It was early so the lane was empty.

"Unuh hear from Bayka from morning?" I asked buzzy & baba.

"No enuh" baba said as the buzzy shook his head.

"Jalen seh him ah hold a fresh and forward" syd informed us coming out the house to join us outside sitting.

"Badman why yuh just leff di trunk open suh" baba said to buzzy.

"Nuttin nuh wrong fi we ends dis man" buzzy spoke unbothered.

We was talking for a while until we saw a black bimma pull up and a white Benz behind.

I saw Armani came out the back bimma and possible out the white.

"Weh unuh seh man dem a roll out wid di big beast dem" I spoke as they got out.

"So yuh know how dat guh" Armani added as they both hailed us all up.

"Dem man yah nuh tek nothing serious".  I said to myself going through my call log as i waited at the stop light.

I then began calling bayka but it was going straight to voicemail like badz said.

"Every-Bumbo-pussy-rassclart-time-nothing-can-go-to-rass-plan" i spoke each word at every step I took closer to his front door.

"Badman open up di door" I shouted knocking on the door.

I continue knocking the door non stop like a madman until I got an answer.

Soon a brown skin girl came to open the door.

"Yes ?" The girl said standing at the door blocking the way.

"Miss gurl try move out ah mi way enuh" I spoke frustrated.

She moved out the way fast as if she was scared by the look on my face.

I stormed through the house heading to the stairs but when I passed the kitchen I smelled food.

I ignored it as went straight up the stairs going to Bayka's room.

He was there just...sleeping.

"Yo" I spoke at his door with my hand on the handle.

"BREDDA ?" I shouted to him.

"Dem yah ting mi can't bother wid enuh" i said to myself.

I went over to his side of the bed standing over him.

It was clear he slept alone as the other side of the bed was still neatly spread.

I looked on the dresser seeing pills called 'Zolpidem'

"Yoo get up nuh man" I shouted in his ear shaking him.

He jumped up looking at me funny and his eyes was abit red too.

"Yuh good?" I asked standing back.

"Weh do fuck yah do yah, how yuh even reach in ?" He said looking around confused.

"Catty downstairs" I told him.

"Catty ? Weh yah talk bout" he said sitting up on his bed with his feet on the floor.

"How yuh fi ah sleep and you know we have tings fi do" I told him as he put on a t-shirt from his draw going to brush his teeth in the bathroom.

"Know seh mi ago tell Tyra doh" I said folding my arms looking at him disappointed.

"Bredda mi deeven do nuttin, mi set mi alarm and everything" he said from the bathroom.

"Wait- weh mi phone" he said coming out the bathroom.

I followed him downstairs as headed straight for the kitchen.

"No ah serious question, nuh your pill deh pon di dresser upstairs" I spoke genuinely.

"You hungry baby" she said as me and Naldo both jerked our heads back at the word "baby" as she walked to him with a plate.

"Day nuh just light weh yah go wid coleslaw fry chicken rice & peas and dem ting yah"

He spoke point at the snapper fish dem.

"One mind ah tell mi a drug she drug yuh enuh darg" I said looking at the girl sceptical.

"Ronaldo nuh listen to him, yuh really belive mu woulda do dat" she said to Bayka.

"Unuh deh pon first name basis" I said raising my eyebrow as Bayka just gave me a look and I turned my head away.

"Mi nuh put it past yuh enuh come out ah mi house now Now NOW!" Bayka told her as he boxed the plate out her hand.

"Ay! weh yah go wid mi phone inna yuh back pocket ?" He asked the girl that was about to run out the kitchen but paused.

"Give mi dat Bumbo" Bayka told her as he held out his hand and she gave it to him running out.

"9am already" he said looking down at his phone.

"Yuh nuh have password and dem ting deh" I said asked as I watched him.

"Wid Tyra ? Dem ting can't run enuh" he told me.

"Deeven know why mi ask" I spoke laughing shaking my head.

"Go fi di pill dem yuh see upstairs while mi bag up dem food yah fi dash weh so we can cut yah man" he said grabbing a black bag kissing his teeth.

"Alright" I said going to get them.

We was in the car, it was only couple minutes past 9 so we was still good on timing.

I searched up the pill name on my phone.

"Weh it seh" he spoke curious looking at me.

"It's a deep sleeping pill she gi yuh darg its fi people wid insomnia and dem ting deh" I said reading the article about them.

"Can't believe dis enuh darg, real mad gyal out yah enuh" he said sitting back in his seat.

"And she have di nerve fi call mi baby?! doh laugh man" he spoke disgusted Turing right as laughed.

"It crawl mi skin essi" he added.

"It says one of the side affects are amnesia for people with adhd starting from 1 hour before use" i told him looking down at my phone reading the cautions at the bottom of the article.

"Yuh ave dat doh" i looked up asking him.

"Yeah but ah long time ting dat dem ting nuh affect nuh more from school days" he told me.

"But yuh still have it sedway so dat must be the reason why you nuh remember how she even reach there" I said to him.

🧠: if she really never now him have it then the gyal probably never did a lie den.

"Cause all she haffi do is offer you something to drink with the pill in it and then yuh probably go lay down and drop asleep and nuh know how yuh even reach inna yuh bed" I explained to him.

"Gyal wicked enuh" I said shaking my head in disbelief.

"Any one ah we that coulda happen to and we deeven know yute" I said medzing the whole situation.

"Dem love ban drugs doh ah dis dem fi rassclart ban" he said picking up the pills dashing them out the window.

Me: Literally a drive down pon di lane now

Bayka parked up on the sidewalk as we both got out.

"Watch dem, dem man yah nuh know nutting bout timing enuh" buzzy said as we walked towards them.

"If unuh Eva know weh we just buck up inna" I said.

"Mandem out yah from 8 enuh" badz spoke.

"Ahh just done now nuh man" Bayka said waving them off.

"Unuh stink ah alcohol bredda" I spoke walking past them inside the house

"Come mek we get ready fi move out" Tyreke said as we gathered around the table in the kitchen.

"Alright we have 3 rental cars all ah dem under fake names, inna each car has

3 vest, 3 Glock 40s, 3 Aks, 3 gloves, 3 phones with new chips already in and black hoodies." Tyreke explained to everyone.

"First car ago have Armani Badz & possible. Second car ago have Bayka, Me & Baba. And di last Syd, Jalen & Buzzy." Tyreke said instructing us.

"The car dem park pon di back road behind dah house yah." Buzzy told us handing each group a car key.

"That's it unuh ready" Tyreke asked us as we nodded.

"Eva ready badman" Bayka told him as we all walked out in our groups in order.

We walked around the corner to the cars while we approached them I gave baba the keys so he could drive for my group.

He took them walking up infront of me to the driver side.

"Wait" Bayka said as all the groups stopped turning to look at our group.

"Baba weh di fuck yah go in slippaz" Bayks asked him noticing his feet.

"This again" he said throwing down his arm looking up.

"Gimmie back di rass key man, chro" Bayka said as everyone laughed and continued getting into there arranged cars.
