Chapter 743:
Eileen replied, turning to snuggle Gabriela before drifting off to sleep.
The following morning, Eileen arrived at the office early and encountered Savanna the moment she stepped out of the elevator.
Savanna cast a cold glance in her direction but soon turned and walked away. It was evident that the heavy workload wasnât a valid excuse for Savannaâs hostility toward her.
Eileen settled at her desk and resumed her work, noticing that Lenny had somehow moved to sit beside her.
âLenny, do you know where Mr. Finch resides?â Eileen inquired nonchalantly as she turned on her computer.
Lenny responded, âI have no idea. Why would I be interested in where an old man like him lives? However, Iâve heard that Mr. Vazquez lives in the same neighborhood as Mr. Finch.â
Eileenâs eyes lit up. âWhich neighborhood does Mr. Vazquez reside in?â
âI havenât figured that out yet,â Lenny said with a grin. âIâve only been here a short time, but Iâve been making friends with the company driver, who surely knows the precise address of both Mr. Vazquezâs and Mr. Finchâs homes.â
âFind out about that and keep me posted,â Eileen said with a wink.
Just as Lenny was about to consent, she realized something.
âYouâre interested in Mr. Finch? But heâs a bit too old, donât you think? And heâs associated with that young woman. Even if he is a bit of a lecher, he seems to prefer that type of woman.â
Eileen almost choked on her own saliva upon hearing this.

âHear me out. You should join me in admiring Mr. Vazquez. I promise not to compete with you. Weâll simply see who ends up winning his favor.â
The conversation was becoming increasingly absurd. Eileen fought to keep her smile in place.
âBut it looks like the young woman gets along well with Mr. Vazquez too,â Lenny pondered for a moment, stroking her chin. âIâm beginning to suspect that Mr. Vazquez has an interest in her, even though sheâs with Mr. Finch.â
Eileen sat up straight and returned to her work, dismissing Lennyâs fanciful theories. But then, she thought of something.
It was now clear that Gianna was indeed collaborating with Conroy, and even Kinsey was helping cover for Conroy. With Leyla being the only one at home and unable to leave the mansion, the situation appeared grim.
âHey,â Lenny suddenly whispered.
âEileen, the woman is here. Sheâs chatting in the secretaryâs office on the top floor.â
With her extroverted nature, Lenny had quickly made a lot of friends at the company and had managed to join the exclusive chat group of secretaries on the top floor. It appeared that the young woman was also part of the chat group, engaging in conversation and sending money to the members.
It seemed they were engaged in a game where the losers had to give money to the others. Eileen glanced at the chat and noticed that the young womanâs ID was âprincess Jessica.â
