Chapter 852:
âSorry to bother you, miss. Iâm here to visit someone, but they canât come out right now to let me in. Could you please take me in, just through the entrance?â
Eileenâs eyes caught sight of the womanâs watch, which looked oddly familiar.
After a brief hesitation, Eileen smiled and replied, âSure, come on in.â
She signaled to Bryan to unlock the car door. The woman quickly got inside, thanking them more than once.
Eileen discreetly studied the woman. She was dressed in high-end designer clothes, with a polished look that hinted at wealth. Clearly, she wasnât just some random scammer.
âWhich villa are you headed to? We can just drop you off at the door,â Eileen said.
The woman quickly shook her head. âOh, no. Thatâs too much trouble. Just let me out near your place. From there, I can walk.â
In such a large villa complex, it could be a long walk if she was going deep inside.
But Eileen sensed that the woman wasnât just being polite. She didnât want them to know exactly where she was going.
When the car stopped in front of Eileenâs villa, the woman seemed momentarily surprised. She glanced around before saying, âThis is your place? How convenient! My destination isnât far from here. Thanks again!â
Eileen stepped out of the car and watched as the woman disappeared into the distance. Eileen didnât enter her villa immediately but lingered, standing quietly behind the vehicle, observing.
Minutes passed, and the woman returned, hurrying towards Kinseyâs villa. She knocked on the door, and as soon as the servant opened it, she slipped inside without hesitation. Kinsey was supposed to be at work, but the servant had welcomed the woman into Kinseyâs place, allowing her to wait inside.
Ga ln ovels . com fuels your imagination Eileen noticed the watch on the womanâs wrist. It matched the one Kinsey wore. Juliaâs words about Kinseyâs secret lover echoed in her mind. Kinsey had no feelings for Dalores.
âThis woman seems different, probably from a wealthy family. Sheâs in a relationship with Kinsey for love,â Eileen mused. âWould Kinsey marry Dalores, a woman with no wealth, when he could be with this young woman from a wealthy family?â
Eileen turned to Bryan, leaning against him, seeking his insight.
Bryan didnât look up. âIf Kinseyâs not hiding something from your grandmother, then heâs using her to hide something from someone else.â
Eileen pondered this. âKinsey might not be getting along well with Conroy and my aunt. He probably married Dalores because heâs wary of Conroy and my aunt.â
âKinsey wanted to show them he didnât covet power or the Vazquez familyâs wealth,â Bryan added.
âThis woman must truly love Kinsey, or she wouldnât bother waiting for him,â Eileen said.
As a car approached, Bryan gently ushered Eileen and Gabriela into the villa.
Once inside, Eileen walked to the floor-to-ceiling window, barefoot, watching as Kinsey arrived home, hastening inside with an air of urgency.
Less than five minutes later, the bedroom curtain on the second floor was drawn shut.
Eileen sighed. âThis is really complicated.â Kinsey was using Dalores as a pawn, controlling her every move to keep his secret relationship hidden. As long as the Vazquez familyâs situation remained unresolved, Dalores would remain trapped.
