I really love my best friend. And I'm pretty sure it's in a family kinda way. Pretty normal, right? What's not normal is that I'm possessive. Very possessive.Maybe it's because she mostly shows her child-like demeanor to me. Or because of her fragile-like appearance. Or because she has this really convincing puppy eyes (ok, that's not a point...moving on) but I just can't seem to leave her side for more than a minute. It's like some cliché werewolf novel you'd read out of Wattpad. You know - the one with the werewolf guy screaming "MINE!" whenever a dude comes near the main girl...yeah, that kind of possessive. There's this school jock, Zac (who's a jerk, may I add) who likes my friend and he just wouldn't take no for an answer. He followed my friend around, spammed love quotes on Facebook. This happened for several months and whenever I told him to *bleep* off, he'd just laugh and said that I was jealous. Heck yeah, I'm jealous. Jealous that my friend actually tolerates him! She likes the attention that he gave her. Ugh.Of course, who wouldn't. He's the school's Prince Charming (but just between us, Zac's Prince Disgusting)There was this one time when my best friend and I were hanging out at a mall and we spotted him and his friends at this cafe. He came up to our table and nonchalantly grabbed her unfinished drink and took a sip. From the same. Freaking. Straw. We got kicked out of the cafe because I punched his face.I hate Zac.It's a good thing that she finds my possessiveness cute. Even though I deny it.
