The hall was silent and all were shocked to witness the 3 men to be standing between the women's draped in saree and were dancing.Meera was the 1st one to broke the silence "Veer why are you here and that too in saree?" Meera nearly yelled at Veer.

Veer was looking down whole time silently begging through his eyes to Avyaan to save him.Avyaan came forward "Chachi it was all my plan Veer did it for me" Avyaan spoke gaining everyone's attention."Then why did you do this,Avyaan?" Meera asked Avyaan. "I want to see the function and I missed Shanvi that's why" Avyaan answered sincerely.

"Chhodo ye sab ab ye teeno aaye hai toh ab nachenge" Buadadi spoke that made Veer and Kabir shock."Noooo Buadadi" said Veer."What no!? Before that you were dancing and having fun why not now?"Buadadi says raising her eyebrow.

Veer hesitated before answering"Ahvi is here and I don't want her to see me in this attire" He lowered his gaze down.Ahvi chuckled before saying "I saw you Veer you look like my pookie" She pinched his cheeks making him blush."Now enough no one will make fun of Avyaan, Veer and Kabir...Let's dance everyone"Buadadi said.

"Can we go and change?" Asked Kabir.

"No" Trisha said gaining his attention "dance with me in Saree" she added kissing his cheek making hik blush."Okay okay now enough and let's dance" said Mahi.Everyone started dancing except Avyaan and Shanvi.

"You should also join them" Shanvi said to Avyaan who was admiring her.

"No I want to admire, my world" he answered making her breath hitched.

"You-" she blushed "Stop it!!stop making me blush" she spoke quietly hiding her face."Jaan I know you love it when I make you blush" Avyaan said standing up."Where are you going?" Shanvi asked.

"Going to change I will be back soon till then enjoy and take care,ok?" He gently leaned and pressed a kiss on her forehead cupping her face before going.Shanvi stared at hi back until he disappeared from her sight.

"Dada will love you baccha he is so happy to welcome you" Shanvi spoke while caressing her babybump.Her eyes widened when she felt the baby's kick.She chuckled "Haa baccha I know you are agreeing with me" she smiled and saw everyone still dancing.

-------------Timeskip-------------

It was almost 11 pm and the function overed.Everyone were in their respective room and our beloved couples Avyaan and Shanvi was cuddling.

"Jaan?" He called and she hummed in response.

"I have a surprise for you" He says Sligh pulling out of the hug.Her brows furrowed in confusion "What is it?" She asked

"It's a gift from me for your baby shower"

"Why?"

"What do you mean by why? I want to shower you with gifts and everything that will make you happy"

Shanvi chuckled and shook her head "OK dear husband now tell me what is it?"

He held her hand gently taking her with him to downstairs. He took her out and opened the car door gesturing her to sit inside."Sit" he said sensing her confusion "trust me it's worth it" he added and she sat in the passenger's seat.He went towards the driver seat and sat inside.He drove towards his destination.

He came out of his car and opened the door for her.He extended his hand towards her and let her hold it.When she held his hand he took her inside the store.Her eyes widened seeing her dead parents wax statue.She averted her gaze from the statue towards her husband who was already staring at her with a smile.

"Is it-" she doesn't know what to say or ask her words weren't coming out of her throat. "Liked it?" Avyaan asked.She stared at him with tears in her eyes and nodded her twice."Don't cry,baccha" he wiped her tears and joined her forehead with hers while caressing her cheek.

"You did this for me?" She asked in a low voice,he hummed engulfing her in a hug."I have always noticed you feeling sad while thinking about your parents so I don't know what to do then I thought I should gift you Maa Papa's wax statue. It's the least I can do is it good?"

"Yes, I love this" she answered and took slows steps towards her parents statue.

----------time skip---------

It's been 3 days since her baby shower and it was Shanvi's birthday. On Shanvi's request they didn't organize a grand party.Ashwin and Suman took Shanvi with them to a place they didn't tell her about.

"Papa where we are going?" Shanvi asked her FIL.

"Surprise, beta" Ashwin chuckled stopping the car infront of a house.Shanvi came out outside of the car and stood beside her MIL with wide eyes."Shanvi beta remember this house?" Ashwin asked keeping his hand on her head.Shanvi nodded remembering the house and tears roll down her eyes.

"It's-its my house the one I spent my childhood in it but" she paused while glancing down "But Raghav chachu sold it" she spoke quietly.

"I know beta" Suman hugged her from side planting a soft kiss on her forehead "Now it is yours from now on" Suman added making Shanvi surprised.Seeing her surprised expression Ashwin spoke with a chuckle "This is our gift for your birthday or you can say for your babyshower" Ashwin gestured himself and Suman.

"Thank you" Shanvi mumbled a low thank you.

-----------2 months later----------

It was midnight and Avyaan was sleeping peacefully but he started having nightmare. He jolted up from his sleep with sweats on his forehead and neck.He looks scared.His eyes landed to Shanvi's side but didn't find her sleeping.His eyes wandered and landed on Shanvi sitting on the couch while caressing her babybump.He stood up from the bed and rushed towards her and engulfed her in a tight embrace.

Shanvi was shocked from the sudden hug but hugged him back while caressing his back."What happened?" Shanvi asked, Avyaan didn't answer and hugged her for a few mins before pulling out from the hug.He sat beside her gripping her hands tightly. He heaved out a sigh before locking his gaze with her."I had a nightmare" he spoke.Shanvi didn't ask him further and let his relax for a bit,when he became relax she asked"what is it about?"

Avyaan blinked before answering "I saw I lost you and baby.You fell and hurted yourself...and the doctor said you both didn’t make out" he spoke quietly while being on the verge of tears.Shanvi hugged him sensing his fear."Shh it's ok everything is fine I'm here" she said and tries to comfort him.

"Shanvi" he calls her and she hummed.

"Never leave me" he stared at her with fear in his eyes and his grip on her hand tightened. "Never" she pressed a kiss on his forehead,he let out a sigh of relief.

"It was just a dream don't he scared of Avy" Shanvi spoke

"I know it's dream but it still hunts" Avyaan replied

"You know" he paused scooting closer towards her "I was 6 and because of my one single mistake I lost my sister" He lifted his gaze to found her frowned. "What do you mean?" Shanvi asked in confusion.

He take a deep breath before speaking "Maa was pregnant and I was 6 playing in the garden with a ball and she was sitting on the swing.My ball went inside the bushes Maa prohibited me to go inside the bush but I didn't listen her and thought to go inside seeing me not following her words Maa stood up and started coming closer she was worried for me that she didn't even see the pot kept aside.Her feet bumped with it and she fell down and screamed in pain.I ran towards her crying hysterically calling Papa." He paused tears were slowly falling from his eyes.

"We took her to the hospital and operation was done but the doctor came and announced she had a miscarriage and the babygirl died...Everyone were shocked and I blamed myself to be at fault.I still blame myself thinking it was all because of me that I lost my sister.Maa always said if she will have a girl then I will be her biggest supporter she planned alot of things for her but- but I ruined all her dreams" He cried.Shanvi listened to all his words and her eyes were filled with tears."But you know Shanvi"he paused and laid his head on her lap "Maa said it was never my fault it's her that she didn't see the pot she never blamed me for that.She always loved me without any blame but I know she still feels the void of her died baby."

"I love Mahi the most and care the most because I see my dead sister in her I always think what will be my bond with my sister if I didn't do that mistake but I did..I regret that" Avyaan blamed himself,Shanvi shushed him "it's not your fault Avy...It was never yours" Shanvi tries to explain "No shanvi-" he was cut off by Shanvi "Maa told you na it was never your fault don't blame yourself."

"Our baby won't love it that dada is crying so stop crying for our baby" Shanvi caressed his hair and he stopped crying after sometime.
