3rd Person's POV
Harry woke up after around 30 minutes, His first words the moment he woke up was "I saw my dad...".
"what?" Hermione said walking towards him. "he sent the dementors away... I saw him across the lake" Harry said to Y/n with a smile. Y/n signed and Hermione said "Listen Harry, They've captured Sirius.... Any minute now, the dementors are gonna perform the kiss".
Harry jolted up as soon as he heard this "They're gonna kill him!!!". Hermione replied "no, its worse.. much worse". "They're going to suck out his soul" Y/n said and just as she finished the door of the hospital wing opened loudly.
Dumbledore entered the room and Hermione approached him the same second. Harry stood up but stumbled a little so Y/n helped him walk. "Headmaster, You've got to stop them!!" Hermione said loudly "They've got the wrong man"
Dumbledore looked at Y/n and she said "Its true Sir, Sirius Black is innocent". Dumbledore understood, he knew that Y/n won't say something like this unless its true. "its Scabbers who did it" Ron said suddenly from behind them. He was lying on the bed with his right leg covered in plaster. "Scabbers?" Dumbledore asked raising his eyebrows.
Ron begun "He's my rat, sir......He's not really a rat. He was a rat. He was my brother Percy's rat. But then they gave him an owl--". Hermione interrupted before Ron could speak more "-the point is, we know the truth.. Please, believe us..."
"I do, Ms. Granger" Dumbledore said caringly patted Hermione's shoulder. "But I'm sorry to say the word of three 13-year-old and one 12-year-old wizards and witch would will convince few others"
"One 12-year-old?" Harry, Hermione and Ron asked the question in Unison. They didn't understand that fact. All of them were third years, it was impossible for a twelve year old to be with them. "Who's 12, sir?" Ron asked. "Did you not tell them?" Dumbledore asked. The 13-year-old kids followed his gaze and the person turned out to be Y/n.
Y/n stared at her friends' face one by one and nervously chuckled. "I didn't" She wanted to sound normal and confident but the voice that came out was small and shy. She looked down with pink tint on her cheeks.
Dumbledore knew he got Y/n in trouble so he decided to change the topic. He walked towards Ron while saying "A child's voice, however honest and true is--" he begun patting Ron's broken leg. They way he pat was probably hurting Ron, he whimpered silently. "--meaningless to those who have forgotten how to listen". At the end, Ron's painful whimper reached Dumbledore's ears. He realized what he was doing. He walked away from Ron.
Dumbledore stared at the girls. "Mysterious thing, time". Hermione and Y/n stared at eachother while Dumbledore continued "powerful...and when meddled with, dangerous." Dumbledore stood a meter away from the kids and stared at the huge wall clock in front of the Hospital Wing. "Sirius Black is in the topmost cell of the Dark tower."
Dumbledore turned behind and said "You know the laws, young ladies.... You must not be seen. And you would do well, I feel, to return before this last chimes" Dumbledore said approaching the girls, Harry and Ron were confused by the girls understood every word their headmaster was saying. "If not, the consequences are too ghastly to discuss... If you succeed tonight..... more than one innocent life may be spared." Dumbledore completed. he was about to leave but turned back again and said "Three turns should do it, I think" Dumbledore winked at the last and walked out.
He was closing the door behind but peaked inside and said "Oh, by the way! When in doubt, I find retracing my steps to be a wise place to begin..... Good luck"
As Dumbledore closed the door, Ron begun "What the bloody hell was that all about?". Hermione turned to him "Don't bother thinking". "You really are 12?" Harry asked Y/n. "Now is not the time, Harry." Y/n said pulling something out from inside of her chest. It was a locket with hourglass pattern. "Mine would be safer to use" Y/n said to Hermione who nodded at her in return.
Y/n extended the chain and threw it around Hermione's and Harry's necks. She begun turning the hourglass but Harry wanted to touch it. Hermione slapped Harry's hand hard and let Y/n do the work. Y/n turned the hourglass three times.. and the hourglass begun to turn on its own. Harry noticed that something was happening around them but couldn't understand what exactly it was.
Everything around them was moving backwards and very fast. The dark he saw out the window was not bright. Y/n pulled away the chain and pushed it inside her clothes. "What just happened?" Harry asked in pure confusion "Where's Ron?".
"7:30... Where were we at 7:30?" Hermione asked. "Going to Hagrid's Hut!!" Y/n replied not even giving the chance to Harry. "let's go then... and remember Harry... we can't be seen" Hermione said and All three of them ran out of the Hospital wing. Harry was confused as he could ever be but he still followed the girls.
They reached out the castle successfully without being seen. Harry kept asking them what was happening but the girls didn't reply to him and continued running. "Could you two please tell me what are we doing?" Harry asked but soon stopped when he heard it.
"YOU FOUL LOATHSOME EVIL LITTLE COCKROACH!!!"
"That's us" Harry said looking at his past self. "This is not normal!".
Y/n grabbed Harry and pinned him into the wall. Both her and Hermione pulled out their necklaces out. "This is a time-turner, Harry." Both girls said together. "McGonagall gave it to me first term.." Hermione said. "And Uncle Eric gave this to me.... Jake has one too" Y/n explained. "This is how we've been getting to our lessons all year" Hermione said
"You two mean we've gone back in time?" Harry asked with a hint of panic. "Yes!" the girls replied instantly. "Dumbledore obviously wanted us to return to this moment" Hermione said. "There is something happened that he wants us to change" Y/n said looking at their past selves and saw past-Hermione punch past-Malfoy.
"That was a great punch, Hermione" Y/n complimented. "Thanks" Hermione beamed behind her. "Malfoy's coming!" Hermione gasped and pushed Harry out of the window close by and jumped down with Y/n.
They saw their past selves run towards Hagrid's hut. The three of them sneaked behind cautiously and saw something great "Look! Buckbeak's still alive" Harry said happily. "Obviously... remember what Dumbledore said?" Y/n asked with a small smile. "If we succeed, more than one innocent life could be spared!" Hermione said and Y/n nodded approvingly. "let's go" They said walking hurrying Hagrid's hut.
The three of them hid behind the pumpkins. They saw their past selves inside Hagrid's hut. They turned to see that past-Dumbledore, Eric, Minister and the person with axe were walking this way. "here they come.. I better hurry" Harry said standing up but Y/n pulled him down again. "Fudge has to see Buckbeak before we steal him" Y/n told him. "Otherwise, he'll think Hagrid set him free" Hermione completed.
They saw the past-Ron getting his rat back. "That's Pettigrew" Harry muttered. Hermione and Y/n both held him not letting him move. "Harry, you can't" Hermione stopped him. "He betrayed my parents, you don't just expect me to sit here!" Harry said getting away from Hermione's grip.
"yes!! and you must!!" Y/n yelled in whispered tone. Her grip was way more stronger than Hermione. Harry couldn't even get away. She dragged him away from the view so the people coming won't be able to see them. "Harry, you're in Hagrid's hut now.. If you just go bursting in, you'll think you've gone mad!" Hermione explained "Awful things happen to wizards who meddle with time..... we can't be seen."
They heard past-Dumbledore telling something to Fudge. "Fudge is coming....and we aren't leaving?" Hermione said looking inside the hut. "why aren't we leaving??". Hermione looked at her hand and found something familiar. It was the stone. she took it and threw it inside breaking the pot. "Are you mad?" Harry asked in disbelief. Not giving up the chance, Y/n also took one of the stone and threw it, knocking past-Harry right on back of his head.
Harry touched the of his head in pain "Ow....that hurt!" Harry groaned but Y/n just giggled lightly. By the corner of her of her eye, Y/n saw someone staring at her. She looked at the place and saw Eric staring at her. Hermione and Harry gasped in terror. Y/n put her index finger on her lips and shook her head at Eric. He nodded at her direction secretly and motioned them to go.
Y/n relaxed and saw that Eric's confusion when he saw her at Hagrid's hut was because he had already seen her just a moment ago. He knew something was off but he let her do the work. The three of them ran and hid behind the trees a little far away. Harry and Y/n were on one side while Hermione alone was on the other side. "your uncle saw us... what now?" Harry asked in whisper. "nothing..... I just owe him an explanation" Y/n whispered and Harry was about to say something but Y/n put her hand on his mouth, covering his lips, not giving him chance to. Their past selves had just hide behind the pumpkins.
"Is that really what my hair looks like from the back?" Hermione whispered looking at her past self. But past-Hermione turned back instantly, she heard her future self. The three of them from the future hid behind the trees again.
"I think I just saw..... nevermind" They heard past-Hermione. They heard their past selves run away from here. they came out from the bush and saw inside the hut by hiding behind the pumpkin again. They were talking behind. Eric was standing near the window, blocking the view for the people inside. He must've guessed what the kids were doing. "okay, go!" Hermione said. "Go first, Harry.. I'll follow if he doesn't listen" Y/n said and Harry nodded.
Harry made his way near Buckbeak but some crows blocked his way. he kicked few of them lightly and bowed in front of Buckbeak. Behind him, Y/n also bowed. Buckbeak saw the both of them and bowed back.
Harry stepped forward further and opened the lock of the chain which held Buckbeak. a crow managed to poke him with their beak. Harry got a strong grip on the chain and was about to pull when the door of Hagrid's hut opened. The three of them stopped the moment and stayed still. But soon the door closed again. The three of them let out a deep breath of relax. Harry begun whispering to Buckbeak to make him follow him.
But Buckbeak was upset. He didn't move an inch. Harry pulled the chain as strong as he could but it wouldn't budge Buckbeak. Harry looked at the girls. Hermione told Harry to try harder but she didn't help him. Just then, Y/n walked little forward and grabbed the chain tightly. The strength she used was strong enough to help Harry to drag Buckbeak in the front for a half meter.
Buckbeak squeaked a little at them and went back to he's place he was on before. Harry once again tried to lure Buckbeak but talking to him but from behind him, Y/n looked at Hermione who was bringing something for Buckbeak. "Come on....come on Buckbeak" Hermione said showing a dead ferret. It was enough to get Buckbeak to straighten up. "Come and get the nice dead ferret!" Hermione told Buckbeak.
Buckbeak suddenly stood to get the meal making Harry fell on top of Y/n. "Get up Harry, you're heavy!!" Y/n whispered to him. She heard Hermione throw the ferret to Buckbeak. "Come on here!!" Hermione called again walking backwards. For the ferret, Buckbeak followed with Harry and Y/n holding his chain.
Suddenly the hut's door opened and someone came out. It was Dumbledore. As soon as he walked out, he made the Minister watch something. Y/n, Harry and Hermione froze in their place. Buckbeak managed take another ferret from Hermione's grip. Since no one was turning back, The three kids managed to drag Buckbeak into the forest. Buckbeak was following them because Y/n was there with them.
The went inside the forest until no one could see them, but they could still hear the people at Hagrid's place. Harry and Y/n were behind one of the tree while Hermione and Buckbeak were on the other tree next to them. Buckbeak tried to take the ferrets from Hermione but Hermione stopped him.
They heard the Minister getting confused to see Buckbeak gone when he saw him just a moment ago. He told Dumbledore that they'll search the grounds but Dumbledore said him to find Buckbeak in the sky as much as he wants. "Meanwhile, I'd like a nice cup of tea or a large brandy" Dumbledore said looking at Hagrid who was both happy and anxious. Eric chuckled and said "I'd like that too Hagrid... oh and executioner.... your services are no longer required... Thank you"
Eric and Dumbledore went inside Hagrid's hut with Hagrid while the minister and the man with axe stayed behind. Y/n, Hermione and Harry ran inside the forest and closer to the Whomping Willow. Y/n and Harry tied Buckbeak on the stone and ran to check the whomping willow with Hermione. "Now, what do we do?" Harry asked running. "we save Sirius" Hermione replied to him while running as well. "How?" Harry asked again. "we'll see" Y/n replied as they a place where they could see the Whomping Willow.
They saw Lupin get inside the tree and soon after Snape followed him. "And now we wait" Harry said. "I'll go bring Buckbeak here" Y/n said and walked away without a reply. Harry felt a little bad that she left because he wanted to tell what he saw earlier but he that it won't be safe for Buckbeak if someone spots him. But he did tell Hermione that he thinks he saw his father. and how he made the dementors to go away from him and Sirius. But then they heard her friend.
"uh.. guys.... could you come here for a moment?" They heard Y/n. They followed her voice and saw her sitting near a tree with her back facing them. Buckbeak was sitting standing on her right side. "Y/n.. what's wrong?" Harry asked worry. "You two have to see this!" Y/n said with small excitement. Hermione and Harry looked at each other before walking towards Y/n.
Both of them were surprised to see what Y/n was telling them to see. It was a creature. A very small creature. It could fit in both of the palms very easily. But,the creature.. it looked pretty.
"Y/n..... what is that?" Hermione asked nervously. It was a first time she had ever seen something like this. Y/n replied "I don't know but... he's adorable... and you know what's the best part??". "What?" Harry asked. "He can talk!!!! like us!!!" Y/n said with the creature in her palms. It looked very happy being in her hand.
"What? he can talk?" Hermione asked while being surprised. "yes!!! I was here with Buckbeak when I found him here... He was tangled in the roots of this tree.. His face and body was hidden so I just thought that he was a flower so I when I came here to take it, He told me not to do that because it will hurt him... I was surprised like you two but I still helped with get away from the roots... and I wanted you two to see him so I called you before he runs away but he says that he doesn't want to go anywhere... I honestly thrilled!!!!!!!" Y/n said
'You look like you're excited rather than thrilled' Hermione and Harry thought. "Can I hear him then?" Hermione asked with interest. "Sure!!" Y/n smiled at her and turned to the creature. "can you say something again?".
The creature made a sound for few seconds. It was a soft voice. But Both Harry and Hermione couldn't anything but Y/n turned to them with a smile "see? He talks like us!". Harry and Hermione were shocked.
"We can't... We didn't understand what he said...." Hermione said. "What?" Y/n asked. "Yeah.. He made a sound but we didn't understand what he said.. It was like a normal animal voice" Harry told her. " 'Normal Animal Voice'??? What are you two talking about?? He clearly said that he's happy to see us..." Y/n told them. "What??? you heard him??" Harry again. "Yes!" Y/n replied. "How?" Harry asked again. "I don't know!!!" Y/n replied again
Hermione sat next to her and softly said "I think this might mean that maybe.... only you can understand him". Y/n just stared at Hermione as she continued "I'm speaking honestly Y/n.... all I could hear from him was purring sounds". Y/n looked at the creature sitting in her hands.. he seemed to understand Hermione and was staring at Y/n dearly for some reason.
"why can I understand you then?" Y/n whispered. The creature was about to reply to her but Harry interrupted him. "You should probably let him go now... I think its time everyone comes out from there" Harry said checking his watch. "yeah... you're right" Y/n muttered and lower her hands closer to the ground so that the creature can go. But He never did.
The creature continued to sit on Y/n hands while staring at her with his bug eyes. "Why aren't you going?" Y/n asked him. The creature made a purring noise. he stopped for a moment and then purred again like he was completing his sentence with a pause. Y/n gasped listening to him. "W-what did he say?" Hermione asked Y/n
"He said that he doesn't want to live me... ever again" Y/n said and then they sounds of walking. Their past selves were out now. Hermione and Harry ran and while stood in her place with the creature in her hands. "Okay..for now... I'm going to put you into the pocket of this t-shirt. it has lot of space so you can rest there... just stay there and don't come out until I pull you out, okay?" Y/n said and the creature nodded at her. She put him into the pocket of her t-shirt and ran towards Harry and Hermione.
By the time she came, Harry was telling Hermione about how Sirius invited him to live with him. But then like before. Everything went upside down like before. Past-Lupin turned into a werewolf and now Sirius begun fighting him in his animagus form. "Let's go!" Y/n said and three of them begun running. "Stay there Buckbeak!!! Don't come until you sense danger" Y/n said to Buckbeak while running, Buckbeak wanted to follow them right away.
They followed past-Lupin, Sirius and Harry and saw that past-Harry threw a stone at past-werewolf form-Lupin. Past-werewolf form-Lupin started walking towards past-Harry but then Hermione suddenly began to howl. "What are you doing?" Harry asked with horror. "Saving your life" Hermione stated and howled again. But Past-werewolf form-Lupin was now coming them. "yeah, He's coming for us now, How will you save us?" Y/n asked pulling Hermione and Harry. "yeah, I didn't think about that!" Hermione said and the three of them ran for their lives.
Y/n was very surprised on how she could still run after everything happened yet. She could hear past-werewolf form-Lupin coming after them. For the first time, she was scared of him. While running, Harry tripped on the roots, Y/n instantly grabbed his hand and helped get up and they continued running but they didn't free their hands.
Hermione grabbed Y/n's other hand and dragged her behind a big tree. Since Harry and Y/n were holding hands, Harry was pulled as well. They tied their best to not make sounds while past-werewolf-Lupin was around. They kept walking around the tree so that the past-werewolf-Lupin doesn't see them. But their heart came out of their chest when they noticed that past-werewolf-Lupin was actually behind them.
They heard his growl. Harry stood in front of the girls without a second thought and turned his back ready for whatever was coming. But then Buckbeak suddenly landed in front of them and hit past-werewolf-Lupin in the head. past-werewolf-Lupin growled at Buckbeak angrily but Buckbeak squecked even louder while flickering his huge wings. It was enough to scare past-werewolf-Lupin, he ran away.
Hermione gasped in replief after he left. Y/n instantly went towards Buckbeak and began petting him telling him that he did good. But then everything around them turned cold. Harry and Y/n looked at eachother, they understood in a instance what it was and looked up in the sky and saw a bunch of dementors flying towards somewhere.
"Sirius" Harry said and it was enough for three of them to understand. They once again ran towards the part of the lake. by the time they reached, the dementors were already sucking souls of past-Harry and past-Sirius. "This is horrible" Hermione gasped. "It feels way more horrible" Y/n spoke with experience. "Don't worry. My dad will come. He'll conjure the Patronus" Harry said. Y/n stared at him and then stared at his past-self. Remembering which state he was in when she carried him to the hospital wing. "Any minute now" Harry said with anticipation "Right there!! you'll see" he pointed
Y/n didn't want to waste any minute now and said "Harry listen... No one is going come...we-". "No.. he will come" Harry argued. "Harry, you're dying... both of you" Hermione said looking at past-Harry and past-Sirius. Without a second, Y/n walked in front and grabbed Harry's hand with hers' making him look at her "Harry... It us.... We have to conjure it"
Holding hands, they walked towards where Harry pointed earlier. For a second the closed to their eyes to find the happiest memory. It was always the hardest part. Living the memory felt like hours but it was actually just few seconds. Y/n mind was blank for a moment until a face popped up.
Jake's smiling face said "You are part of the family now".
And just like that, many and many memories stormed in her mind.
Eric's soft words with a smile appeared, "You just proved to me that you are way more stronger than I thought you were.. and there are no words which could describe on how I'm proud of you"
11 year-old Harry smiled at her, "You're the greatest friend I'll ever have"
11 year old Ron said happily, "Y/n.. You a great friend..like a sister.. you don't even know how much you mean to me!"
11 year old Hermione sobbed, "You don't know how lucky I feel to have you as my friend!!"
Wendy said smiling dearly, "You know Y/n... you're the best thing that could ever happen in my life"
A woman and man's voice which Y/n had heard earlier, "I wish I hugged Y/n a little longer before coming here"
"I agree..... I wish we did"
Another woman's voice came, "you are stronger than these ruthless creatures!!! Prove it to everyone that my choice isn't in vain"
As soon as she heard the last part, she opened her eyes. Her pupils showed a violet current. She pointed her wand and yelled along Harry "EXPECTO PATRONUM!!!!!!!"
A Bright Violet light glowed from the end of Y/n's wand. But It wasn't some shield-like shape. This time, it took a form. The string coming from Y/n's wand's end connected to the Bright Violet coloured Patronus. As Lupin had guessed. It was a bird.
It was very huge eagle-like creature. But for some reason... Y/n could hear thunder. But there no signs of rain, how could she hear thunder. Her Patronus fought with the Dementors, shoving them here and there alongside Harry's Patronus, A Stay who was doing the same.
Soon, All the dementors ran away. Y/n and Harry begun gasping for air, feeling a little light in the head. Hermione stood where she was, smiling proudly at her friends. Harry and Y/n were still holding hands, they didn't even think of letting go. But then they heard footsteps.
Y/n pulled away her hand from Harry's grip and dragged him back by holding his jacket. They hid behind the bush with Hermione and Buckbeak who had just arrived earlier. They saw that It was past-Snape and past-Y/n.
past-Y/n was checking up on Harry. "You came for me?" Harry asked feeling happy inside. Y/n looked at him "Of course, I did". Hermione smiled looking at both of them. The three of them turned back to watch people from past. Just as they looked, Harry and Hermione were shocked to their core. They looked at Y/n standing on between them. "You carried me on your back?" Harry asked with a shock but also with a blush.
"Y/n, I always knew you were strong but... not this strong" Hermione told her. "Just how long did you carry me?" Harry asked with pink cheeks. "Until you were on the stretcher" Y/n replied. "And where did you find the stretcher?" Harry asked again. With a pause Y/n replied "Outside the Hospital wing"
"You carried me all the way to the Hospital wing??? Did you not feel tired?" Harry asked. "not really" Y/n shrugged and then said " I think we should go, it will time to reach the dark tower".
Hermione and Harry agreed with her. They were now on Buckbeak's back, flying towards the dark tower. Harry somehow just realized that whom he saw was not his father but himself and was very happy about it. "You two were right!!! It wasn't my dad earlier. It was Me and Y/n!! I saw us conjuring the Patronus before!!! Y/n was already close to conjuring one but I wasn't but I knew I could do it this time because.... well, I had already done it... Does that make sense?"
"Yes" Y/n chuckled
"No!" Hermione said hugging Y/n tightly from behind "But I don't like Flying--!!!!"
The girl screamed when Buckbeak flew downwards in hurry. When they reached the Dark Tower they jumped off as soon as Buckbeak landed. Hermione quickly ran and used the right spell "BOMBARDA!!"
The flick of the light from the end of her wand exploded the whole metal gate which had Sirius kept locked behind it. Buckbeak again started flying with people sitting on him. This Y/n sat in front behind her was Hermione then Sirius and Harry. Sirius and Harry were enjoying the ride but Hermione was still not a fan of flying. They landed on the small rock courtyard which connected to the Dark forest.
"Buckbeak you must be thirsty, come on lets go to the fountain over there, drink some water" Hermione said to Buckbeak who agreed with her. "I think I need to wash my glasses" Harry said and when everyone say him they noticed his glasses were covered with dust.
Hermione and Harry walked towards the fountain leaving Sirius and Y/n alone. "Can I... ask you something?" Y/n asked shyly. "Sure" Sirius smiled. "I tried to.... defend you in the Shrieking Shack... Why did you... try to hold me hostage?"
Sirius let out an embarrassed chuckled and said "I'm saying this with full honesty. I was happy that you were defending me and also impressed that you figured everything out but I tried to hold you hostage because.." Sirius stopped and glanced at Harry and continued while turning to Y/n. "Harry wouldn't understand.. He was upset and he didn't think there would be any reason for him to listen to me... so... from what I saw whenever I watched you two together.... I thought he might listen to me.. if you...were....you know... held hostage"
"What you do mean by that?" Y/n chuckled "For all I know Harry would've gotten even angrier to you". "Yeah. I didn't think about that that time" Sirius Chuckled as well. "but its true... I saw him, Harry always listens to you and You and Harry you know... look like you're really bonded to eachother" Sirius said. "well....we are best friends..." Y/n shrugged. Sirius stared at her for few seconds not believing the girl. He was confused if the young girl was joking or not, but the girl was damn serious.
After few more seconds Y/n begun to say "But.. I think... everything would've been the same even if I wasn't here.... So, I don't what to say about this happening because we're friends". Sirius smiled at the girl warmly "You won't notice yet..... but Your presence matters much more than you can imagine... for all I know...you would be the miracle for everyone in this world."
Y/n smiled at him and then Hermione and Harry joined them. Sirius stepped a way a little and said "I'll be forever grateful for this.... to all three of you". "I want to go with you" Harry said looking a little sad. "One day perhaps..." Sirius smiled at him "For some time my life will be too unpredictable.. And besides.." Sirius put his hand on Harry's shoulder and looked at Y/n while saying "You're meant to be here"
"But you're innocent!" Harry argued. "and you know it" Sirius calmed Harry down. Hermione and Y/n walked away from both of them knowing they shouldn't interrupt. They walked towards Buckbeak and helped him wipe out the dust from his feathers. After few moments, Sirius came up to them with Harry following him from behind.
Y/n kissed Buckbeak on his beak one last time while Sirius sat up on him. "You really are the brightest witch of your age" Sirius said to Hermione. "No doubts there" Y/n smiled at her friend while Hermione beamed. Both girls stepped back from Buckbeak so he could fly away.
They watched him stretch out his wings and then fly away. It happened. The Prisoner of the Azkaban was free. Harry and Y/n were dazed watching Sirius and Buckbeak fly but Hermione shook them "We have to go!"
They followed Hermione. Y/n's locket was glowing red telling her that its time to be at the right place. The three of them ran as fast as they could. They shouldn't even miss a single second before past-Hermione, Harry and Y/n goes back into time. The clock chimed about 1-2 times, Y/n wasn't sure. she was trying her best not to trip over the ground.
They luckily made it in front of the Hospital Wing and saw that Dumbledore was closing the gate of the wing. Three of them gasped for air in front of him. "Well?" Dumbledore asked. "They're free... we did it!" Harry beamed. "Did what?' Dumbledore asked pretending he didn't knew anything. "Good night" He smiled at the kids.
Harry looked at the girls with questionable face. The both of them just shrugged at him and opened the hospital wing gate to see their past selves go back into the time. They walked inside with relief. "how did you get there!!!???" Ron asked with confusion dripping from his words "I was talking to you there!! And now you're there!!"
"What is he talking about Harry?" Hermione asked with Sarcasm. "I don't know.... honestly Ron, how can someone be in two places at the same time?" Harry replied quoting the girls making them chuckle. Y/n walked towards the bed next to him and plopped on it with calming her breath. Her body hurt like hell.
Hermione and Harry too sat down. None of the three spoke anything for minutes, Ron didn't say anything either.After few more minutes Hermione begun to speak "so...... you really are twelve?". "I was hoping that you would forget about that" Y/n said sitting up.
"How could we?? Our best friend is a year younger than us and we didn't even knew it!" Ron said to her. "Why did you tell us?" Harry asked. "I felt like.... it would make you think less of me" Y/n shrugged not even bothering to think of a better lie. But the lie seemed to work
"Why would we ever do that?" Harry said to her making Y/n smile. "How.. did you get into Hogwarts then?" Hermione asked. "that, I don't know.... Even I thought I would get the letter when I turned 11 but I received the acceptance letter at the age of 10... maybe its Dumbledore's doing" Y/n explained and her friends understood. "Don't... tell anyone though" Y/n said looking down.
"Don't worry....we won't" Hermione smiled at her warmly. "Um Y/n...." Ron begun "I want to ask you something". "What?" Y/n asked. "Why is your pocket so.... fluffed up?" Ron asked and that's when Y/n remembered "OH!!! I FORGOT ABOUT HIM!!!" Y/n yelled and pushed her hand inside the pocket.
She gently pulled the small creature from her pocket who was sleeping very deeply in her hand. "W-what is that??" Ron asked staring at the unknown creature. "I don't know.... I found him in the forest" Y/n shrugged. "Forest?" Ron asked confusedly "You explain" Y/n and Harry said together looking at Hermione, who signed in defeat.
When Hermione finished explaining, Ron seemed to have doubts but he couldn't ask because Eric had entered the room before he could ask. Eric stood in front of the kids, crossing his hands he asked "Don't you think I deserve an explanation???"
"Uh...well" Y/n said and the later continued to tell everything to him. When Y/n once again explained everything Ron's doubts seemed to be cleared. "The process was tough.... you're lucky that it was me who saw you three....otherwise, you would be in huge trouble right now" Eric said. "No one would pay attention that much... it was your Auror Instincts" Y/n said sheepishly. "and when are you going to tell me why do you gave that huge flower in your lap?" Eric asked while sitting beside Y/n on the bed.
"He's not a flower.... he's a creature I found in the Dark Forests.... I don't know what he is but for some reason I can understand him very well.... and others can't... and he says that he wants to leave with me for the rest of his life" Y/n said with a shrug while Eric looked at her with a unexplainable stare.
"That's the first time I've ever heard something like this.... well.. if he says so... and if you want to take of him.. you can because... I can't ever argue with you when you make that 'pouty' face..." Eric said and Y/n's friend exclaimed together "SHE DOES THAT WITH YOU TOO???". "Of course!!! And for some reason its hard to give in... you can understand me?" Eric said looking at the kids. "We do... we really do" Ron agreed instantly.
The next day, Jake visited Y/n. He didn't scold her like everytime but was a bit upset that Y/n had to go through all of what happened. The four of them were allowed to leave the hospital wing after lunch. They visited Hagrid who was so happy that he hugged the kids very tight that they had to gasp for air. He told them about how Hippogriff escaped. The kids didn't tell him anything and listened to his happiness.
Y/n had brought the creature to Hagrid to know what he was. Hagrid told her that the creature was very rare and most of them got extinct. The creatures were called 'Pius' and they were the creatures who actually were born for an master or owner. And Only the destined owner/master would be able to understand them. Pius's were extremely faithful and would never leave their owner/master. And the summary was basically that the creature that was sitting calmly in Y/n's palms was destined to be her pet.
Y/n was happy. She wanted one more pet and she got one. She decided to name the creature 'Ren' that means Lotus in Japaneses, because the the flower petals which he uses to fly looked so much like lotus. The next was also the day of visiting Hogsmeade village. And after exams everyone wanted to go. Y/n, Hermione and Ron didn't feel like going so they stayed back with surprisingly alot of students. They wandered around and soon separated ways. Hermione and Ron went to the Common Room, Harry went to Professor Lupin's office he was going to leave. Y/n didn't follow him because she knew that Harry needed to have a personal time and Bond with Remus Lupin.
Y/n was walking sitting on the one of the corridor ground with Ginny. Both of them were good friends and they enjoyed talking with each other. Their conversation didn't last for long. Julyn suddenly appeared behind Y/n and hugged the younger girl. Ginny was so surprised that she flinched. She had seen Julyn many times but this was the first time to the Ravenclaw girl this close.
"Julyn, I told you million times already to not sneak behind like this!!" Y/n said as the older girl laughed. "Aren't you a Chaser? you should be on guard!" Julyn laughed sitting beside Y/n and then she greeted Ginny. "Oh Hello... you're the youngest Weasley right?"
"Yes" Ginny replied "If my brothers told you anything about me, please don't believe them... they're lying". "Who says I those twins... they're fun mates but I only listen and believe Jake among them... and they know it." Julyn replied and noticed that Ginny kept looking at her hair. "Why do you keep looking at my hair?"
Ginny went pink "Oh!!! its because... it a very unusual colour... I have never seen someone with pastel blue hair... I was just thinking if it was possible.". Julyn nodded her head understanding the girl. "Its is unusual but We were blessed by the mistake I guess?"
"What mistake?" Ginny asked her. "Its an old story... My family works with Potions and one day my mom was making a potion where she accidently consumed few drops of the potion and it modified some of her genes or something. And of that side effect all of her kids got Pastel Blue hair and golden eyes.. I know the hair looks a little fake but its trust me, its all natural" Julyn explained and Ginny nodded at her head in an understanding way
"really? that's the reason you're hair colour is different?" Y/n asked in disbelief "What did you think was the reason?" Julyn asked. "I thought you dyed your hair!" Y/n shrugged. "WHAT?? Why?? My brother has the same hair colour!!" Julyn exclaimed feeling little offended. "I thought both of you coloured your hair."
Julyn just stared at Y/n, who didn't seem to feel guilty for assuming. Soon after, Ginny went towards her own friends from her same year leaving Y/n and Julyn alone. None of them expected the person who had approached them "Jul... I want to say something"
The girls looked up to find Christopher standing in front of them. Y/n was about to leave but Julyn looked a bit uneasy so she stayed for her. Julyn was surprised because this was the first time Christopher approached her on his own after she came out and He even called her by the nickname they use among siblings. "W-what do you need, Chris?" Julyn shuttered a bit.
Her nervousness made Christopher squint his face with guilt, he sat on his knees bending in front of his elder sister "I'm extremely sorry for what I said when you told us that you like girls" He begun "I-I was surprised, no doubts but I was worried for you and ended up hurting you from the same thing that I wanted to protect you from.... I'm really sorry... I tried to approach you but I couldn't bring myself to do it... to be honest, I didn't ever knew that my words hurted you... until someone pointed it out for me... I realized what kind of jerk I was up till now... I want to clarify that I have no problems to whoever you like... its totally your choice and whatever you choose I'll support you no matter what"
Julyn looked at her younger brother and it was clear that she trying to hold back tears. Christopher smiled warmly at his sister making Julyn's happy tears drop on her cheeks, she chuckled while wiping her tears. Y/n knew that she needs to give this sibling space so she patted Julyn's shoulder and smiled at Christopher, he smiled back at her.
Y/n left them alone and went to Gryffindor Common Room. Julyn and Christopher sat together catching up to the things they missed for 2 years. "I was genuinely surprised when you begun to hang around Y/n Kim... I mean, how did you even ended up like that?" Chris asked. " Oh nothing.... I wanted to be friends with her for a long time, she seemed very fun person to me and I wanted to approach her but I couldn't find a right time for that" Julyn told him and Christopher stared at his sister suspiciously. "Do you....? he asked
"Oh GOD No!!!!! Her brother would kill me!!!! he was the main reason I couldn't approach her.... He knew about me and literally banished me to stay away from his sister.... I only did became friends with her when Jake was sure that I didn't like his sister that way....but yeah.. she's cool" Julyn said and Chris laughed. "The 'someone' is her right?" Julyn suddenly asked.
"W-what?" Chris said wiping his tear he got from laughing. "The 'someone' that made you realized what you did... It was Y/n right?" Julyn asked sheepishly. Chris unintentionally blushed making Julyn chuckle.
Y/n walked on the corridor alone, Smiling slightly. Yes, she felt bad that she couldn't do much but everything did turn out good for now. If this keeps up.. she might be successful in her mission.
