6 YEARS LATER
"Mommy, look! Big brother said, 'You're not my twin because I'm more handsome than you!' He said that!" my son, Davenhell Alanis, said. His nickname is Dave.
*Sigh* My two sons are teasing each other again. They really look alike.
"Baby, let me tell you, you two look exactly alike," I said meaningfully.
"Ehh, Dave, I'm just joking, you know," Ravenhell Alaisten said, his nickname is Raven. He raised an eyebrow.
"Hahaha, come here, you two," I said while laughing. The two came closer.
"Didn't I tell you two not to tease each other, okay?" I said to the two who were now sitting on my lap.
" WÇ zhÇshì kÄiwánxià o, mÄmÄ...... (I'm just joking, Mom...)" Raven said.
By the way, I teach them how to read, write and speak chinese, and taglish. Although they are still struggling on Tagalog.
"I know, but know your limits, okay?" I said. He nodded.
"Sorry, Dave," he said.
"Nahhh, I know I'm the more handsome one," Dave said. He really wouldn't stop.
"Huh? What are you talking about?" Raven said angrily, so I stopped them before it escalated further.
"Let's go eat, okay?" I said to the two, who nodded. We went to the kitchen and saw the two helpers were busy cooking.
"Ma'am, it'll be ready in a moment," Marie said.
"Wow, Yaya Jona, that looks delicious!" Dave said to Jona, smiling.
"Wow, huh? If it's not delicious on me, you two shouldn't eat together," Marie said and rolled her eyes.
"Luhh, Yaya Marie is sulking again, ohh," Dave said.
"It's okay, yaya Marie, you're prettier than Yaya Jona," Raven said, making Jona frown.
"Wow, just wow," Jona said.
"My,my, let's sit down, my kids let's eat," I said. I made them sit down.
After we ate, I had them bathe. They are studying here in China, and I'm a famous actor. No one knows I have children because all my information is hidden.
"Ma'am, are you leaving?" Jona asked.
"Yes, after you leave," I said. I was dressing the two.
"Ohh, there's my handsome son," I said. I put a lot of snacks in their bags because they like them.
"Thank you, Mommy," the two said. I smiled at them.
" Zà ijià n, wÇmen xià nzà i jiù chÅ«fÄ (Bye, we're leaving now)," the two little girls said.
"Zà ijià n, mÄmÄ (Bye, Mom)" my two sons said. So I waved goodbye, and they left with the driver.
I got in the car. I always have to look my best because I'm an actor now. Sigh
"MÄihÇo de yÄ«tiÄn, nÇshì(Good day, Ma'am)," my co-worker said.
"MÄihÇo de yÄ«tiÄn, nÇshì(Good day, Ma'am)," others said as well.
We just shot, and we finished three episodes. Wahh, tiring! I still have time, so I asked the director for permission to leave.
"Director, I'll go ahead," I said.
"Oh, okay. Get some rest early, Nicole," he said. I nodded. I still have time to pick up my children, so I called Jona.
"Hello, Ma'am," she said.
"I'll pick up the kids, okay," I said.
"Okay, Ma'am," she replied.
When I arrived at their school, I was wearing a face mask and sunglasses. I saw my children.
"Mommy..." they shouted. My children still recognized me.
"Come on, baby, hurry," I said, so they got in. I sped up the car.
"Mommy, where are we going?" Tim asked.
"To the park, baby," I said.
"Yeyyyy, park!" they said happily. When we arrived, we got out, and they immediately ran to the slide. They know how to speak chinese anyways, so there's no problem.
I also bought ice cream, and after that, I went back. When I arrived, I gave them their ice cream, and they played again. Someone called me-it was the director.
"Nicole, you have an appointment with Mr. Chavez at 6:00," he said, so I just hung up. Sigh When I looked at the two, I panicked when I couldn't see Dave.
"Raven, where's your brother?" I asked.
" MÄmÄ, tÄ shuÅ tÄ yà o shà ng cèsuÇ.(Mommy, he said he'll use the restroom)," he said and slid again.
"Baby, come here," I said and carried him. Oh, come on, Dave, where are you?
"Marie and Jona, meet us at the park," I called on my phone. Dave was still missing. God, where are you?
"Ma'am, what happened?" Jona asked worriedly.
"Watch Raven," I said.
"Dave, ZÃ i nÇlÇ ma?(Where's Dave?)" Marie asked.
"TÄ shÄ«zÅngle. WÇ huì qù zhÇo tÄ. (He's missing. I'll look for him)" I said and left, but they followed.
"WÇmen gÄn nÇ yÄ«qÇ qù(We'll come with you)" they said, so I couldn't do anything. It was getting late. I checked the restroom, but he wasn't there. Sh*t, where are you, Dave?
I was already crying. I removed my sunglasses because it was getting dark.
"MÄmÄ, Dave zÄnme hái méi lái?(Mom, why isn't Dave here yet?)" Raven said to me.
" BÇobèi, bié dÄnxÄ«n, hÇo ba? (Baby, don't worry, okay?)" I said. I saw a child at a nearby store, and it was Dave. I ran to him and hugged him.
"NÇ wèishéme bù gà osù wÇ jiù lÃkÄi?
(Dave, why did you leave without telling me?)" I said, and I started crying.
"MÄmÄ, duìbùqÇ, mÄmÄ. WÇ zhÇshì xiÇng shà ng cèsuÇ, dà nshì wÇ mÃlùle (Mom, I'm sorry, Mommy. I just wanted to use the restroom, but I got lost)" he said and cried too. I also removed my mask; no one would probably notice me.
"MÄmÄ, xièxiè nà liÇng gè nÇhái, tÄmen bÄngzhùle wÇ.(Mommy, thanks to those two girls, they helped me)" he said, pointing to the two girls who were grinning. It's Zandro's twin younger sisters.
"MÄmÄ, Dave,nÇmen hái hÇo ma?( Mommy, Dave, are you okay?)" Raven appeared and hugged his brother.
"BÇ tÄmen dà i dà o chÄ shà ng Jona, Marie.(Jona, Marie, bring them to the car)" I said. They nodded.
"Xièxiè nÇmen, nÇháimen. (Thank you, girls)" Dave said before we left. I put my mask and sunglasses back on.
