TL: Etude
In the far distance, Aurora and the other Children of the Era watched the center of the explosion with pale faces. The terrifying impact had shattered countless fragments of the surrounding rules, and the annihilating aura seemed capable of tearing apart a pinnacle Dominator-level strong practitioner.
Even they did not dare to enter that area at this moment.
âThe True Lord of Ten Thousand Laws is probably dead!â Aurora lamented.
Although he and Ye Tian were not friends and could even be considered enemies, it was truly a pity that a genius more monstrous than him had died under such circumstances.
âWhy did the True Lord of Ten Thousand Laws choose to perish together with a Heavenly Venerable-level Creature of Destruction? With his strength, escaping wouldnât have been a problem. There was no need for him to save us!â Fire River frowned in confusion.
âCould it be that the True Lord of Ten Thousand Laws isnât dead? He might have withstood the attack of the Heavenly Venerable-level Creature of Destruction. Such an explosion might not have killed him!â someone else suggested.
âHahaha, everyone, Iâm indeed not dead!â A voice filled with laughter came from the far distance.
In the next moment, Ye Tianâs figure appeared before them. He wasnât injured, nor did he look the slightest bit disheveled.
âTrue Lord of Ten Thousand Laws, itâs great that youâre alright!â The many Children of the Era exclaimed.
However, some of the Children of the Era felt regret. They had hoped he would fall in the explosion. Even though Ye Tian had saved their lives, they didnât want him to live. After all, Ye Tian was too monstrous, completely overshadowing their brilliance.
If Ye Tian continued to live, they would forever exist in his shadow.
At this moment, Aurora was puzzled. The direction from which Ye Tian came was clearly not the explosion area but another side. Under the circumstances just now, spatial traversal seemed impossible unless Ye Tian had achieved an unbelievable level in spatial mastery.
Aurora didnât know that Ye Tian had not only used spatial traversal but had also utilized a death-substitute talent.
Although the death-substitute talent wasnât a very high-level talentâonly a top-tier talentâit was indeed extraordinary.
Previously, Ye Tian didnât understand the reason behind the death-substitute talent, but now he knew. The death-substitute talent involved the powers of space and soul, and its effect could be blocked by a strong practitioner above the Dominator level.
Logically, Ye Tian shouldnât have been able to use the death-substitute talent to leave while inside the Heavenly Venerable-level Creature of Destruction. However, he had forcibly succeeded in substituting death by combining his understanding of the Great Dao of space and soul with the death-substitute talent, allowing his main body to switch with the substitute body.
Of course, this process could have been interrupted, but the Heavenly Venerable-level Creature of Destruction was too foolish to interrupt Ye Tian. If it had, Ye Tian would indeed have faced the burning and explosion of the Nine Heavens Nether Fire directly.
In that case, even if he didnât die, he would have been severely injured and on the brink of death.
Fortunately, everything proceeded according to his plan, and he was grateful for his habit of casually throwing out death-substitute bodies; otherwise, he wouldnât have been able to kill that Heavenly Venerable-level creature.
Suddenly, one of the Children of the Era shouted, âWhatâ¦â
With his shout, everyoneâs gaze fixed on the center of the explosion. Amid the shattered void, there was a passageway leading to an unknown place.
âItâs a spatial passage, and it seems quite extraordinary!â Auroraâs expression changed, and he immediately flew over.
By this time, the shockwave had completely dissipated, and most of the annihilating aura had faded, making it basically incapable of killing them.
Ye Tian didnât hesitate at all and rushed over in an instant.
He was also curious about where this spatial passage, caused by the explosion, led and whether it might also be a great opportunity.
Soon, everyone stood before the spatial passage, each staring at it intently.
Judging from the fluctuations of the spatial passage, it certainly didnât lead to an ordinary world. The spatial tunnel was long, likely connecting to a deep-dimensional world. ÈðððáÐÅ
Aurora and the others stared at the spatial passage, each deep in thought. No one knew where this passage led or if there were any dangers. As a result, no one immediately entered.
âIt should be safe. Iâll go first!â declared one of the Children of the Era before rushing into the spatial passage.
Following this, the other Children of the Era also entered one by one. They had all overcome countless trials and dangers; fear was not in their nature. Moreover, their strength was not weak, so they wouldnât easily encounter danger.
Aurora also flew into the spatial passage, leaving only Ye Tian.@@novelbin@@
âPerhaps this is a great opportunity. My current strength is at a bottleneck. This might be a significant chance that I must seize!â With this thought, Ye Tian entered the spatial tunnel. After a moment of transmission, he found himself standing on unfamiliar ground.
In the distance stood the other Children of the Era, indicating that this was not a random teleportation, but a passageway.
Suddenly, several Children of the Eraâs expressions changed dramatically. âNo, the spatial passage is shrinking!â
Once the spatial passage disappeared, they would be unable to leave through this exit. But leaving immediately would be a missed opportunity. While they hesitated, the spatial passage completely vanished, making any regret useless.
Soon, they realized the peculiarity of this place. âWe canât use divine power here, and the rules suppression is strong. The rules of this world are incredibly powerful, but itâs extremely difficult to manipulate them. Even soul power is suppressed here; only the physical body remains unaffected,â Aurora observed.
âWhat is this place? Itâs clearly a place covered by the universeâs origin rules, yet these rules suppress us so much. Could it be because of our identities?â one of the Children of the Era pondered with a frown.
âItâs not because of your identities; anyone entering here would be suppressed because Iâm also suppressed,â Ye Tian explained.
After a moment of silence, Aurora suddenly exclaimed with joy, âCould this be the Origin Realm?â
âWhat, the Origin Realm? The legendary Origin Realm that even Supremes couldnât find?â the other Children of the Era exclaimed in shock.
âWhat is the Origin Realm?â Ye Tian asked curiously.
Aurora wasnât surprised by Ye Tianâs question. The Origin Realm was a secret known only to powerful cosmic eras, and this cosmic era was still in its early stages, unaware of the Origin Realmâs existence.
Aurora explained, âThe Origin Realm is something the Supremes informed us about. Itâs a dimensional world very close to the universeâs origin, with unique rules that greatly suppress external beings. While the resources in the Origin Realm might not be abundant, it contains a treasure that is highly coveted by the outside world and even drives Supremes madâthe Well of Origin!â
âThe Well of Origin!â Ye Tian seemed to have guessed what it was.
If it was truly that, it was indeed an incredible treasure!
