âI canât believe you were serious when you said you will be joining me to get my wedding dressâ I told Xavier,,as we walked out of the pack house together.
âYou should know by now that I donât make empty promises, I want to make up for all the times I hurt you unintentionallyâ he said and I smiled.
âThat was in the past my loveâ I said and he smiled in my direction.
âI want those bad memories to remain in the past. Creating new ones to replace every bad one in your headâ he said and and I smiled.
âThat is beautiful my loveâ I stated and he smiled in my direction. We got into the car and he drive to the designers place himself.
My mind went back to aunt Maggie and I began to contemplate if I should tell him or not, hiding it meant trouble, but telling him without prove also meant trouble. Jaxâs mom has told me about the bad things Aunt Maggie has done, she might even be his momâs killer and the woman continued f ucking with Carlos up until the manâs death. She has done a lot of things that is enough to call her an enemy. But the truth is that, she have been smart enough to cover her tracks perfectly. How then do we fish her out as the culprit?
Or even prove it to the Alpha that she has been of no help to him in the past or now. Aunt Maggie has made Xavier feel like he is indepted to her, for raising him like her
own son.

Liya is one of the best designer in the country, and I believe whatever she dress she is saying will be as stunning as her previous designs.
She handed us an iPad to choose from it, as Xavier joined me to check out the he dresses.

âYeah and just so you know Xavier loves you already and is waiting to get to know you betterâ I said and she smiled.
âXavier is a good manâ she said, and I nodded my agreeing to what she just say.
âI need to talk to your momâ I told her, and she gestured towards their house. We walk into the house, and I see Lina was busy setting the table.

âGetting evidence on Maggie would not be easy. She is not a stu pid woman, she knows exactly what she is doing and would stop at nothing to make sure her dreams come into passâ Jaxâs mum speak and I took a deep breath in and out.

âI donât knowâ¦I just need to speak to someone about itâ I reply, and Lina stared at me without saying anything.
âI think you should tell Xavier without the evidence, he has a right to know.â Lina stated calmly.
âButâ¦.â I trailed in shock.
âThere is no buts to this Emerald. If you and Xavier trust each other enough and you want to get married, telling each other things like this should not be a problemâ Jaxâs mother said and I bit my lower l*p nervously.
Should I still go ahead and tell him about what I think, or look for evidence by myself? Xavier and I have gone through a lot, and we are trying to pick the pieces of our lives together.

The wise thing to do now is to tell him when I have an evidence to back up my claim. This woman is the mother he never had, he is way too connected to her to believe words without proof.
I will try to get enough prove and evidence and then lay my complaint before him.

Xavier sat down with some of the important men of the pack, as he tell them his plans on how to rebuild the structure of the X constructions again.
