive done nothing to him.

Hurrying to my bedroom I check my phone see no new text then sit on my vanity and apply mascara and chapstick.

I look through my closet and grab a comfy outfit.

It's 7:36 currently Abbie hasn't texted back she's just busy I'm sure. I quickly grab a white cropped tank top leggings and a big comfy beige cardigan along with some white sneakers.

I'm not fricken dressing up. No way they're lucky I don't go dressed in sweats.

I go back out and grab my house key and pick up our mess casually punching each of them for being in my way.

After I punch jake I feel pumped so I punch him again then simmer down since I barely made any impact and we head out.

We get in jakes car with me and josh in the back and Damian with jake of course in the front

It's quiet.

"can I play a song" before jake can say no my bestie josh snatches jakes phone and hands it to me nodding.

What shall I play?

Oh I know.

I cackle internally as I search 'heavy metal' music and play the first random one that comes on. I sit calmly and smile moving my shoulders up and down while they stare at me.

"I find it therapeutic" i say in all seriousness.

After a few seconds more I burst out laughing and slap my knee due to how funny I am.

Once I've contained myself I search a new song.

I show josh and he nods excitedly. We're great friends with similar playlist. I play dandelion and we start singing. Jake doesn't mind and Damian looks slightly amused at me singing very passionately may I add.

I laugh at josh who's now singing to me. "Wishing on every star that you'll be mine- "

He gets Interrupted when a water bottle full of water gets throw at him.

I gasp and look at the cuprit.

A smirking Damian is looking back at me then looks at josh and glares.

"What was that for you bitch" josh says rubbing his head. I feel sorry for him so I take his head and help rub it.

My body is slightly turned and I feel a pinch in my side and thrash letting go of Josh's head.

"Ow what the heck" I rub the spot and meet the eyes of Damian now glaring at me.

He's a bit of a prude.

"Don't touch him" he glares at me. I glare back proving I can take him. "Dont touch me" I reply angrily. His glare deepens. "No" he grumbles then turns away from me.

my eyes are practically closed with how deep I'm glaring.

"Listen here fella stop being negative Nancy and don't glare at me" he rolls his eyes but his face softens ever so slightly.

I leave my eyes like that and turn to 'glare' at everyone.

"you look like you're trying to read something" josh chides laughing so hard as he clutches his stomach.

"Damian" I call.

He looks back and raises his eyebrows. "What"

"How do I glare at people and make them scared of me" I'm about to learn how to make people pee their pants.

"Punch them in the face" he tells me fighting back a smile.

This isn't funny I'm not going to do that.

"I can't do that it's being a crude and I'm not a crude" And as much as I believe I can knock someone out easily there isn't much meat in my arms.

"I'll just get face surgery to look like you, I'll scare everyone" I chirp internally cackling.

Josh and jake chuckle lightly while Damian shocker glares at them.

He glances at me and stares, not saying a single word just watches me face. I won't lie I feel a bit intimidated but I hide it and turn to josh.

I start laughing after he makes a weird sound laughing almost like a snort, don't know but whatever it was sounded fricking hilarious.

We get to the parking lot and I take a picture just so I never forget this moment.

I love my friends.

I love food more.
