I am a twenty-something adult who still occasionally wets the bed. It has caused me to change my entire lifestyle (removing 99% of sugared beverages from my diet) in an effort to curb it. But despite all my efforts at trying to fix it, forcing myself to get up and urinate at night, limiting sugar, etc., it still happens.
