The date of Tara's wedding came early than expected. Both Nila and Akruti told their respective bosses about the wedding they have to attend. They were taking a week off. With a sulking face, both Daksh and Viren sanctioned their leaves. But prompted them about their take-off to Paris on the next day of the wedding.
The next day the Arora family along with Nila reached Delhi. The moment they reached the wedding venue which was actually their home, they were engulfed in a big hug by the family members.
"We missed you guys".
All of them said at the same time. After refreshing themselves from the journey everyone initiated doing some wedding chores. The younger Arora's were teasing Tara to the core. Sometimes they even teased Akruti with the mystery man. But she just dismissed the teasing about him.
Nila was actually enjoying the whole wedding. It was the first-ever family celebration she was attending. Being an orphan was not easy. You have to go through a lot to accomplish in your life, going through abuses, being questioned of lineage, labeling you with terms, and many more. But now being surrounded by these people, she felt delighted. She even cried because of euphoria.
When Akruti came to know this, she pulled Nila into a hug, which was completed by the whole Arora family. But what the Arora's advised Nila, made even happier.
"Nila don't think you're an orphan. You're just like Akruti to us. And we're not saying this to please you. We mean it. So don't ever think that you're an orphan. You have this big household to support you throughout your life."
The life for Akruti and Nila this week was a remarkable one. They celebrated each and every ritual with fun and laughter. They enjoyed their life to the fullest. From singing to dancing, Arora's house was bursting with happiness.
And the life in Mumbai for Daksh and Viren didn't go well. Without their PA's they couldn't perform a single task. Always messed up with something or the other.
Sharav was the sane one among them. He was actually working as a PA for both of them. And Sharav has a hard time facing them. Sometimes they whinnied like kids, sometimes being snappy. It's was like they were pregnant and were having mood swings.
Sharav was about to punch them honestly. He admired how Nila and Akruti dealt with these two idiot friends of his. He was reckoning about calling them, and thank them for dealing with these two.
..........
Finally, Friday arrived. The day they'll be going to Delhi to attend the wedding of Arora's daughter's wedding.
Dadu, Dadi, and Preeti were treating them like kids who were going out on a school tour for the first time. These three knew how Viren and Daksh were behaving without Nila and Akruti. But those two denied their feelings for them when they were questioned. Even Sharav tried tricking them to admit their feelings. But all in vain.
On reaching the airport Daksh, Viren and Sharav boarded on the flight. Suddenly Viren questioned the other two about what his grandfather told them especially looking at Daksh and him.
"Yeah!! I kinda felt weird ", replied Daksh furrowing his eyebrows together, whilst Sharav just shrugged in response.
"What did Dadu mean by 'You both will get surprised when you reach the wedding'. And he said that with a smirk.", Viren said to no one in general. While the other two just shrugged their shoulders.
"Let's wait for the surprise till then", said Daksh.
.................
The Arora mansion was bursting with relatives. Event managers doing all their last-minute works. The ladies decorating the plates and stuff that are needed for the wedding. The men busy with their talks. The girls along with the bride went to the salon to get themselves pampered. Around two in the afternoon the girls returned to the house.
Around four the makeup artist of the bride arrived. Whilst the artists for other ladies arrived around half an hour after. It was already six when the bride was dolled up. Tara was looking beautiful in her maroon color wedding dress, adorning herself in the uncut diamond jewelry set. Her hair was put in a bun covering them with flowers. And at last, the veil was put on her crown.
All were praising Tara. She was looking magical in her wedding attire. Akruti, Nila along with others were with the bride. Tara was totally freaking out in nervousness. All the girls were trying to calm her.
"You asking me to calm me. How can I calm myself when I'm going to get married in a few hours. Oh my God!!! I won't be a bachelorette anymore. No, I'll just run away that's the best. Yes, I'll", Tara kept on rambling while others tried to control her. Already Akruti's mood was pissed off by some event, and Tara's reaction was adding fuel to the burning fire.
"Will you shut up Tara!! You're just getting married. No one is gonna hang you like your murderer. And Divyaansh loves you. So don't need to freak out. And what if you're bachelorette anymore, you'll be with the love of your life right. So stop freaking out. You're nearly scaring the little kids right here."
After hearing a lot from Akruti, Tara finally calmed down. The bride was finally asked to bring down. Tara walked along with her cousins. Her brothers holding the Phoolon ki Chaadar ( A sheet-like a thing made with real flowers), her sisters walking alongside her. Divyaansh was looking at Tara with his jaws hitting the ground. All others laughed at his reaction.
The bride and groom were standing near each other. Somewhere smiling, somewhere laughing, while somewhere shedding tears of happiness looking at the beautiful couple. The bride and groom exchanged the garlands and were waiting for the other rituals to start. The wedding outlet was getting crowded with guests.
Standing away from all this Akruti was lightly pressing her head to ease the throbbing pain in her head. Her 17-year-old cousin Krisha who had noticed her questioned her what was she doing standing alone here. Akruti replied to her that someone called her and she was talking to that person. Krisha who saw Akruti standing there with her phone bought her lie thinking she was really talking to someone.
When Krisha was about to leave Akruti told her to say Nila that she was called for her. Nodding her head Krisha left the place to call Nila.

My head was continuously paining like hell. I took tablets to ease the pain, but nothing helped. I was standing aloof from the total celebration. I wanted to enjoy the wedding but this headache was being troubled for me. I looked around to see the guests. All were mostly business people with whom my family was doing business. I wondered if Viren would be here too. Shrugging at my thoughts I was waiting for Nila. Only she could help me now.
Then I saw Nila coming towards me with a frown on her face. She was looking beautiful in her light teel blue color saree. She had braided her hair in a side french braid with flowers adorning her hair.
"What happened??? Why are you standing here??" , Nila queried me the minute she reached.
"To be honest, I'm having a terrible headache. And I see some blurry images too. I really don't know what to do. And this headache is getting terrible minute by minute. Can we go to the hospital and consult my usual doctor? I seriously can't handle this pain.", I told her.
"What??? Oh my God!! Wait and what's with these blurry images?? Wait I'll call Sahil Anna (brother). ", she was about to dial Sahil's number when I stopped her.
"No Nila. Everyone is enjoying the wedding. I don't want Tara's day to be gloomy with everyone worrying about me. We'll just go to the hospital, meet the doctor, do a check-up and return. And I don't want anyone to know about this. Please Nila. Let's go", I pleaded her.
"Okay, but what will we tell them?? We can't go out of her just like that!!!".
"We'll tell them, you're having stomach ache and slight fever. So we'll go to the doctor and come back. Even if It gets late, we can come up with some lie like we have to take an X-ray and it got late. We'll say something like this. Please come let's go I can't handle it."
Nila nodded her head. We told Sahil about Nila's fake condition. He offered to come with us. But we politely denied him saying someone might need him here for some work. He was adamant about coming and we were adamant for him not to come. Finally, Nila and I won. But he told us to call him instantly if anything serious happens.
Nodding our heads to his instruction we headed out and also told him to inform our parents, not our grandparents or others. He agreed to our condition. We were about to head out when I pulled her to my Dadu and Dadi's room.
"What are we doing here?? Shouldn't we leave for the hospital?? And what are you taking from their vault??", she queried me.
"Yes, we're. But not before taking these two things with us", I told her. She looked at me with a confused face.
" I agree we'll need your medical file, but what's with the diary ?? And why are these two things kept in a vault??", she questioned me. I replied to her by looking at the file and diary.
"Uh-Huh. These two are something which we'll need the most there. And I'm too thinking about their presence in the locker".
