"What do you mean she doesn't remember anything?" I ask Katie
"She does remember some things but I overheard of one the cops saying that she might have uhh I forgot what it's called dissociative anxiety? Oh! No it was amnesia I looked it up, it's like where you experience something traumatizing and your brain like forgets some things" Katie tells me
We're parked on a side of the road a block away from all the cop cars, as much as I want to be there for Angelina and I WAS going to her but Katie wouldn't let me since 'it's risky' In her words
My argument was 'it doesn't fucking matter her kid is at the hospital she needs someone'
But Katie ending up winning 'you haven't graduated so by helping her you'll only end up putting her in fucking jail'
"She remembers you though, I heard her mention you which is not a good thing this time because she was talking to a cop I think his name was Keegan or something" she says
"What?! What did she say?" I ask
"I couldn't hear but I heard your name" she says
"We have to go to her!" I say while starting the car
"What no Anna! You'll get her in trouble" Katie shouts
"Anna stop the car" Katie tries to tell me
"No" I sigh "if they see us together it won't really matter as long as we're not affectionate wait I totally forgot the meaning of affectionate right after I typed it
Because her son just got fucking hit by a train" I say
"Anna please you cant fucking do this it's risking your college and her life, she's going to end up in PRISON" Katie says
