How the fuck did he got these photographs and all the information about us.
This the right time for him to make me quit my shares just like my dad did years ago.
But he should know one thing, I am not my dad and this idiot is going down today!
"Tell us all about your marriage brother."
He was smirking hard and challenging for a fight right here.
If Naina didn't held my hand, I would've killed him here.
How dare he is trying to destroy my ambition and my love life.
But I remembered what he did with the company...if I go down, so does he.
"How can I tell someone about my truth, when you yourself are full of lies."
Everyone in the room were puzzled when I said that. Even he became a bit insecure hearing me.
"What do you mean?"
Now I was smirking...he is so fucked up now. I stood up and tied my suit, switched on my laptop and showed everyone the transaction he made.
He was terrified watching the bank receipt...but everyone confused, even Gagan uncle himself.
Naina gave me confident nod to start.
"Two months ago, Nakul did a deal with a construction company for about 300 crores that was even acknowledged by our hotel group, but he made the deal for 500 crores under our name only. Those 200 crores were taken more but it does not exist in our records...but they surly rest in one of Nakul's forged bank account whose receipt you all could see on the screen."
He was dripping sweat and gulping in fear.
If looks could kill, Gagan uncle would've buried him right here only. Maybe he doesn't know what his dear son did this time.
I may have hidden the truth, but he has embezzled with our hotel group.
If he would get a punishment, he would be thrown out.
"What is this Nakul! I didn't raise you to steal money from your own group!"
Gagan uncle screamed on him loudly making everyone quite from gasping.
"You know the consequence, don't you!"
His eyes lowered in shame but he saw Naina with hatred. I came in front of her blocking his sight.
No one can hurt her under my watch.
"Gagan please control your emotions." One of the elder member tried to pacify him, but no one could stop what was coming next.
"As he embezzled in our group, making money under Sanghi name, we need to take away his shares and power, and make him a normal board member as he is part of the Sanghi family. Thats's his genetic privilege we can't take."
The board members made the announcement making Gagan uncle walk out in shame leaving Nakul infuriate in regret.
I was so happy...at last this pest is out of my way. Now only I am the heir... Sanghi hotel group is all mine.
I could finally fulfill my father's wish, which he couldn't... becoming the CEO.
"So about your marriage..." My dad started but was calm and composed, not being an ass head like his father.
"Dad it's all my fault, I made him marry me."
What! Naina is taking all my blame. Well I was the one who made her do that. She can't bear the consequence alone.
"No dad she's lying, I made her do this...I pressured her."
"No dad he's lying, I did the mistake in the first place..."
She can't tell she hacked in! My parents would burn me alive.
"No dad... believe me I did it."
I glared at her to stop but she was irritated with me .
"Enough both of you!" My mother snapped making us both mum.
She should not loose her temper...I remember what happened last time.
"Abhiman, do you think Naina is a gold digger?"
What the hell is she asking?
"No Meeta."
"Then it's settled. They both genuinely love each other and married. They have not cheated with the company. Naina could easily run off taking our money and break our trust, but she didn't and never could. Karan could not stoop low just to claim the position.
My son and my daughter both our innocent, end of discussion and this meeting."
My mom blindly trusts us both but at the start...I did this all marriage just to secure my position. I can't let her live in lies.
Naina was right, we should tell the real truth or its now or never.
All the members got out leaving us four in the room.
"Mom...I actually married her just to secure my shares because she hacked in my shares in rage as I took away her job in anger."
I said this in a breath and saw all of them staring me wide eyed as if I am not of this planet.
"Are you insane!"
Well my dad shouts now. Guess both the brothers have same genetic error.
"We both love each other... genuinely. And we can't think of hurting you... please forgive us both."
Naina said emotionally with her moist eyes doing all the talking.
"I know you both do love each other...but don't think of keeping things from us now on."
Mom said calmly gesturing is to come forward for a family hug.
Everything is now at place, no more lies or secrets, no more enmity...we all are happy now.
We both went out of the room leaving them both inside.
Third person's POV
"You did a bit overacting today Abhiman...what if they suspect we knew their secret."
Abhiman laughed at her wife's scolding but he was happy that his son at last found happiness. What he always regret was his first wife and Karan birth mother. Why did she ever left them?
"Are you thinking of Anika?"
His wife asked him sadly but he gave her a assured smile.
"No... you're my love, always will be. I am happy for my children at last."
"So can we tell them the truth? Can we tell Naina who is she?"
He gave a thought for a few moments and answered his curious wife.
"Yes we should...but not now. Let them both have time for themselves, we'll tell them once they both are tension free."
Meeta smiled with pride and wished for a healthy future for them both.
But in Gagan's office things weren't right as it should be.
A tight slap was received by Nakul from his furious father.
"How can't you bury the proofs of that transaction! Now you lost you're shares too you idiot! What if they come to know that I was involved in that deal too! "
His father slammed his table and sat clutching his aching head.
"Now what should I do? I was doing exactly what you were asking me to do, father."
"I told you to do! You don't have even a smallest of you're mind to use it! Are you a spoon feeding baby! Sometimes I doubt you're even my son."
Nakul's body stiffed hearing from his own father. How could he say like this when he himself made Anika disappear just to become the CEO and claim money and power.
"So what should I do... same as you did with Anika aunty, now with Naina?"
"That girl did right breaking you're nose, you definitely don't have a fucking mind. Don't ask me what to do, you've broken my trust!"
Reminiscing that indent made his blood boil...all this is happening because of that Naina.
Is she is in his way, he'll definitely loose everything.
His mind was planning something which could leave both of them in deep stupor....and this time he was sure he wasn't going to fail.
Where those both were looking forward for their bright future with their family, he was the force planning to bring the darkness.
